Abstract
Description
The present invention relates to the loading of sheets of paper in office machines such as printers, fax machines, photocopiers, comprising two magazines and two withdrawal devices for two bundles of sheets of paper.
If you consider for example a fax machine, it has a printer fed with blank sheets of paper by a feeder and a scanner associated with another sheet feeder to be analyzed.
Conventionally, each charger comprises one or more drive rollers with a device for removing a sheet of the bundle.
After removal, the leaves take separate paths, sometimes common.
Duplicating devices makes machines expensive and large.
Recently there have been advanced machines, as taught by EP-0853059 and EP-0830950, in which a single charger is common to two stores. However, the charger, with only one sampling, is complex or does not offer all the desired functions, such as selective feeding from one or other of the stores.
The present invention aims to provide an office machine with sheet feeder with a very simple constitution, allowing feeding selective from two stores.
To this end, the invention relates to an office machine comprising a sheet feeder with two paper trays storage of sheets, respectively for two separate organs of the machine, and means for picking up sheets from each store, comprising at least one pick-up roller mounted on a common shaft to the means of removal from the two stores, with means for driving the rotating shaft arranged to drive it in both sense, machine characterized by the fact that the shaft carries at least two rollers freewheel levies in rotation with the shaft respectively in two opposite directions (A, B), namely in direction (A) for the one or more rollers of the second magazine and in direction (B) for the roller (s) of the first store.
Thus, the loader of the machine of the invention, which allows selective leaf feeding from two stores, does not include not a single sampling device but two combined devices to each other, with a pick roller drive shaft which is common.
The whole is more compact and less complex, while preserving the functional characteristics of the two sampling devices.
Preferably, a first of the stores has a partition in which is provided a window out of which protrudes the roller associated sample, the partition of the first store is shaped to wrap pebbles associated with the second store and arranged on either side of the pick-up roller associated with the first magazine and the pick-up rollers of said second magazine are mounted to the right of two windows, made in the partition of the first store in which they are engaged without protruding.
- la figure 1 est une vue en coupe du chargeur d'alimentation de la machine;
- Figure 1 is a sectional view of the feeder of the machine;
- FIG. 2 is a perspective view of the partition of the first store and
- FIGS. 3 and 4 are sectional views of the partition of the first store and of the pick-up rollers according to lines III-III and IV-IV of FIG. 2.
magasin 1.Referring to Figure 1, there is shown here the charger of a
fax. A bundle of
jupe 31 formant cloison du deuxième magasin 1.The
respectivement.The
In
The leaves will be taken from the two stores by pebbles
mounted on a
galet 10.The
galets de prélèvement 7, 8.The
plaquées dessus par le patin déliasseur 17 et le palonnier 15.Figure 3, which is a median radial section, shows in detail the
cloison 13.FIG. 4, which is a radial section at the level of the
