Description: The invention relates to a box with an insertion element according to the preamble of the independent claims.

Boxes are known from the prior art, which have a mostly cuboid box body. The box body is closed at one end by a bottom. An insertion element can be removed through an insertion opening arranged at the other end of the box body. The insert element is used to hold objects, which may be placed in receiving sections formed or attached to the insert element.

Boxes of the type mentioned at the outset are often used for the storage and dispensing of medicaments and associated dispensing devices (e.g. syringes, cannulas, inhalers, auto-injectors). Forgery-proof sealing is therefore desirable. Nevertheless, it is essential that the boxes are easy to open and that the insert element is easy to remove. In particular, users with fine motor deficits or mobility restrictions are often unable to open boxes according to the prior art or to remove their insertion element.

It is therefore an object of the invention to provide a box of the type mentioned which avoids the disadvantages of the prior art and in particular has a simplified removal of the insert element and at the same time is tamper-evident lockable.

As can be seen from FIG. 6, the wall section 8 is not, as usual, designed as a cover flap of the box body 2, but as a hinged flap of an insertion element 5.
