Claims (11)
- Flurförderzeug, insbesondere Gabelstapler, mit einer an einem Fahrzeugrahmen (1) des Flurförderzeugs befestigten Vorderachse und einem an dem Fahrzeugrahmen (1) befestigten, vor der Vorderachse angeordneten Hubgerüst (2), wobei das Hubgerüst (2) um eine im Wesentlichen horizontale Neigeachse neigbar ist, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass das Hubgerüst (2) an dem Fahrzeugrahmen (1) mittels mindestens zweier Hebel (4, 5) befestigt ist, wobei jeder Hebel einerseits mit dem Fahrzeugrahmen (1) und andererseits mit dem Hubgerüst (2) gelenkig verbunden ist.
- Flurförderzeug nach Anspruch 1, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Hebel (4, 5) mit dem Fahrzeugrahmen (1) und dem Hubgerüst (2) mindestens ein Gelenkviereck bilden.
- Flurförderzeug nach Anspruch 1 oder 2, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Hebel (4, 5) derart ausgeführt sind, dass sich das Hubgerüst (2) während des nach vorne Neigens zumindest geringfügig nach unten bewegt.
- Flurförderzeug nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 3, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Hebel (4, 5) derart ausgeführt sind, dass sich das Hubgerüst (2) während des nach hinten Neigens zumindest geringfügig nach oben bewegt.
- Flurförderzeug nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 4, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass ein Stellglied (6) vorgesehen ist, mit dem die Winkellage mindestens eines Hebels (4) einstellbar ist.
- Flurförderzeug nach Anspruch 5, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass das Stellglied (6) als lineares Stellglied ausgeführt ist, das einerseits mit dem Fahrzeugrahmen (1), andererseits mit einem Hebel (4) gelenkig verbunden ist.
- Flurförderzeug nach Anspruch 5 oder 6, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass das lineare Stellglied (6) von einem Hydraulikzylinder gebildet ist.
- Flurförderzeug nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 7, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Hebel (4, 5) oberhalb der Vorderachse angeordnet sind.
- Flurförderzeug nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 8, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass das Hubgerüst (2) an dem Fahrzeugrahmen (1) mittels zweier Hebelpaare befestigt ist, wobei jedes Hebelpaar aus zwei zueinander parallelen Hebeln besteht, die der linken bzw. der rechten Seite des Hubgerüsts (2) zugeordnet sind.
- Flurförderzeug nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 9, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass mindestens ein Verbindungselement (5d) vorgesehen ist, welches die Hebel (5) eines Hebelpaares starr miteinander verbindet.
- Flurförderzeug nach Anspruch 10, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass als Verbindungselement (5d) zwei Diagonalstreben vorgesehen sind.
