Description

The present invention relates to a container consisting of an inner part for receiving objects, in particular screws or the like, and in the closed state of the receptacle, the inner part comprising the outer part.

As a packaging container for small parts folding boxes in most cuboid design state of the art. Such a packaging device is described in DE 195 41 904 A1. In order to make the contents of the package accessible by properly opening the packaging for the first time, a pull-tab is often integrated in at least one side wall, which separates a part of the packaging wall. For later permanent removal of the goods, the container must be open at least on one side and be freely accessible. Although the folding cartons corresponding to the prior art are resealable, handling in practical operation, for example a metered removal of screws during an assembly process, is difficult because of the closure device by means of closing flaps. Easier and more convenient to handle are containers with drawer elements. These allow faster access to their content in practice and can be arranged clearly. In addition, this type of container is stackable in a suitable embodiment and thus reduces the space requirement. The basic idea of such a packaging device is shown in DE 42 39 147 A1. Not considered in this document is the initial secure closeability of the container to prevent unauthorized removal of the product during transport and presentation, as well as the possibility of complete removal of the inner part, which during the use of goods can serve as a convenient transport unit.

The present invention has for its object, starting from the described prior art, to develop a container that at low production costs and low storage and transport space needs a safe initial closability of the container in conjunction with easy accessibility of the goods in practical operation allows.

According to the invention, this object is achieved in that the inner part is completely receivable by the outer part and is connected via a formed on the inner part closure tab to the outer part such that the closure tab is fixed end to an outer surface of the outer part and the closure tab is severed by a tear strip, so that the inner part of the outer part is detachable.

By the inventive outside on the top of the outer part attached closure tab with tear strip the goods are stored safely during transport and protected from unauthorized removal during presentation on store shelves. After detachment of the tear strip, a tab portion remaining on the inner part can be pushed under later use with inserted inner part under the upper side wall of the outer part and act in this way stabilizing, which is particularly advantageous for heavy metal.

The division of the container into the inner part and outer part in conjunction with a parallelepiped configuration makes it possible to arrange a plurality of containers in a space-saving manner next to and above one another, whereby the costs for transport, storage and presentation space can be reduced. The inserted drawer element gives the outer part additional stability due to the resulting double side wall, which has a positive effect on the transport properties and on the maximum stacking height. Advantageously, the division into two is also in practical operation when using the packaged goods, since the goods in the drawer element remaining can be completely removed and is easily accessible at the place of use.

A reduction in the height of the rear wall and a gradation made on this height of the two side walls of the drawer element facilitate the insertion of the drawer element.

Handle recesses in the front edges of the side surfaces of the outer part allow the detection of the drawer element to pull it out.

A cost-effective production is achieved in that both the drawer element and the outer part are each made of a one-piece carton blank.

Wie bei der Grundform ist der Verschlusslaschen-Außenabschnitt 8 mit der Seitenwand 25 verklebt.FIG. 7 shows an alternative embodiment in the form of a short form, which differs from the basic form shown in FIGS. 1 to 6 in that, assuming the same wall height H, the dimensions of the standing surface (side wall 24) are described by the length L and the width B. , about halved. The dimensions (length L and height H) of the side walls 22, 23 correspond to the dimensions (width B and height H) of the front wall 13 in Figures 1 to 6. In addition, the (handle) recesses 27, 28 in the side walls 24 and 25 incorporated. As in the basic form, the closure tab outer portion 8 is glued to the side wall 25.

Bei den Grundformen nach den Figuren 1 bis 6 dient die Frontwand 13 als Kennzeichnungsfläche.FIG. 8 shows a stack arrangement with various embodiments of the container according to the invention. Herein it can be seen that in the short form according to FIG. 7, the side wall 22 of the outer part can be used as a printable identification area, since it is visible in the stacked state of the container according to the invention, freely from the front side of the stack. In the basic forms according to FIGS. 1 to 6, the front wall 13 serves as a marking surface.

The invention is not limited to the illustrated and described embodiments, but also includes all the same in the context of the invention embodiments.
