- les figs. 1a et 1b sont des représentations du chariot et du rail selon l'invention vu respectivement de côté (A) et en section transversale (B),
- la fig. 2 est une vue d'un rail pour le chariot, fixé au montant d'une échelle de deux manières
- les fig. 3a à 3c représentent un rail fixé au milieu des échelons d'une échelle, et illustre une jonction de deux rails,
- les figs. 4a et 4b représentent plus en détail une jonction de deux rails,
- la fig. 5 illustre en perspective un rail de sécurité pour un chariot selon l'invention
- la fig. 6a à 6c illustrent le fonctionnement des butée en aluminium, aux extrémités inférieures et supérieures des rails,
- la fig. 7 représente un profilé de fixation du rail sur une échelle en cornière,
- les fig. 8a et 8b représentent schématiquement en section transversale et en élévation la fixation d'un rail au profilé de la fig. 7 ,
- la fig. 9 représente une vue en élévation de la cornière avec échelons et le dispositif de fixation du rail à cette dernière.
Claims (13)
- Chariot (1) à roulettes en métal dur apte à se déplacer le long d'un rail (10) en métal plus tendre placé sur un support vertical, et munie d'une came (9) de freinage montée sur un axe (5) avec un ressort (6), et comportant à l'extrémité extérieure de ladite came un point d'ancrage (4) et à l'extrémité opposée une griffe (7) apte à pivoter et à frotter contre un plat (14) dudit rail (10) et à bloquer ainsi le chariot (1), ladite griffe (7) étant apte à pénétrer subtantiellement dans le métal plus tendre par effet de levier et ainsi bloquer avec freinage le chariot (1) lorsqu'une force vers le bas est brusquement appliquée sur le point d'ancrage (4).
- Chariot selon la revendication 1 dans lequel au moins la came (9) est réalisée en acier inoxydable.
- Chariot selon n'importe laquelle des revendications précédentes caractérisé en ce que le rail (10) est en aluminium, de préférence en aluminium anodisé.
- Chariot selon n'importe laquelle des revendications caractérisé en ce qu'il comporte un corps (2), une came de frein (9) avec un axe (5) et un ressort (6), et de 4 roulettes de guidage (3) avec 4 axes fixés au corps (2) par sertissage, et n'est pas ouvrable.
- Equipement selon n'importe laquelle des revendications précédentes associé à un rail (10) vertical.
- Equipement selon n'importe laquelle des revendications précédentes caractérisé en ce que le rail est placé sur une échelle.
- Equipement selon n'importe laquelle des revendications précédentes caractérisé en ce que le rail est fixé sur un des montants (22) d'une échelle à l'aide d'éléments de fixation (20, 21).
- Equipement selon n'importe la revendication précédente caractérisé en ce que le rail est fixé sur des échelons (23) d'une échelle à l'aide d'éléments de fixation (29).
- Equipement selon n'importe laquelle des revendications précédentes caractérisé en ce que le chariot comporte une rainure pour le passage d'un détrompeur (19) prévu en butée au moins à une extrémité du rail (10).
- Equipement selon n'importe laquelle des revendications précédentes caractérisé en ce que le rail (10) se présente sous forme de sections reliées les unes aux autres par des boulons (30, 13) et deux éclisses (12, 12').
- Elément de fixation (50) intermédiaire pour rail (10) de chariot anti-chute selon n'importe laquelle les revendications précédentes, adapté pour fixation à une échelle en cornière (60), caractérisé en ce qu'il s'agit d'un élément profilé en Y dont la branche verticale comporte à sa base un pied horizontal formant plat, l'ouverture des bras (55, 54) du Y s'adaptant à la cornière 60) formant échelle, et le pied formant plat s'étendant d'une certaine distance d'un côté au delà du Y, section (51) où une perforation (52) est prévue pour le passage d'une vis ou d'un écrou à fixer au rail (10) de sécurité susmentionné, le plat de la branche verticale du Y comportant également un trou (53) pour accueillir un élément d'une bride (65) fixée à la cornière (60).
- Elément de fixation selon la revendication précédente en aluminium extrudé qui a été débité, découpé et foré.
- Equipement selon n'importe laquelle des revendications précédentes dans lequel il y a plusieurs chariots (1) pour un seul rail (10).
