Claims (10)

  1. Schienenbefestigungseinrichtung zum Austausch an einer Stahlschiene, gebogen in Form einer elastischen Klemmplatte und zum Zusammenwirken mit einem Verankerungselement, das seitlich der Schiene und dicht an derselben montiert ist und einen gebogenen Sitzteil oder einen rohrförmigen Sitzteil aufweist, wobei sich die Längsachse des genannten Sitzteils parallel zu der Schiene erstreckt, enthaltend:
    eine starre Struktur (2) mit einem ersten und einem zweiten Endabschnitt (6, 7) und einem Zwischenabschnitt (8), angeschlossen zwischen den genannten Endabschnitten, wobei sich eine erste Verlaufsrichtung der genannten Struktur (2) von dem genannten ersten Endabschnitt (6) bis zu dem genannten zweiten Endabschnitt (7) erstreckt;
    ein an der genannten Struktur (2) und entsprechend zu dem genannten Zwischenabschnitt (8) montiertes Scharnierelement (3), das sich im wesentlichen quer zu der genannten ersten Verlaufsrichtung erstreckt und in der Lage ist, drehbar dem genannten Verankerungselement (15) zugeordnet zu werden, das dicht an einer Schiene (25) montiert ist;
    ein Kontaktelement (4), befestigt an der genannten Struktur (2) entsprechend zu dem genannten ersten Endabschnitt (6) und eine aktive Fläche (23) aufweisend, die im Anschlag an die genannte Schiene (25) zum Anliegen gebracht werden kann; und
    Einstellmittel (5), montiert an der genannten Struktur (2) entsprechend zu dem ersten Endabschnitt (6), um den Druck des genannten Kontaktelementes (4) gegen die genannte Schiene (25) zu regulieren.
  2. Vorrichtung nach Patentanspruch 1, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass entsprechend dem genannten Zwischenab-schnitt (8) die genannte Struktur (2) wenigstens zwei durchgehende Bohrungen aufweist, wobei sich die genannten durchgehenden Bohrungen (13) koaxial zueinander und im wesentlichen lotrecht zu der genannten ersten Verlaufsrichtung erstrecken, und dadurch, dass das genannte Scharnierelement (3) einen ersten Drehzapfen (16) enthält, der drehbar in die genannten durchgehenden Bohrungen (13) eingesetzt ist und ein erstes Ende (17) und ein zweites Ende (19) aufweist, wobei wenigstens eins der genannten Enden (17), (19) mit entfembaren Hinderungsmitteln (20) versehen ist, um ein Durchlaufen des genannten Endes durch die genannten durchgehenden Bohrungen (13) zu verhindern.
  3. Vorrichtung nach Patentanspruch 2, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die genannte Struktur (2) ausserdem zwei gegenseitig voneinander abstehende Schultern enthält, die sich wenigstens entsprechend zu dem genannten Zwischenabschnitt (8) im wesentlichen parallel zu der genannten ersten Verlaufsrichtung erstrecken; wobei die genannten durchgehenden Bohrungen (13) durch die genannten Schultern (12) gehend erhalten sind.
  4. Vorrichtung nach Patentanspruch 1, 2 oder 3, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die genannten Einstellmittel (5) wenigstens einen zweiten, mit Gewinde versehenen Drehzapfen (27) enthalten, der in eine durchgehende Bohrung (14) mit Innengewinde eingeschraubt ist, erhalten in dem genannten ersten Endabschnitt (6) in einer Richtung, die im wesentlichen lotrecht zu der genannten ersten Verlaufsrichtung der Struktur (2) und zu einem genannten ersten Drehzapfen (16) verläuft.
  5. Vorrichtung nach einem beliebigen der vorstehenden Patentansprüche von 1 bis 4, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die genannte aktive Fläche (23) des genannten Kontaktelementes (4) eine gerändelte Oberfläche hat.
  6. Schienenbefestigungseinrichtung, enthaltend ein Verankerungselement (15), welches einen oberen Abschnitt hat, der mit einem gebogenen Sitzteil oder einem rohrförmigen Sitzteil versehen ist, wobei sich die Längsachse des genannten Sitzteils parallel zu der Schiene erstreckt, und das an einer eine Schiene (25) tragenden Schwelle befestigt werden kann, und zwar seitlich und dicht an der Schiene (25) selbst, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass sie wie folgt enthält:
    eine starre Struktur (2) mit einem ersten und einem zweiten Endabschnitt (6, 7) und einem Zwischenabschnitt (8), angeschlossen zwischen den genannten Endabschnitten, wobei sich eine erste Verlaufsrichtung der genannten Struktur (2) von dem genannten ersten Endabschnitt (6) bis zu dem genannten zweiten Endabschnitt (7) erstreckt;
    ein an der genannten Struktur (2) und entsprechend zu dem genannten Zwischenabschnitt (8) montiertes Scharnierelement (3), das sich im wesentlichen quer zu der genannten ersten Verlaufsrichtung erstreckt und drehbar und lösbar dem genannten Sitzteil des Verankerungselementes (15) zugeordnet ist;
    ein Kontaktelement (4), befestigt an der genannten Struktur (2) entsprechend zu dem genannten ersten Endabschnitt (6) und eine aktive Fläche (23) aufweisend, die im Anschlag an die genannte Schiene (25) zum Anliegen gebracht werden kann; und
    Einstellmittel (5), montiert an der genannten Struktur (2) entsprechend zu dem ersten Endabschnitt (6), um den Druck des genannten Kontaktelementes (4) gegen die genannte Schiene (25) zu regulieren.
  7. Vorrichtung nach Patentanspruch 6, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass entsprechend dem genannten Zwischenabschnitt (8) die genannte Struktur (2) wenigstens zwei durchgehende Bohrungen (13) aufweist, wobei sich die genannten durchgehenden Bohrungen (13) koaxial zueinander und im wesentlichen lotrecht zu der genannten ersten Verlaufsrichtung erstrecken, und dadurch, dass das genannte Scharnierelement (3) einen ersten Drehzapfen (16) enthält, der drehbar in die genannten durchgehenden Bohrungen (13) eingesetzt ist und ein erstes Ende (17) und ein zweites Ende (19) aufweist, wobei wenigstens eins der genannten Enden (17), (19) mit entfernbaren Hinderungsmitteln (20) versehen ist, um ein Durchlaufen des genannten Endes durch die genannten durchgehenden Bohrungen (13) zu verhindern.
  8. Vorrichtung nach Patentanspruch 7, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die genannte Struktur (2) ausserdem zwei gegenseitig voneinander abstehende Schultern enthält, die sich wenigstens entsprechend zu dem genannten Zwischenabschnitt (8) im wesentlichen parallel zu der genannten ersten Verlaufsrichtung erstrecken; wobei die genannten durchgehenden Bohrungen (13) durch die genannten Schultern (12) gehend erhalten sind.
  9. Vorrichtung nach Patentanspruch 6, 7 oder 8, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die genannten Einstellmittel (5) wenigstens einen zweiten, mit Gewinde versehenen Drehzapfen (27) enthalten, der in eine durchgehende Bohrung (14) mit Innengewinde eingeschraubt ist, erhalten in dem genannten ersten Endabschnitt (6) in einer Richtung, die im wesentlichen lotrecht zu der genannten ersten Verlaufsrichtung der Struktur (2) und zu einem genannten ersten Drehzapfen (16) verläuft.
  10. Vorrichtung nach einem beliebigen der vorstehenden Patentansprüche von 6 bis 9, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die aktive Fläche (23) des genannten Kontaktelementes (4) eine gerändelte Oberfläche hat.
