  • the resistance 10 is installed inside the volute 9 between the air suction inlet 9' being arranged in a downwardly oriented arrangement ( Figs. 1 and 2 ) and the blower 26, the motor 12 being fitted as has been said above and being located behind said blower and outside said volute 9.
  • the volute 9 forms a body having a rectangular base and a semicylindrical upper portion, and at the side being arranged in a downwardly oriented arrangement is connected to one of the ends of a hot air outlet duct 8, this connection being located at approximately the central portion of the dryer, said duct 8 extending along a sinuous path in a downward direction and as per a tapered section up to its other end where it is fitted to a grating 11 being provided on the lower edge of the base 2 and frontally projecting from it.
  • This grating 11 is divided in two sections namely being one section 11' being provided for the inflow of the outside air and being adjacent to the lower edge of the base 2, said section 11' besides encompassing almost the whole length of said lower edge, and another one 11'' being of smaller width and being formed by way of a forwardly directed, upwardly arcuated extension of the former one, this latter section 111" being provided for the outflow of the hot air and being more or less centred with respect to the other one, the duct 8 being fitted to it and innerly comprising guide blades 22 being provided to bring about a perfect guidance of the air flow.
  • Cover 3 comprises properly arranged openings 6, 7 ( Fig. 4 ) in correspondence with said sections 11', 11'' of the grating 11, whereas the base 2 comprises a box 23 housing the electrical connections, and holes 24 being provided to allow to secure said base to the wall P ( Figs. 1 and 2 ), as well as a set of silent blocks 25 being arranged on its back surface for the purpose of reducing as much as possible the vibrations and noises being generated by the dryer.

Claims (3)

  1. Un sèche-mains comprenant un corps (1), composé d'un couvercle frontal (3) et d'une base verticale (2) avec une surface frontale, logeant en son intérieur un groupe moteur-souffleur-résistance (5) aspirant l'air ambiant par une entrée munie sur ledit corps et expulsant ledit air une fois chauffé vers l'extérieur à travers une sortie qui est également munie sur ledit corps ; caractérisé en ce que le groupe moteur-souffleur-résistance (5) qui est disposé en oblique sur la surface frontale de la base (2), comprend une résistance (10) et un souffleur (26), lesdits résistance (10) et souffleur (26) étant disposés à l'intérieur une spire de guidage de l'air (9), la spire (9) étant également dans une disposition oblique sur la base verticale (2), la spire (9) ayant deux ouvertures, et lesdites ouvertures sont disposées dans une orientation vers le bas.
  2. Un sèche-mains comme indiqué dans la revendication 1, caractérisé en ce que l'une des ouvertures de la spire (9) est une ouverture appelée « entrée d'aspiration d'air », qui est disposée dans une orientation vers le bas, et la spire (9) forme ensuite un corps ayant une base rectangulaire et une portion supérieure semi-cylindricsue, et sur le côté de ce corps, qui est disposé dans une orientation vers le bas, la spire (9) est connectée à une extrémité d'un conduit de sortie d'air chaud (8), cette connexion étant localisée approximativement sur la portion centrale du sèche-mains, ledit conduit (8) étant adapté pour permettre de diriger le débit d'air vers la sortie, ledit conduit (8) étant utilisé comme une extension directe de la spire (9) dudit sèche-mains, ce conduit (8) étant ensuite muni à l'intérieur de lames de guidage (22) et ayant une section en fuseau qui est adaptée pour minimiser les pertes de ce débit d'air et les niveaux de turbulence qui sont générés.
  3. Un sèche-mains comme indiqué dans la revendication 1, caractérisé en ce que la disposition géométrique de ses éléments intérieurs est telle qu'elle permet d'installer de manière sélective, comme unité motrice, deux différents types de moteur électrique (12), dont l'un est de type à induction et condensateur de démarrage, et l'autre est de type moteur universel avec des brosses.
