Claims (15)
- Modulare Steuerungsanlage für Steuerungs- und Automatisierungssysteme, bestehend aus einem Feldbus (2) für Daten und Steuerungsbefehle sowie an den Feldbus (2) anzuschließende modulare Einzelkomponenten wie Eingangsmodule oder Ausgangsmodule (10), Steuerungseinheiten oder dgl., wobei die Einzelkomponenten mit einer Spannungsversorgung (1) verbunden sind, dadurch gekennzeichnet,daß eine Einzelkomponente (10, 12) in einem selbständigen, selbsttragenden Einzelkomponentengehäuse (5) angeordnet ist, daß das Einzelkomponentengehäuse (5) einen Leitungsanschluß (6) zur Verbindung mit einem äußeren Systemelement, z.B. einem Aktor, einem Sensor oder dgl., aufweist, und daß zur Bildung einer Verkettungsreihe das Einzelkomponentengehäuse (5) einen mechanischen Anschluß (8) zur verkettenden, mechanischen Befestigung an einem weiteren Einzelkomponentengehäuse (5) sowie eine elektrische Anschlußleiste (20) zur elektrischen Verbindung mit einer Kontaktleiste (21) des weiteren Einzelkomponentengehäuses (5) aufweist, und daß jede Verkettungsreihe von Einzelkomponenten (10, 12) über ein Linkmodul (11) und einen Schnittstellenanschluß (4a.4b,4c,4d) mit dem Feldbus (2) verbunden ist, wobei die über das Linkmodul (11) bereitgestellten Anschlüsse durch die Verkettungsreihe durchgeschleift sind.
- Steuerungsanlage nach Anspruch 1,
dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß der mechanische Anschluß (8) und die elektrische Verbindung (20, 21) benachbarter Einzelkomponentengehäuse (5) auf einer Gehäusestirnseite (18, 19) liegen. - Steuerungsanlage nach Anspruch 1 oder 2,
dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß der mechanische Anschluß (8) eine trennbare Rastverbindung aufweist, deren erstes Rastteil (8a) an dem einen Einzelkomponentengehäuse (5) und deren anderes Rastteil (8b) an dem weiteren Einzelkomponentengehäuse (5) vorgesehen sind. - Steuerungsanlage nach Anspruch 3,
dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß das eine Rastteil (8a) der Rastverbindung eine Rastzunge ist, die in das andere als Rastöffnung ausgebildete Rastteil (8b) eingreift. - Steuerungsanlage nach Anspruch 3 oder 4,
dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Rastverbindung (8a, 8b) innerhalb der Kontur der einander zugewandten Stirnseiten (18, 19) der Einzelkomponentengehäuse (5) liegt. - Steuerungsanlage nach einem der Ansprüche 3 bis 5,
dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Rastverbindung einteilig mit dem vorzugsweise aus Kunststoff bestehenden Einzelkomponentengehäuse (5) ausgebildet ist. - Steuerungsanlage nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 6,
dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Anschlußleiste (20) auf der einen Gehäusestirnseite (18) des Einzelkomponentengehäuses (5) und die Kontaktleiste (21) auf der abgewandt liegenden anderen Gehäusestirnseite (19) des Einzelkomponentengehäuses (5) liegen. - Steuerungsanlage nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 7,
dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Anschlußleiste (20) und die Kontaktleiste (21) als Teile einer Steckverbindung ausgebildet sind. - Steuerungsanlage nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 8,
dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Einzelkomponentengehäuse (5) in einer Verkettungslängsachse (7) aneinandergereiht miteinander verbunden sind, wobei die Steckrichtung der Steckverbindung vorzugsweise in Richtung der Verkettungslängsachse (7) liegt. - Steuerungsanlage nach Anspruch 9,
dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß ein Kontaktpin (22) einer den Leitungsanschluß (6) bildenden Steckverbindung über ein vorzugsweise programmierbares IC an den Feldbus (2) angeschlossen ist, derart, daß der Kontaktpin (22) frei parametrierbar, insbesondere als Eingang, Ausgang und/oder Diagnose schaltbar ist. - Steuerungsanlage nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 10,
dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß in einem Einzelkomponentengehäuse (5) ein vorzugsweise einzelner als Steckanschluß ausgebildeter Leitungsanschluß (6) mit einem M12-Gewinde für eine Sicherungshülse eines Steckers (15) vorgesehen ist. - Steuerungsanlage nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 10,
dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß in einem Einzelkomponentengehäuse (5) vorzugsweise zwei als Steckanschlüsse ausgebildete Leitungsanschlüsse (6) mit einem M8-Gewinde für eine Sicherungshülse eines Steckers (15) vorgesehen ist. - Steuerungsanlage nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 12,
dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß in jedem Einzelkomponentengehäuse (5) eine optische Funktionsanzeige, insbesondere eine LED (34, 35) angeordnet ist. - Steuerungsanlage nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 13,
dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß ein Einzelkomponentengehäuse (5) über ein Montagemodul (13, 14) einen vorzugsweise dem mechanischen Anschluß (8) des Einzelkomponentengehäuses (5) entsprechenden mechanischen Anschluß zur verkettenden mechanischen Befestigung an einem Einzelkomponentengehäuse (5) aufweist. - Steuerungsanlage nach Anspruch 14,
dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß das Montagemodul (13) auf der einen Gehäusestirnseite (18) eine elektrische Anschlußleiste (20) und auf der abgewandt liegenden anderen Gehäusestirnseite (19) eine Kontaktleiste (21) trägt, wobei die Anschlußleiste (20) und die Kontaktleiste (21) miteinander elektrisch leitend verbunden sind.
