Claims (15)
- Verfahren zum Kalendrieren von Papier bei einem Kalander, der zumindest eine Kalendriereinheit (10; 110) aufweist, bei der ein erster Kalendrierspalt (N1; N3) zwischen einer erwärmbaren Kalendrierwalze (16; 116) und einer ersten Walze (12; 112) ausgebildet ist, wobei durch den Spalt eine Papierbahn (W) geführt wird, um zu laufen, damit das Papier an zumindest einer Seite kalendriert wird, wobei bei der Kalendriereinheit (10; 110) ein zweiter Kalendrierspalt (N2; N4) mit der erwärmbaren Kalendrierwalze (16; 116) und einer dritten Kalendrierwalze (17; 117) ausgebildet ist, wobei dieser Spalt ein Walzenspalt ist, und wobei die Papierbahn (W) so geführt wird, dass sie durch den Walzenspalt (N2; N4) derart läuft, dass bei beiden Kalendrierspalten (N1, N3; N2, N4) die gleiche Seite der Papierbahn (W) in Kontakt mit der erwärmbaren Kalendrierwalze (16; 116) steht,
dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass
die erste Walze (12; 112) eine Langspaltwalze ist, so dass der erste Spalt ein Langspalt ist. - Verfahren gemäß Anspruch 1,
dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass
der zweite Kalendrierspalt (N2; N4) zwischen einer Kalendrierwalze (17; 117), die mit einer weichen Walzenbedeckung (18; 118) versehen ist, und der erwärmbaren Kalendrierwalze (16; 116) derart ausgebildet ist, dass der zweite Kalendrierspalt (N2; N4) ein weicher Spalt ist. - Verfahren gemäß Anspruch 1,
dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass
der zweite Kalendrierspalt (N2; N4) zwischen einer mit einer harten Oberfläche versehenen Kalendrierwalze (17; 117) und der erwärmbaren Kalendrierwalze (16; 116) derart ausgebildet ist, dass der zweite Kalendrierspalt (N2; N4) ein harter Spalt ist. - Verfahren gemäß einem der vorherigen Ansprüche,
dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass
die Papierbahn (W) in der Kalendriereinheit (10; 110) zunächst mittels des ersten Kalendrierspalts (N1; N3), d.h. mittels eines Langspalts, und danach mittels des zweiten Kalendrierspalts (N2; N4), d.h. mittels eines Walzenspalts, kalendriert wird und zwischen den Kalendrierspalten die Papierbahn (W) von dem Kontakt mit der Oberfläche der erwärmbaren Kalendrierwalze (16; 116) weg herausgenommen wird. - Verfahren gemäß einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 3,
dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass
die Papierbahn (W) in der Kalendriereinheit (10; 110) zunächst mittels des zweiten Kalendrierspalts (N2; N4), d.h. mittels eines Walzenspalts, und danach mittels des ersten ersten Kalendrierspalts (N1; N3), d.h. mittels eines Langspalts, kalendriert wird, und
zwischen den Kalendrierspalten die Papierbahn (W) von dem .Kontakt der Oberfläche mit der erwärmbaren Kalendrierwalze (16; 116) weg herausgenommen wird. - Verfahren gemäß einem der vorherigen Ansprüche,
dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass
bei der Kalendriereinheit (10; 110) ein Dickenprofilieren der Papierbahn (W) mittels des Walzenspalts (N2; N4) ausgeführt wird. - Verfahren gemäß einem der vorherigen Ansprüche,
dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass
bei dem Kalander die Papierbahn (W) durch zwei aufeinanderfolgende Kalendriereinheiten (10; 110) tritt, zwischen denen die Papierbahn (W) derart gedreht wird, dass bei den aufeinanderfolgenden Kalendriereinheiten eine andere Seite der Papierbahn mit der erwärmbaren Kalendrierwalze (16; 116) in Kontakt gelangt, um die Papierbahn (W) an beiden Seiten zu kalendrieren. - Vorrichtung zum Kalendrieren von Papier bei einem Kalander, der zumindest eine Kalendriereinheit (10; 110) aufweist, die einen Kalendrierrahmen (11; 111) und eine erwärmbare Kalendrierwalze (16; 116) und eine erste Walze (12; 112) hat, die in dem Rahmen montiert ist, wobei die Walzen miteinander einen ersten Kalendrierspalt (N1; N3) ausbilden, durch den eine Papierbahn (W) geführt werden kann, um zu laufen, damit die Papierbahn an zumindest einer Seite kalendriert wird, wobei eine dritte Kalanderwalze (17; 117) in der Kalendriereinheit (10; 110) sitzt, wobei diese Walze einen zweiten Kalendrierspalt (N2; N4) mit der erwärmbaren Kalendrierwalze (16; 116) ausbildet, wobei dieser Spalt ein Walzenspalt ist, wobei in diesem Zusammenhang die Papierbahn (W) so geführt werden kann, dass sie durch den Walzenspalt (N2; N4) derart läuft, dass in beiden Kalendrierspalten (N1, N3; N2, N4) die gleiche Seite der Papierbahn (W) in Kontakt mit der erwärmbaren Kalendrierwalze (16; 116) steht,
dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass
die erste Walze (12; 112) eine Langspaltwalze ist, so dass der erste Kalendrierspalt ein Langspalt ist. - Vorrichtung gemäß Anspruch 8,
dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass
die dritte Kalendrierwalze (17; 117) mit einer weichen Walzenbedeckung (18; 118) derart versehen ist, dass der Kalendrierspalt (N2; N4) zwischen der dritten Kalendrierwalze (17; 117) und der erwärmbaren Kalendrierwalze (16; 116) ein weicher Spalt ist. - Vorrichtung gemäß Anspruch 9,
dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass
die Walzenbedeckung (18; 118) von der dritten Kalendrierwalze (17; 117) eine Polymerbedeckung ist. - Vorrichtung gemäß Anspruch 8,
dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass
die dritte Kalendrierwalze (17; 117) eine mit einer harten Oberfläche versehene Kalendrierwalze (17; 117) ist, so dass der Kalendrierspalt (N2; N4) zwischen der dritten Kalendrierwalze (17; 117) und der erwärmbaren Kalendrierwalze (16, 116) ein harter Spalt ist. - Vorrichtung gemäß einem der Ansprüche 8 bis 11,
dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass
bei der Kalendriereinheit (10; 110) die Papierbahn (W) so eingerichtet ist, dass sie zunächst in den ersten Kalendrierspalt (N1; N3), d.h. in einen Langspalt, läuft, wobei danach die Papierbahn (W) von dem Kontakt mit der Oberfläche der erwärmbaren Kalendrierwalze (16; 116) weg und danach in den zweiten Kalendrierspalt (N2; N4), d.h. in einen Walzenspalt, geführt wird. - Vorrichtung gemäß einem der Ansprüche 8 bis 11,
dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass
bei der Kalendriereinheit (10; 110) die Papierbahn (W) so eingerichtet ist, dass sie zunächst in den zweiten Kalendrierspalt (N2; N4), d.h. in einen Walzenspalt läuft, wobei danach die Papierbahn (W) von dem Kontakt mit der Oberfläche der erwärmbaren Kalendrierwalze (16, 116) weg und danach in den ersten Kalendrierspalt (N1; N3), d.h. in einen Langspalt, geführt wird. - Vorrichtung gemäß einem der Ansprüche 8 bis 13,
dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass
die Kalendriereinheit (10; 110) mit Einrichtungen zum Ausführen des Dickenprofilierens der Papierbahn (W) mittels des Walzenspalts (N2; N4) versehen ist. - Vorrichtung gemäß einem der Ansprüche 8 bis 14,
dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass
der Kalander zwei aufeinanderfolgende Kalendriereinheiten (10; 110) aufweist, durch die die Papierbahn (W) so gedreht tritt, dass bei den aufeinanderfolgenden Kalendriereinheiten (10; 110) eine andere Seite der Papierbahn mit der erwärmbaren Kalendrierwalze (16, 116) in Kontakt gelangt, um die Papierbahn (W) an beiden Seiten zu kalendrieren.
