Definitions
- the invention relates to a transport container Packing and transporting frozen foods Food, especially ice cream, with the Generic features of claim 1.
- the well-known transport containers for packaging and Transporting food has a container which is generally rectangular or circular Has floor space. On the container is an outside bent edge formed into one in a lid of the transport container trained groove can be introduced to Close the transport container with the lid.
- the Transport container can be made of a plastic, in particular made of foamed polystyrene.
- the lid is sealed with a seal Container connected.
- the seal consists of one Adhesive tape that has a perforation. To open that The transport container is the seal by pressing in Perforation to share, which makes the lid of the Lets the container lift off.
- the size of the known transport container is in generally chosen so that the content is not unique Removal can be consumed completely.
- the Transport container must therefore at least over a certain Period of storage of the unloaded part of the Allow food.
- the known transport container has the disadvantage that when Opening and removing ice damage the packaging can be what the quality of the packaging remaining food during further storage is deteriorating.
- the corners of the lid tear the part of the circumferential edge of the lid are slightly a, so that the Lid only partially closes the container.
- the circumferential edge of the The container may break or the bottom of the container may break be damaged if e.g. B. a knife for cutting the Food is taken to help.
- the damaged Containers can then on the one hand smells, germs, Invade pathogens and the like. on the other hand the food can flow out of the container so that storage is no longer possible.
- a Device made of stackable plates for storage and Transportation of food, especially for pizzas presented.
- the device consists of the same type Plates and a lid for carrying the stack of plates.
- the Fasten the plates with each other and with the lid is done by a on the side wall of the plate or Cover provided fastening device, by means of which the plate or the lid by rotating it Central longitudinal axis with one arranged below it similar plates connected liquid-tight can be. Since the stackable plate is one Injection molded plastic part, he has the above Disadvantage of the easy destructibility of the foamed plastic-made transport packaging not on.
- a printability of the device for presentation purposes of the stored in the stackable plate and transported food is however a plastic injection molded part against one foamed plastic manufactured part more difficult.
- the Device made of stackable plates also works for Applications where different modules for portions of different sizes are needed because due to the design, each of the stackable plates has one same diameter and therefore the same filling volume having.
- the object of the invention is therefore a transport container for packaging and transporting food one Quantity, which comprises several servings which makes it easier to remove part of the food and the storage of the remaining part is improved is.
- the task is carried out by a transport container with the Features of claim 1 solved.
- the cover has a peripheral edge has that the peripheral edge a first edge run, in which the first container can be locked, and a second Edge run, in which the second container can be snapped, comprises.
- a first edge run in which the first container can be locked
- a second Edge run in which the second container can be snapped
- the projection can be in one on the first or engage second container-formed groove, one Reach behind the edge bead to achieve a snap, or similarly accidental loosening of the lid prevent.
- the surface that the first edge run spans larger than the area that the second Edge run spanned. This allows the edge runs in different areas of the lid.
- the lid can be designed in stages, the first edge run at a first step and the second edge run is formed at a second stage.
- the transport container advantageously has in one Transport state in which the first container from the lid and the second container by means of the closure means from the Container bottom of the first container is closed, a Packaging tape that encloses the containers. Thereby become the lid, the first container and the second Containers held together so that accidental opening of the first and / or the second container is prevented. This can also be done on the packaging belt in the containers stored foods are presented advantageously.
- the Packaging tape can e.g. B. from a box or There are plastic films that are printed particularly simply can be and are inexpensive to manufacture.
- the packaging tape advantageously runs around the Lid, with which the first container is closed, and the Bottom of the second container. This can be done in the Filled frozen food the lid side on the packaging tape especially be presented advantageously because it is stacked in one Freezer or the like can be recognized particularly well can. Since the packaging tape runs around the container, too frozen food on the side are presented, which is particularly important when storing in a freezer shelf is advantageous. In addition, the Container together with the lid are particularly advantageous held together.
- closure means by a the bottom of the first container, at least partially circumferential paragraph on which a margin is provided, is formed. It is special advantageous that the edge run formed by a projection is. This allows the second container on the container bottom of the first container at least essentially in the same Way to be attached to the lid.
- Fig. 1 shows a first in a sectional view Embodiment of a not according to the invention Transport container 1.
- the transport container 1 is used for Packaging and transportation of food, in particular frozen foods such as ice cream.
- the However, transport container 1 not according to the invention is also suitable for other applications.
- the transport container 1 has a first container 2 and a second container 3, which by means of a common Lid 4 are closable.
- the cover 4 has one first partial lid 5, which closes the first container 2, and a second partial lid 6, which holds the second container 3 closes on.
- the cover 4 has a perforation 7, on which the partial covers 5, 6 are connected to one another. By the perforation 7 is the separation of the partial cover 5, 6 by Breaking the lid 4 on the perforation 7 facilitated.
- the containers are to prevent separation of the partial covers 5, 6 2, 3 enclosed by a packaging tape 8, the partially on the first container 2 and partly on the second Container 3 abuts in sections circumferentially. This can in particular on the outside of the long side 9 of the Packaging tape 8 is a larger representation to illustrate of the food packaged in the shipping container take place, which makes the transport container an attractive Featuring.
- the first container 2 has a container bottom 10 and two connected to this side walls 11, 12 to each other are inclined.
- the side walls 11, 12 have at the upper end 13 mutually parallel sections 14, 15, at least are oriented approximately perpendicular to the container bottom 10.
- Sections 14, 15 have a peripheral edge 16 connected, which is in a circumferential groove 17 of the first Partial lid 5 inserts.
- the peripheral edge 23 of the first Partial cover 5 has a bent-back edge run 18, which causes the sections 14, 15 of the side walls 11, 12 in the circumferential groove 17 of the first partial cover 5 engage.
- the first partial cover 5 also has a circumferential paragraph 19 on which the circumferential Edge 16 of the first container 2 is supported inwards.
- first container 2 and first partial cover 5 corresponds essentially to the structure the second container 3 and the second partial lid 6, which makes a repetitive description unnecessary.
- the first container 2 has an average width B 1 and the second container 3 has an average width B 2 .
- the first partial container 2 and the second partial container 3 have the same filling height H.
- the first container 2 and the second container 3 also have the same length L in this exemplary embodiment.
- the ratio of the volume V 1 of the first container 2 to the volume V 2 of the second container 3 can therefore be predetermined by the ratio of the width B 1 of the first container 2 to the width B 2 of the second container 3.
- the filling height H can also be increased if the widths B 1 , B 2 of the two containers 2, 3 are to be reduced while the total filling volume V 1 + V 2 remains the same.
- the width B 2 of the second container 3 can be chosen approximately as large as the width of a conventional ice cream spoon, so that the ice cream spoon is guided in the second container 3 when ice cream is removed.
- the width B 1 of the first container 2 can be chosen equal to the width B 2 of the second container 3, so that the ice cream spoon is advantageously guided even when ice cream is removed from the first container 2.
- the width of the first container 2 is greater than the width of the second container 3, since then a larger amount of ice is available for general consumption from the first container 2, while in the second container 3 untouched ice cream is available, from which shapely balls can be formed for guests.
- additional decorative elements are arranged, for. B. may consist of vanilla beans, chocolate bars or waffles.
- a second container 3 with a narrow width B 2 also has the advantage that the core of the filled ice cream is thawed in a short time.
- Fig. 2 shows a second in a sectional view Execution example of a transport container 1. Already described element are in all figures with matching reference numerals, whereby a repetitive description is unnecessary.
- the cover 4 has a first closure side 30 and a second closure side 31, which face away from one another.
- the first container 2 is attached to the first closure side 30 and the second container 3 is attached to the second closure side 31.
- the width B 1 of the first container 2 is at least substantially equal to the width B 2 of the second container 3 in this exemplary embodiment.
- the filling height H 1 of the first container 2 and the filling height H 2 of the second container 3 can be selected independently of one another in this exemplary embodiment ,
- the filling height H 1 of the first container 2 and the filling height H 2 of the second container 3 are selected to be smaller than the width B and the length L of the two containers 2, 3.
- the transport container 1 has a compact structure, which enables advantageous transport and storage of the transport container 1.
- the low filling levels H 1 , H 2 reduce the mixing of the foods arranged in the containers 2, 3 in each case.
- food can be filled in the containers 2, 3, which should not come into contact with each other. This allows z. B. different ice creams can be separated.
- the reduced heights H 1 , H 2 of the containers 2, 3 result in an at least approximately uniform warming up when the foods filled in the containers 2, 3 are heated.
- the core of the frozen food can be thawed quickly, which enables the food to be removed from the respective container 2, 3 after a short time.
- a first protective film 32 is therefore provided closes the first container 2. After removing the lid 4 of the first container 2, the protective film 32 can be removed be, whereby the removal of the food from the first container 2 is enabled.

Description
gattungsbildenden Merkmalen des Anspruchs 1.The invention relates to a transport container
Packing and transporting frozen foods
Food, especially ice cream, with the
Generic features of
The well-known transport containers for packaging and Transporting food has a container which is generally rectangular or circular Has floor space. On the container is an outside bent edge formed into one in a lid of the transport container trained groove can be introduced to Close the transport container with the lid. The Transport container can be made of a plastic, in particular made of foamed polystyrene. In order to it is ensured that the consumer has an unopened Received original goods, the lid is sealed with a seal Container connected. The seal consists of one Adhesive tape that has a perforation. To open that The transport container is the seal by pressing in Perforation to share, which makes the lid of the Lets the container lift off.
The size of the known transport container is in generally chosen so that the content is not unique Removal can be consumed completely. The Transport container must therefore at least over a certain Period of storage of the unloaded part of the Allow food.
The known transport container has the disadvantage that when Opening and removing ice damage the packaging can be what the quality of the packaging remaining food during further storage is deteriorating. For example, the corners of the lid tear the part of the circumferential edge of the lid are slightly a, so that the Lid only partially closes the container. Moreover can be used when removing solid, especially frozen Food like ice cream, because then a higher one The circumferential edge of the The container may break or the bottom of the container may break be damaged if e.g. B. a knife for cutting the Food is taken to help. By the damaged Containers can then on the one hand smells, germs, Invade pathogens and the like. on the other hand the food can flow out of the container so that storage is no longer possible. This disadvantage arises in particular with frozen foods since it z. B. in the known transport containers with a Capacity of 1000 ml can take up to an hour until the core of the food is thawed. Therefore at the known transport container also a portioning difficult because the ice core has been defrosting for too long lasts.
In addition, part of the Food on the re-frozen food Ice crystals, creating the look and taste of the stored food is deteriorated.
For a transport container with a filling volume that only holds a portion of the food, there is the disadvantage that to transport a large amount of food a Variety of shipping containers is required, which transportation becomes difficult. Another disadvantage is that the sale of ice cream in small quantities is uneconomical is.
Deckels vorgesehene Befestigungsvorrichtung, mittels derer
aufweist. In the utility model DE-U-94 14 617, which serves as the basis for the preamble of
Materials schwierig. The disadvantage of modules of the same size is also shown in
The object of the invention is therefore a transport container for packaging and transporting food one Quantity, which comprises several servings which makes it easier to remove part of the food and the storage of the remaining part is improved is.
The task is carried out by a transport container with the
Features of
Durch die in den Unteransprüchen 2 bis 7 aufgeführten
Maßnahmen sind vorteilhafte Weiterbildungen des im Anspruch
1 angegebenen Transportbehälters möglich.By those listed in
It is advantageous that the cover has a peripheral edge has that the peripheral edge a first edge run, in which the first container can be locked, and a second Edge run, in which the second container can be snapped, comprises. This allows the lid to close the two containers can be used together, even if the containers are in the Areas where they interact with the lid, a different geometry, especially at essentially circular geometries of different diameters, exhibit.
The first edge run and / or is advantageous second edge run through one on the peripheral edge at least partially circumferential projection given. The projection can be in one on the first or engage second container-formed groove, one Reach behind the edge bead to achieve a snap, or similarly accidental loosening of the lid prevent.
It is advantageous that the surface that the first edge run spans larger than the area that the second Edge run spanned. This allows the edge runs in different areas of the lid. For example, the lid can be designed in stages, the first edge run at a first step and the second edge run is formed at a second stage.
The transport container advantageously has in one Transport state in which the first container from the lid and the second container by means of the closure means from the Container bottom of the first container is closed, a Packaging tape that encloses the containers. Thereby become the lid, the first container and the second Containers held together so that accidental opening of the first and / or the second container is prevented. This can also be done on the packaging belt in the containers stored foods are presented advantageously. The Packaging tape can e.g. B. from a box or There are plastic films that are printed particularly simply can be and are inexpensive to manufacture.
The packaging tape advantageously runs around the Lid, with which the first container is closed, and the Bottom of the second container.
It is advantageous that the closure means by a the bottom of the first container, at least partially circumferential paragraph on which a margin is provided, is formed. It is special advantageous that the edge run formed by a projection is. This allows the second container on the container bottom of the first container at least essentially in the same Way to be attached to the lid.

The ratio of the volume V 1 of the

The filling height H 1 of the
Since the two

In contrast to the

Das in Fig. 4 dargestellte vierte Ausführungsbeispiel des
Transportbehälters 1 unterscheidet sich von dem in Fig. 3
dargestellten dritten Ausführungsbeispiel des
Transportbehälters 1 durch die Ausgestaltung der Verbindung
zwischen der ersten Deckelhälfte 34 und der zweite
Deckelhälfte 35, insbesondere durch die Ausgestaltung des
Verbindungselements 36. In diesem Ausführungsbeispiel weist
The fourth embodiment of the

Der Deckel 4 des Transportbehälters 1 weist Führungsschienen
50a bis 50f auf, in die Behälter 2, 3, 51 einschiebbar sind.
Die Behälter 2, 3, 51 greifen dabei mit ihren längsseitig
ausgebildeten Ränder 52a bis 52f in die Führungsschienen 50a
bis 50f ein. Der Deckel 4 weist Perforationen 7, 53 auf, die
mehrere Ausnehmungen 54, 55 umfassen.
The
Transportes, verhindert.The
In diesem Ausführungsbeispiel haben die Teilbehälter 2, 3,
51 paarweise verschiedene Volumina.
In this exemplary embodiment, the

The

Fig. 7 shows a seventh embodiment of a
Correspondingly, the second step-shaped
The following is the detailed description of the structure and the operation of the device according to the invention.
In Fig. 7, the
Around the
Through the
Fig. 8 zeigt den in Fig. 7 dargestellten Transportbehälter
B. in
Form eines Serviervorschlags, präsentiert ist. Besonders

Fig. 9 zeigt den in Fig. 7 dargestellten zweiten Behälter 3,

In the seventh described with reference to FIGS. 7 to 9

The edge runs 76, 77 can also be different than through the
Since the
The invention is not based on those described Embodiments limited.
