Claims (11)
- Vorrichtung (1) zur druckbeaufschlagten Verpackung und Ausgabe eines insbesondere kosmetischen Produkts, die einen das unter Druck stehende Produkt enthaltenden Behälter (2) aufweist, wobei der Behälter mit einem Ventil (5) vom Typ Kippventil und mit einem Ausgabekopf (10) zur Betätigung des Ventils (5) und zur Ausgabe durch mindestens eine Ausgabeöffnung (11) versehen ist, wobei der Ausgabekopf Mittel (14, 15) aufweist, um seine Befestigung auf dem Behälter zu gewährleisten, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Ausgabeöffnung (11) in einem Abschnitt des Ausgabekopfs mündet, der axial bezüglich des Behälters (2) unbeweglich ist, wobei der unbewegliche Abschnitt mit einer Stange (3) des Ventils über einen Kanal (13) derart gekoppelt ist, dass die Betätigung des Ventils (5) nur als Reaktion auf einen seitlich auf das Ventil (5) ausgeübten Druck erhalten werden kann.
- Vorrichtung (1) nach Anspruch 1, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass der Behälter (2) eine Achse X aufweist, und die Ausgabeöffnung (11) in der Achse X des Behälters angeordnet ist.
- Vorrichtung (1) nach Anspruch 1, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass der Behälter (2) eine Achse X aufweist, und die Ausgabeöffnung (11) sich außerhalb der Achse X befindet.
- Vorrichtung (1) nach einem der vorhergehenden Ansprüche, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass der Ausgabekopf (10) durch Einrasten auf dem Behälter befestigt wird.
- Vorrichtung (1) nach einem der vorhergehenden Ansprüche, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass der Ausgabekopf (10) mindestens eine Auflagefläche (12) zur Betätigung des Ventils (5) aufweist, wobei die Auflagefläche(n) (12) in der Lage ist (sind), um eine Zone des Ausgabekopfs (10) herum nachzugeben, die sich in der Nähe der Ausgabeöffnung befindet.
- Vorrichtung (1) nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 4, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass der Ausgabekopf (10) mindestens eine Auflagefläche (12) zur Betätigung des Ventils aufweist, wobei die Auflagefläche(n) (12) in der Lage ist (sind), um eine Zone (19) des Ausgabekopfs herum nachzugeben, die der Ausgabeöffnung (11) entgegengesetzt liegt.
- Vorrichtung (1) nach Anspruch 5, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Auflagefläche(n) (12) über ein Kopplungselement (16) fest mit einem Abschnitt des Ausgabekopfs verbunden ist (sind), in dem ein Kanal (13) ausgebildet ist, der an der Ausgabeöffnung (11) mündet, wobei der Abschnitt in der Lage ist, insbesondere durch Krafteinpassung mit der Ventilstange (3) in Eingriff zu kommen.
- Vorrichtung (1) nach Anspruch 6, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Auflagefläche(n) (12) in der Lage ist (sind), insbesondere durch Schwenken um eine Achse, von einer ersten, so genannten Formungsstellung, in der ein Kopplungselement (18) von einem Abschnitt des Ausgabekopfs entfernt ist, in dem ein Kanal (13) ausgebildet ist, der an der Ausgabeöffnung (11) mündet, in eine zweite, so genannte Betriebsstellung überzugehen, in der das Kopplungselement (16) als Reaktion auf einen seitlich des Ventils (5) auf eine Auflagefläche (12) ausgeübten Druck mit dem Abschnitt des Ausgabekopfs in Eingriff kommen und die Betätigung des Ventils (5) bewirken kann.
- Vorrichtung (1) nach einem der vorhergehenden Ansprüche, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass sie eine Kappe (6) aufweist, um den Ausgabekopf lösbar zu bedecken.
- Vorrichtung (1) nach Anspruch 9, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass der Verschlussdeckel (6) ein Organ (7) aufweist, das in der Lage ist, sich dicht gegen die Ausgabeöffnung (11) zu legen.
- Verwendung einer Vorrichtung (1) nach einem der vorhergehenden Ansprüche zur Verpackung und Ausgabe eines kosmetischen Produkts, insbesondere eines Haarpflegeprodukts, eines Körperhygieneprodukts, eines Schminkprodukts oder eines Sonnenschutzprodukts.
