Definitions
- the invention relates to a high-pressure fuel system for Internal combustion engines according to the preamble of claim 1 out.
- Such high-pressure fuel systems are, for example known from Japanese Patent JP 08-270530, in which is shown a high pressure system, part of a Fuel injection pump is.
- a high pressure system part of a Fuel injection pump is.
- the end faces of the ring lands are as sealing surfaces trained that are small compared to the whole Contact surface so that when the high pressure body is clamped against each other a high surface pressure on the sealing surface occurs, resulting in better sealing of the high pressure duct allowed.
- the ring bars can vary in height and width become.
- the high-pressure fuel system with the characteristic Features of claim 1, however, points the advantage that the passage of the high pressure channel surrounding ring web has flanks that match the normal the end face of the Ring web encloses an angle that is greater than 0 °. As a result, the pressure increases in the area of the edges, that at the transition from the flanks of the ring land to the sealing surface are formed, reduced and the ring web a total conferred greater stability.
- the contact surfaces more than one ring web on the contact surfaces intended. This also results in the event that one of the two ring bars due to assembly errors or in operation should leak, an emergency sealing property that in this case, the high-pressure fuel system continues to operate allows.
- the invention is the transition from the contact surface to Flank of the ring land rounded with a radius of curvature.
- a high-pressure body can be any component that has a channel or a cavity in its interior in which fuel can be filled under high pressure.
- a high-pressure duct 17 runs in the first high-pressure body 1 and passes through a first contact surface 10 of the first high-pressure body 1.
- a second high-pressure body 3 is arranged opposite the first high-pressure body 1 and has a second contact surface 12 which lies opposite the first contact surface 10. The high pressure channel 17 continues in the second high pressure body 3, so that it leads from the first high pressure body 1 through the first contact surface 10 and the second contact surface 12 into the second high pressure body 3.

Abstract
Description
erlaubt.
The invention relates to a high-pressure fuel system for
Internal combustion engines according to the preamble of
The well-known high pressure seal through a passage the ring web surrounding the high pressure channel, however, has the Disadvantage that the cross section of the ring web is rectangular is trained. This will result when the Ring web in the opposite contact surface of the respective High pressure body to excessive voltage increases in the area of the edges at the transition from the sealing surface to the Flanks of the ring land are formed. This can cause it to be local plastic deformations of the material come what it particularly difficult once pressed together High pressure body after separation and again sealing together connect to.
The high-pressure fuel system according to the invention with the characteristic
Features of
In an advantageous embodiment of the subject of Invention is about the passage of the high pressure channel the contact surfaces more than one ring web on the contact surfaces intended. This also results in the event that one of the two ring bars due to assembly errors or in operation should leak, an emergency sealing property that in this case, the high-pressure fuel system continues to operate allows.
In a further advantageous embodiment of the object the invention is the transition from the contact surface to Flank of the ring land rounded with a radius of curvature.
This avoids high notch stresses at this point, which results in greater stability and thus allows higher contact pressures of the high pressure body against each other. Corresponding rounding is also advantageous the edge created by the transition of the sealing surface to the Flanks is formed to the stress peaks when pressing reduce this edge in the contact surface.
Further advantages and advantageous configurations of the object the invention are the drawing, the description and removable from the claims.

- FIG. 2 shows a further exemplary embodiment of contact surfaces according to the invention,
- FIG. 3 shows a further exemplary embodiment with ring webs on both high-pressure bodies,

- FIG. 6 shows an enlargement of FIG. 5 in a region of the intermediate disk designated VI.
b aufweist.
entstehenden Kerbspannungen zu mindern.1 shows a longitudinal section through two high-pressure bodies which are part of a high-pressure fuel system. A high-pressure body can be any component that has a channel or a cavity in its interior in which fuel can be filled under high pressure. A high-
The
Kraftstoffhochdrucksystems gezeigt. In diesem
In Figure 2 is another embodiment of the invention
High pressure fuel system shown. In this
The case is next to the
Flanke 109.FIG. 3 shows a further exemplary embodiment of the high-pressure fuel system according to the invention. An
In Figure 4 is another embodiment of the invention

27 in axialer Richtung vom Ventilsitz 34 weg bewegt,
dargestellten Kraftstoffhochdruckquelle verbunden. Am Übergang
des Ventilhaltekörpers 20 zur Zwischenscheibe 22 und am
Übergang der Zwischenscheibe 22 zum Ventilkörper 24 tritt
der Zulaufkanal 35 durch die jeweiligen Anlageflächen hindurch. In Figure 5 is a fuel injection valve for internal combustion engines

In Figure 6 is an enlarged view of the

soll.The transition of the
Both injectors, in particular, must have high pressure bodies be made of steel to ensure a good seal of the Reaching ring bridges. Because of the high dynamic loads, as with the presses that change frequently during operation arise in the high pressure duct, the used Steels have a certain hardness. For this application a hardness of around 20 to 60 HRC (Rockwell hardness) proven to be cheap.
For a good seal of the sealing surfaces 15, 115 when pressed against the
In addition to the ring webs 5,105 shown in the drawing

Instead of a
