Claims (7)

  1. Applikatorvorrichtung zum Anpressen eines metallischen Endanschlusses sowohl an den freigelegten Leiter als auch an die Isolierhülle eines Abschnittes eines elektrischen Drahtes oder Kabels, wobei genannte Vorrichtung aufweist:
    eine feststehende Grundkonstruktion (B) und
    eine Werkzeugträgereinheit (D), die so angeordnet ist, dass sie an der Grundkonstruktion (B) längs einer Hauptachse (G) gleiten kann und so ausgelegt ist, dass sie mit einem Steuerglied verbunden ist, beispielsweise einem Stößel einer Presse, welcher sich in hin- und hergehender Bewegung längs der genannten Hauptachse (G) bewegt,
    wobei die genannte Werkzeugträgereinheit beinhaltet:
    eine Gegenfläche (3b), die so ausgelegt ist, dass sie die durch den Stößel der Presse ausgeübte Druckkraft aufnimmt;
    ein erstes Schneidwerkzeug (14) und ein zweites Schneidwerkzeug (15), die sich parallel zur genannten Hauptachse (G) erstrecken und bei Betätigung der Presse mit der Werkzeugträgereinheit (D) beweglich sind, um das Anpressen eines metallischen Endanschlusses an den Leiter bzw. an die Isolierhülle eines elektrischen Drahtes oder Kabels auszuführen, und
    ein Mittel, um die Position des ersten Werkzeuges (14) und des zweiten Werkzeuges (15) in Richtung der genannten Hauptachse (G) relativ zu der genannten Gegenfläche (3b) einzustellen,
    wobei das genannte Einstellmittel einen ersten Ring (3) und einen zweiten Ring (5) umfaßt, die so angeordnet sind, dass sie sich an der Werkzeugträgereinheit (D) um die genannte Hauptachse (G) unabhängig voneinander drehen können, um die Einstellung von jeweils zumindest einem der zwei Werkzeuge (14, 15) bzw. die Einstellung von zumindest dem jeweils anderen Werkzeuges (15) zu steuern, welches die Funktion des Anpressens des Endanschlusses an die Isolierhülle besitzt,
    dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass:
    zumindest der genannte erste Einstellring (3) eine zentrale Öffnung mit einer mit Innengewinde versehenen Fläche besitzt, mit der ein eingeschraubter erster Gewindestift (2b) in Eingriff ist, welcher relativ zu einem Hauptkörper (16) der Werkzeugträgereinheit in der Weise axial festgelegt ist, dass eine Drehung des genannten ersten Ringes (3) eine Veränderung der axialen Position des genannten ersten Ringes (3) relativ zu beiden Werkzeugen (14, 15) bewirkt, wobei die Position des genannten ersten Ringes (3) einzig die Position der genannten Gegenfläche (3b) definiert, auf die die Druckkraft des Steuergliedes ausgeübt wird.
  2. Vorrichtung nach Anspruch 1, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass auch der genannte zweite Ring (5) eine zentrale Öffnung mit einer Fläche mit Innengewinde aufweist, mit der ein eingeschraubter zweiter Gewindestift (70) in Eingriff ist, welcher axial relativ zu einem Hauptkörper (16) der Werkzeugträgereinheit (D) festgelegt ist, wobei genannter zweiter Ring (5) wirkungsmäßig mit eben dem Werkzeug (15) für das Anpressen an die Isolation in solcher Weise in Berührung ist, dass die Drehung des zweiten Ringes (5) eine axiale Einstellung eben des zweiten Werkzeuges (15) relativ zu der Gegenfläche (3b) bewirkt, auf die die Druckkraft des Steuergliedes ausgeübt wird.

Vorrichtung nach Anspruch 1, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass der genannte zweite Ring (5) eine Frontseite mit einer schraubenartigen Rampe (24a) besitzt, welche wirkungsmäßig mit eben dem Werkzeug (15) für das Anpressen an die Isolation in der Weise in frontaler Berührung ist, dass die Drehung des zweiten Ringes (5) eine axiale Einstellung gerade des zweiten Werkzeuges (15) relativ zu der Gegenfläche (3b) bewirkt, auf die die Druckkraft des Steuergliedes ausgeübt wird.

Vorrichtung nach Anspruch 1, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass zwischen den genannten ersten Gewindestift (2b) und die Fläche (3a) mit Innengewinde des genannten ersten Ringes (3) Mittel eingesetzt sind für den Hinweis auf die und das Beibehalten der Winkelposition der Einstellung des ersten Ringes (3), mit einer Verzahnung (3b), die an einem der zwei Elemente ausgebildet ist, und einem Eingriffsglied (10), das von anderem Element getragen und durch ein Federmittel (12) radial gegen die genannte Verzahnung (3d) in solcher Weise gedrückt wird, dass eine Indexierung der Drehung des ersten Ringes erhalten wird.
  5. Vorrichtung nach Anspruch 2, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass zwischen den genannten zweiten Gewindestift (70) und die Fläche (50) mit Innengewinde des genannten zweiten Ringes (5) Mittel eingesetzt sind für Hinweis auf die und das Beibehalten der Winkelposition der Einstellung des zweiten Ringes (5), mit einer Verzahnung, die an einem der genannten zwei Elemente ausgebildet ist, und einem Eingriffsglied (11), das vom anderen Element getragen und radial mittels eines Federmittels (13) gegen die genannte Verzahnung hin in solcher Weise gedrückt wird, dass eine Indexierung der Drehung des zweiten Ringes erhalten wird.

Vorrichtung nach Anspruch 1, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass zwischen den genannten ersten Ring (3) und den genannten zweiten Ring (5) eine Scheibe (4) eingesetzt ist, die relativ zum Hauptkörper (16) der Werkzeugträgereinheit festgelegt ist, wobei genannte Scheibe (4) und der genannte erste Ring (3) betreffende Zähne (21, 23; 21, 110) besitzen, die so ausgebildet sind, dass sie miteinander in Kontakt treten, um die Positionen des Bewegungsendes der Drehung des ersten Ringes zu definieren.
  7. Vorrichtung nach Anspruch 2, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass zwischen den genannten ersten Ring (3) und den genannten zweiten Ring (5) eine Scheibe (4) eingesetzt ist, die relativ zum Hauptkörper (16) der Werkzeugeträgereinheit (D) festgelegt ist, wobei genannte Scheibe (4) und genannter erster Ring (3) betreffende Zähne (21, 110) besitzen, die so ausgebildet sind, dass sie miteinander in Kontakt treten, um die Positionen des Bewegungsendes der Drehung des ersten Ringes zu definieren, wobei genannte Scheibe (4) und genannter zweiter Ring (5) außerdem betreffende Zähne (9, 24) aufweisen, die so ausgebildet sind, dass sie miteinander in Kontakt treten, um die Positionen des Bewegungsendes der Drehung des zweiten Ringes zu definieren.
