Abstract

Die Erfindung betrifft eine hydraulische Anordnung für mindestens zwei, an eine gemeinsame Druckmittelversorgung angeschlossene Hubzylinder eines Flurförderzeugs. Einer der Hubzylinder ist als zuerst ausfahrender Primärzylinder (4) vorgesehen und weist einen größeren Kolbendurchmesser auf als der zweite Hubzylinder, der als nachfolgend ausfahrender Sekundärzylinder (2 bzw. 3) vorgesehen ist. Um sicherzustellen, dass die Ausfahrfolge der Hubzylinder auch unter ungüntigen Umständen eingehalten wird, ist erfindungsgemäß dem Sekundärzylinder (3) ein druckabhängig öffnendes Sperrventil (5) vorgeschaltet. Der Primärzylinder (4) ist gemäß einer ersten Ausgestaltung der Erfindung dem Sekundärzylinder (2) nachgeschaltet. Es ist dabei ein zu dem Sekundärzylinder (2) parallel geschalteter zweiter Sekundärzylinder (3) vorgesehen ist, wobei das Sperrventil (5) dem zweiten Sekundärzylinder (3) vorgeschaltet ist. Es ist auch möglich, dass der Primärzylinder (4) parallel zum Sekundärzylinder (3) geschaltet ist. Das Sperrventil (5) ist bevorzugt in den Sekundärzylinder integriert.

The invention relates to a hydraulic arrangement for at least two, connected to a common pressure medium supply lifting cylinder of a truck. One of the lifting cylinders is provided as a first extending primary cylinder (4) and has a larger piston diameter than the second lifting cylinder, which is provided as subsequently extending secondary cylinder (2 or 3). In order to ensure that the extension sequence of the lifting cylinder is maintained even under unfavorable circumstances, according to the invention, a pressure-dependent opening check valve (5) is connected upstream of the secondary cylinder (3). The primary cylinder (4) is connected downstream of the secondary cylinder (2) according to a first embodiment of the invention. In this case, a second secondary cylinder (3) connected in parallel with the secondary cylinder (2) is provided, the check valve (5) being connected upstream of the second secondary cylinder (3). It is also possible that the primary cylinder (4) is connected in parallel to the secondary cylinder (3). The check valve (5) is preferably integrated in the secondary cylinder.
