Abstract
Description
Die Erfindung betrifft eine Transport-Verpackung zum Schutz von elektronischen Geräten vor Transportschäden gemäß dem Oberbegriff des Anspruchs 1 .The invention relates to a transport packaging for protecting electronic devices from transport damage according to the preamble of claim 1.

Laut § 3 dieser Verordnung sind Hersteller und Vertreiber verpflichtet, ab 1.12.91 Transportverpackungen zurückzunehmen und zu entsorgen. Von der dem verpackten Gerät am nächstliegenden Wellpappen-Lage ausgehend, ist mindestens eine Lage mit einer Ausnehmung vorgesehen, die der Kontur des verpackten Gerätes entspricht. Mit diesen Ausnehmungen wird das Verpackungspolster auf das Gerät aufgesteckt. Nachteilig an dieser Art der Verpackung ist, daß die Dämpfungseigenschaften bei einer Stoßrichtung in der Ebene der Wellpappen-Lagen nur begrenzt variabel sind. Außerdem müssen die Verpackungspolster erst am Packtisch gefaltet werden, was doch ziemlich zeit- und kostenaufwendig ist.Packaging cushioning is disclosed. Die Darstellung nach Fig. 1 zeigt eine teilweise aufgeschnittene Transport-Verpackung 1 mit verpacktem Gerät 2. Auf die geschlossene Seite des U-Profils 6 sind - nach den Figuren 2 und 3 - beispielsweise drei U-Profile 7 aufgeklebt. Die Anzahl und die Bemessung dieser U-Profile 7 läßt ebenfalls eine Beeinflussung der Dämpfungseigenschaften zu. Die beiden Aussparungen 8 im U-Profil 6 ermöglichen ein Hindurchragen von über die Außenfläche des Gerätes hinausragenden Teilen wie beispielsweise Gerätefüße 5 (Fig. 1).The two figures 2 and 3 show the packaging element 4 in perspective in two views.
