Claims (10)

  1. Verfahren zur Zeitüberwachung der Ortsveränderung von Gegenständen oder Personen, das die folgenden aufeinanderfolgenden Schritte aufweist:
    - das Lesen von einen Identifikationscode enthaltenden Informationen durch eine Lese-/Schreibvorrichtung (31), die von einem Identifikationstransponderchip (10) gespeichert werden, der gelesen und beschrieben werden kann, und die Übertragung der gelesenen Informationen an ein Mobiltelefon (20), an das die Lesevorrichtung angeschlossen ist,
    - das Senden einer Signalnachricht, die den von der Lesevorrichtung gelesenen Identifikationscode enthält, durch das Mobiltelefon an ein einen Rechner (1) und eine Datenbank (2) enthaltendes Kontrollzentrum,
    - den Empfang der Signalnachricht durch das Kontrollzentrum und das Speichern der in der Nachricht enthaltenen Informationen, die in Verbindung mit den Identifikationsinformationen des Senders der Signalnachricht empfangen wurden, in der besagten Datenbank (2), sowie der Zeitmessdaten, wobei diese Datenbank anhand eines Blocks von Informationen gemäß Identifikationscode organisiert ist und alle Signalnachrichten in diesen Block eingeordnet und datiert werden,
    - die Rücksendung einer den Empfang bestätigenden Nachricht durch das Kontrollzentrum (1) an das Mobiltelefon (20),
    - die Eintragung von Informationen, welche die vom Mobiltelefon empfangenen Zeitgeberdaten enthalten, durch die Lese-/Schreibvorrichtung in den Transponderchip.
  2. Verfahren nach Anspruch 1, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass das Senden der in den Chip eingelesenen Informationen in Form einer Kurznachricht erfolgt.
  3. Verfahren nach einem der vorhergehenden Ansprüche, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Identifikationsinformationen des Senders der Signalnachricht die Telefonnummer des Mobiltelefons (20) des Senders umfassen, die vom Kontrollzentrum (1) bei Empfang der Signalnachricht von demselben erfasst wird.
  4. Verfahren nach einem der vorhergehenden Ansprüche, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass bei Empfang einer von einem Mobiltelefon (20) ausgesendeten Signalnachricht das Kontrollzentrum (1) an das sendende Mobiltelefon eine den Empfang bestätigende Nachricht zurückschickt, und das sendende Mobiltelefon auf seinem Bildschirm anzeigt, dass eine den Empfang bestätigende Nachricht eingegangen ist.
  5. Verfahren nach einem der vorhergehenden Ansprüche, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass das Kontrollzentrum (1) die Zeit berechnet, die zwischen dem Empfang der beiden vom selben Mobiltelefon ausgesendeten Signalnachrichten, die denselben Identifikationscode beinhalten, vergangen ist.
  6. Vorrichtung zur Zeitüberwachung der Ortsveränderung von Gegenständen oder Personen, die einen Chip (10) in der Art eines Transponders umfasst, der gelesen und beschrieben werden kann, indem er Identifikationsinformationen speichert, und ein Mobiltelefon (20), das an eine Transponderchip-Lese-/Schreibvorrichtung (31) angeschlossen ist, die beschaffen ist, um die vom Chip gespeicherten Identifikationsinformationen zu lesen, Mittel (32), um das Lesen der von einem Chip gespeicherten Informationen durch die Lesevorrichtung auszulösen, und die drahtlose Sendung einer die gelesenen Informationen enthaltenden Nachricht an ein Kontrollzentrum (1), und Mittel zum Speichern der vom Kontrollzentrum über das Mobiltelefon erhaltenen Informationen in den Transponderchip, wobei diese Informationen Zeitmessdaten enthalten, die in einer Datenbank (2) des Kontrollzentrums (1) gespeichert sind.
  7. Vorrichtung nach Anspruch 6, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass der Transponderchip (10) kontaktlos ist.
  8. Vorrichtung nach Anspruch 6 oder 7, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass der Transponderchip (10) Speichermittel (14) umfasst, die gleichzeitig gelesen und beschrieben werden können, so dass die vom Mobiltelefon (20) erhaltenen Informationen und die ihm von der Lesevorrichtung (31) übertragenen Informationen gespeichert werden können.
  9. Vorrichtung nach einem der Ansprüche 6 bis 8, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Lesevorrichtung (31) des Chips so beschaffen ist, um an den Anschluss (33) angeschlossen werden zu können, der an Mobiltelefonen vorgesehen ist, um einen Rechner oder Peripheriegeräte anzuschließen, wobei die Chiplesevorrichtung (31) mit Hilfe eines Schaltknopfes (32) aktiviert wird, der sich am Gehäuse der Lesevorrichtung befindet, wodurch das Lesen eines Chips (10) und die Übertragung der gelesenen Informationen zum Mobiltelefon (20) ausgelöst wird.
  10. Vorrichtung nach einem der Ansprüche 6 bis 8, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Chiplesevorrichtung (31) in das Gehäuse des Mobiltelefons (20) integriert ist und mit Hilfe einer Taste (23) oder über sich im Mobiltelefon befindende Befehlsauswahlmenüs ausgelöst wird.
