Description
The present invention relates to a packaging board for a substantially sheet-like packaged product according to the preamble of claim 1.
The transport of packaging goods, which have a concave bulge, as is the case with bonnets for cars, has been problematic so far. Due to the concave design, which is given in the said bonnet by adapting to the shape of the windshield of the car, on both sides, the bulge limiting tips are present, which are particularly susceptible to shock and so far must be specially protected during transport. The hoods are individually packaged as repair parts and often transported over long distances, so that here naturally the risk of damage during the handling of the packaged goods is very large, especially since experience in the hurry is not always with the due care, ie gentle treatment of the cargo handled becomes.
So far, it has been attempted to protect the packaged goods from being damaged by introducing filler material in the form of a polystyrene packing, for example balls or plates, into the packaging carton. Apart from the problem of material separation when not in use of the packaging carton, the protective effect of the bed is extremely unsatisfactory, especially for the imaginary application, since the packaged by the bed actually not held firm, d. H. is fixed in every position. The number of damaged during transport packaging goods, ie bonnets, is therefore relatively high and for obvious reasons associated with considerable costs. In addition, these hoods are shipped object-related for repair purposes, so that significantly extend the repair times by a damaged part.
From US-A 2,873,024, US-A 3,778, US-A 4,162,729 and DE-U 94 09 136 are each a packaging board known which serve to receive a substantially sheet-like packaged goods. However, instructions on how to package a packaged product with a concave bulge, in particular how to protect the lateral peaks limiting the concave bulge, can not be deduced therefrom.
In der EP 0 737 623 A1 ist ebenfalls ein Verpackungskarton gezeigt und beschrieben, bei dem jedoch das zu verpackende Gut mittels durch den einteiligen Verpackungskarton bzw. unter diesem hindurch geführte Bänder gesichert ist.EP 0 737 623 A1 likewise shows and describes a packaging cardboard in which, however, the product to be packaged is secured by means of bands guided through the one-piece packaging cardboard or under it.
The present invention is therefore based on the object, a packaging board with an enclosed packaged goods in such a way that it is simple and inexpensive to manufacture and easily disposable and that the packaged goods transported therein is securely protected from damage.
This object is achieved by a packaging carton having the features of claim 1.
Vielmehr stützt sich das Verpackungsgut ausschließlich mit seiner konkaven Seite auf dem Stützteil ab.Due to this structural design of a packaging carton the packaging material is kept and secured so that virtually no damage, even if improperly, d. H. Rough handling during transport with the packaging is possible in total. This concerns in particular the particularly damage-prone, the concave bulge laterally limiting tips, as they are practically exposed and thus no longer come into contact with the bottom of the packaging box. Rather, the packaged material is based exclusively with its concave side on the support member.
Due to the telescopically pluggable slipcase, the packaging board can be used for different lengths of packaged goods.
According to an advantageous embodiment of the invention corner protectors are provided, which are adjacent in the two corners of the first slipcase, the support member, and in which the said tips of the packaged goods einliegen, so that a lateral lining to the respective adjacent sides of the first slipcase is given, wherein the corner protectors are formed approximately like a shoe.
For lateral position stabilization of the packaging material compensating pieces may be provided, each consisting of folded Ritzpolstern that rest on the Ekkenschützern and then cause a fixation of the packaged goods, if this is smaller than the width dimension of the slipcase from its width dimension ago.
It is further provided that the second slip, in which the concave bulge opposite side of the packaged goods, is provided on the bottom side with a pad, which is formed in cross-section substantially triangular and in over the entire width or almost the entire width of the second slipcase extends. In this case, this padded piece is supported with its catheters on the associated sides of the slipcase, d. H. on a broadside and a narrow side. The thickness of the cushion piece corresponds approximately to the cross-sectional depth of the slipcase.
According to a further aspect of the invention, it is provided that the support member is formed from a section of the broad side of the first slipcase, whereby on the one hand, the necessary material on the support member without additional procurement costs available and on the other hand an externally possible view of the inside packaging good , Preferably the underside of a hood, is possible.
In this sense, also used in the second slipcase upholstery piece can be produced, this material is suitably created from a section of the second slipcase. In order to obtain the length of the pad as described in accordance with the clear width of the second slip, the pad can be composed of several individual parts, for example by gluing.
Ideally, the scratches and corner protectors are made of cut parts.
Further advantageous embodiments of the invention are characterized in the subclaims.
