Abstract

Die Erfindung betrifft eine Vorrichtung und eine Strecke zur Sichterbeschickung beim Herstellungsprozeß von Holzfaserplatten mit der Schwerteile und Klumpen aus dem Materialstrom vor der Streustation separiert werden. Dazu ist eine Sichterbeschickungsstrecke für Sichterbreiten bis 3,5 m vorgesehen, die aus mindestens einem Aufteilungsfächer (3), einer Dosierbandwaage (4) und einem Windsichter (6) besteht. Dabei ist der Aufteilungsfächer (3) zur Verbreiterung der Sichterbeschikkungsstrecke auf 3,5 m vorgesehen und aus einem vertikal angeordneten Rohr gebildet, in dem längs und in Förderrichtung Trennwände vorgesehen sind, die den aufgegebenen Materialstrom in sich verbreiternde Förderkanäle (23) aufteilen. Zur Aufteilung auf mehrere Windsichter ist eine Aufteilungsvorrichtung (31) vorgesehen, die aus einem Aufteilungsrechen (36) und einem Leitblech (37) besteht, die den Materialstrom in zwei 3,5 m breite Teilströme aufteilt.
