Claims (5)
- Befestigungsvorrichtung für Scharniere von Türen oder Klappen oder dergleichen von Fahrzeugen, mit einem Scharnierbauteil, das an einem Karosserieteil eines Fahrzeuges über eine Schraube und eine Spannhülse befestigt ist, wobei die Spannhülse eine Durchgangsöffnung zum Befestigen der Schraube und mindestens zwei voneinander beabstandete Hebelarme aufweist, an denen jeweils eine äußere Anlagefläche ausgebildet ist,
dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Spannhülse (5) in Höhe der Durchgangsöffnung (28) mindestens zwei voneinander beabstandete, innere Anlageflächen (21, 22) aufweist, dass die inneren Anlageflächen (21, 22) um einen Abstand (a) von den äußeren Anlageflächen (16, 17) beabstandet sind und dass die inneren Anlageflächen (16, 17) vor der Endmontage um einen Abstand (c) von einer Wand (14, 15) des Karosserieteils (2) entfernt sind und erst ab einer vorbestimmten Vorspannkraft zur Anlage an der Wand (14, 15) zur Übertragung der maximalen Vorspannkraft kommen. - Befestigungsvorrichtung nach Anspruch 1,
dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die inneren Anlageflächen (16, 17) um einen Betrag (b) von einer Umfangsfläche (23) der Schraube (4) beabstandet sind, um eine Verspannung eines Gewindeabschnittes (24) der Spannhülse (5) mit dem Gewindeabschnitt (25) der Schraube (4) zu erreichen. - Befestigungsvorrichtung nach den Ansprüchen 1 oder 2,
dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass ein Abstand (c) zwischen den inneren Anlageflächen (21, 22) und den äußeren Anlageflächen (16, 17) der Hebelarme (18, 19) so ausgelegt ist, dass sich die Hebelarme (18, 19) ab der vorbestimmten Vorspannkraft elastisch verformen und dadurch die inneren Anlageflächen (21, 22) zur Anlage an der Wand (14) des Karosserieteiles (2) kommen. - Befestigungsvorrichtung nach einem der vorhergehenden Ansprüche,
dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Spannhülse (5) aus einem fließpressgeeigneten Stahl oder einem vergleichbaren Werkstoff besteht. - Befestigungsvorrichtung nach einem der vorhergehenden Ansprüche,
dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Vorspannkraft zur elastischen Verformung der Spannhülse (5) bei mindestens 4 KN liegt und die maximale Vorspannkraft mindestens 12 KN beträgt.
