Ausführung der ErfindungEmbodiment of the invention

Die Figur 1 zeigt eine Schnittzeichnung einer ersten Ausführungsform der erfindungsgemäßen Auswringvorrichtung bei der die Aufnahme 1 als Auswringkorb ausgebildet ist und durch einen Halterahmen 5 an einem darunter liegenden Behälter 6 festgelegt ist. Dem Auswring- oder Auspresskorb 1 ist ein Einführtrichter 2 vorgelagert, der durch einen Stützrahmen 3 am Halterahmen 5 festgelegt ist. Die Zeichnung in Figur 5 zeigt bevorzugt die Verbindung zwischen Einführtrichter und Halterahmen als eine Klemm- oder Klebeverbindung zwischen einem Ansatz auf dem Halterahmen 5 und dem Stützrahmen 3. Die Verbindung kann aber auch durch eine Schweiß- bzw. durch eine unlösbare Schnappverbindung gebildet werden. Denkbar ist auch eine einstückige Ausführung. Leicht zu erkennen ist ein kegelartiges Mantelteil 7, welches in einem Abstand 11 zum Scheitel der Federelemente 10 dem Auswringkorb 1 vorgeschaltet ist. Bei der Fußbodenreinigung wird ein, in Figur 1 nicht näher dargestellter Wischmopp mit vertikal nach unten hängenden Fransen oder Zotten von oben her in die Auswringvorrichtung eingeführt. Dabei passiert das Reinigungselement die durch den oberen Rand 17 umschlossene Durchtrittsfläche und erfährt zunächst durch das kegelförmige Mantelteil 7 eine Zentrierung in Richtung des Auspresskorbes 1. Durch die abwärts gerichtete Einpresskraft kommt es bei dieser ersten Ausführungsform im weiteren Verlauf dazu, dass die Scheitelpunkte der Federelemente 10 am oberen Rand 9 der Aufnahme 1 sich in Richtung der Symmetrieachse 12 verlagern. Die Federelemente 10 pressen gegen die Streifen des Reinigungselementes. In Figur 1 ist dieses Auspressen durch Pfeile, einen nach unten zeigenden und zwei in Richtung der Symmetrieachse 12, in das Innere des Auswringkorbes weisende, schematisch angedeutet. Das beim Auspressen ausgequetschte Schmutzwasser fließt zwischen den Federelementen 10 in den Eimer 6. Das kegelartige Mantelteil 7 weist Durchbrechungen 15 auf, deren Form und Größe aber so gewählt ist, dass die Zotten oder Fransen des Wischmopps sicher in das Zentrum des Auswringbehälters geführt werden und nicht verheddern. Abtropfendes Schmutzwasser wird durch Löcher 16 im Halterahmen 5 in den Eimer 6 abgeleitet. Wie in Figur 1 leicht erkennbar, ist die durch den unteren Rand 8 umgrenzte untere Durchtrittsfläche 18 kongruent zur Eintrittsfläche des Auswringkorbes, der durch die Scheitelpunkte der Federelemente 10 am oberen Rand 9 umschrieben wird. Das Trichterteil 7 schließt mit der Horizontalen 13 einen Winkel 14 ein, der bevorzugt zwischen 15 und 70°, besonders bevorzugt. Die Schnappverbindung kann lösbar aber auch unlösbar ausgeführt sein. Hinsichtlich der Kosten ist von Vorteil, dass beide Bauteile in einfachen Werkzeugen getrennt gefertigt und während der Lieferung und Zwischenlagerung sehr gut stapelbar sind. Die Transport und Lagerkosten sind dadurch gering. Der Einführtrichter 2 wird erst vor der Auslieferung an den Kunden am Halterahmen 5 montiert. Eine unlösbare Schnappverbindung hat den Vorteil, dass der Einführtrichter unverlierbar an der Aufnahme angebracht ist. Aus Gründen der Materialersparnis und Gewichtsreduktion sind bevorzugt am kegelförmigen Mantelteil 7 und/oder am Stützrahmen 3 Durchbrechungen 15 vorgesehen. Bevorzugt zeigen die Durchbrechungen 15 ein Firmen- oder Produktzeichen oder wiederspiegeln die Form des Mopps.
