Claims (5)
- Schaltscharnier mit einem ersten, einen über einen Hebel betätigbaren Schalter aufnehmenden Scharnierflügel, einem zweiten Scharnierflügel und einer Welle, welche in Betriebsstellung verdrehsicher mit dem zweiten Scharnierflügel verbunden ist und an ihrem Umfang eine in Wellen-Achsrichtung verlaufende Schaltnut aufweist, in welche in einer vorbestimmten Schwenkstellung zwischen den beiden Scharnierflügeln ein mit dem Hebel verbundener Betätigungsstift eintaucht, wobei der Hebel parallel zur Wellen-Längsachse verläuft und gegenüber dieser verschwenkbar sowie durch eine Feder in Richtung der Welle belastet ist und im Bereich eines Schaltnockens oder Schaltstiftes (11) des Schalters (4) liegt, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Welle (6) in einer Vormontagestellung, in welcher der Betätigungsstift (8) in die Schaltnut (7) eingreift, gegenüber dem ersten Scharnierflügel (2) gegen Verdrehung gesichert und der zweite Scharnierflügel (5) gegenüber der Welle (6) frei verschwenkbar ist, dass die Welle (6) durch eine in ein stirnseitiges Ende des ersten Scharnierflügels (2) eingedrehte Einpaßschraube (14) um ein vorbestimmtes Maß aus der Vormontagestellung heraus bis in die Betriebsstellung axial verschiebbar ist und dass die Welle (6) mit einer gerändelten oder anderweitig strukturierten Ringzone (18) versehen ist, die bei in Betriebsstellung verschobener Welle (6) in einer Scharnierbohrung (15) des zweiten Scharnierflügels (5) zur Erzielung der Verdrehsicherung zwischen dem zweiten Scharnierflügel (5) und der Welle (6) formschlüssig eingepresst ist.
- Schaltscharnier nach Anspruch 1, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass zur Verdrehsicherung zwischen dem ersten Scharnierflügel und der Welle (6) in Vormontagestellung ein mit dem ersten Scharnierflügel (2) verbundener und in einen stirnseitigen Schlitz (17) der Welle (6) eingreifender, abscherbarer Mehrkantzapfen (16) vorgesehen ist.
- Schaltscharnier nach Anspruch 2, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass das zwischen der Welle (6) und dem zweiten Scharnierflügel (5) im Bereich der formschlüssig in die Scharnierbohrung (15) des zweiten Scharnierflügels (5) eingepreßten Ringzone (18) übertragbare Drehmoment um ein mehrfaches höher ist, als das zur Abscherung des Mehrkantzapfens (16) erforderliche Drehmoment.
- Schaltscharnier nach einem oder mehreren der vorhergehenden Ansprüche, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Welle (6) zumindest im Bereich ihrer gerändelten oder anderweitig strukturierten Ringzone (18) oberflächengehärtet ist.
- Schaltscharnier nach einem oder mehreren der vorhergehenden Ansprüche, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Einpaßschraube (14) mit einem abscherbaren Schraubenkopf (19) versehen ist.
