Abstract
Description
Die Erfindung betrifft ein Verfahren zum Bebildern von Oberflächen in Druckmaschinen, wobei die zu bebildernde Oberfläche aus einem hydrophilen Material besteht oder die zu bebildernde Oberfläche mit einer hydrophilen Beschichtung versehen und auf diese hydrophile Oberfläche an den motivbildenden Stellen mittels eines Strahldruckers hydrophobes Material aufgebracht wird.The invention relates to a method for imaging of surfaces in printing machines, wherein the surface to be imaged consists of a hydrophilic material or provided with a hydrophilic coating surface to be imaged and hydrophobic material is applied to this hydrophilic surface at the motif-forming points by means of a jet printer.
Aus der Druckschrift DE 43 39 493 A1 ist ein Verfahren zum Herstellen einer Druckplatte bekannt geworden, das von einer hydrophilen Plattenoberfläche ausgeht. Es werden Daten bereitgestellt, die eine auf einen Träger zu druckende Grafik und/oder einen Text definieren. Die Daten werden in einem Computer in für den Betrieb einer Maschine geeignete Maschinendaten umgewandelt. Die ausgewählten Abschnitte der Plattenoberfläche, die mit einem bilderzeugenden Material zu beschichten sind, werden definiert. Dazu wird eine Strahldruckeinrichtung mit einem Strahldruckkopf bereitgestellt, der auf die ausgewählten Abschnitte der Plattenoberfläche das bilderzeugende Material aufbringt und die anderen Abschnitte der Plattenoberfläche frei lässt. In der Strahldruckeinrichtung wird ein Vorrat an fotoempfindlichem, flüssigem Bilderzeugungsmaterial bereitgestellt, das zum Erzeugen hydrophober Bereiche auf der Plattenoberfläche härtbar ist. - Method of producing images on surfaces in printing machines according to claim 1, characterised in that the adhesive agent is applied by the jet printer.
- Method of producing images on surfaces in printing machines according to claim 1, characterised in that the application of the adhesive agent takes place directly in time prior to application of the hydrophilic or hydrophobic material.
- Method of producing images on surfaces in printing machines according to claim 1, characterised in that the adhesive agent contains a wetting agent.
- Method of producing images on surfaces in printing machines according to claim 1, characterised in that the adhesive agent comprises a fine porous structure, wherein the surface of the applied adhesive agent is open-pored.
- Method of producing images on surfaces in printing machines according to claim 1, characterised in that a foam forming agent is admixed to the adhesive agent.
