Abstract
Description
- With particular reference to the coverings of stairs, currently, they can point out, the existence of various measures of the step base on which the wood covering can be put on, of similar or alternatives materials.
- Such situation so much finds for both the width and the depth of the tread, a lot for the height and the width of the rise that normally are made in concrete and levelled with adapted materials, in order to give one just division of depth and height of the steps between ground floor and above floor.
- That involves for the producer of coverings of stairs the obligation of several participations such as:
- 1. precise measurement of the widths and the depths of the several treads;
- 2. precise measurement of the heights and the widths of the several rises;
- 3. realization of the coverings in accordance with specific measures of the relative steps, often followed by rigid cardboard shapes in order to cover faithfully the shape of the step or the landing, that it will be reproduced in laboratory later;
- 4. assembly in native place of the steps, the rises and the landings, operation that normally happens with fischer with unpleasant optical result.
-
- Therefore, the operations of a stairs covering succeed laborious and however they need a remarkable employment of time, both in phase of measurement and construction and it is in phase of assembly.
- That obviously with a strong elevation of the production are not always accessible to the generality of the customers.
- The innovations that form the object of the found present have the scope to eliminate in main way the cited disadvantages over, but, above all to take advantage of in rational and industrialized way the production of the wooden elements or alternatives that they compose the same stairs, since the same ones will be all realized in a sole measure. The thought system of putting in work, is definitely a innovative one, it works in the fastest times with disappeared fischer, and extreme precision.
- The main characteristics of the present found, consist in a angular and modular element, that make it possible the adaptation of the tread and the rise in accordance with its effective measures found in building site with a tolerance from 0 to 25 mm (sees table n. 6). It is worth to say that, a step deep 300 mm can indifferently be mounted on support (tread) deep 285 or 310 mm.
- One 128 mm high rise can be mounted indifferently on one support (rise) of 155 mm or 180 mm (sees design attached).
- These last measures answer to nearly the totality of the constructive standards of stairs realized in concrete in order then to be covered.
- As far as the width of the tread and the rise that compose the step, they will be prepared and industrially ended. Moreover the two elements will be called long step. The long step will be realized in the various measure of 4500 mm or different, but, that they turn out to be two, three, four, five multiple times of steps standard more the loss of the case.
- The same one as we have already said will be completed and finished up in every particular, will be directly cut in site in function to the effective width of the stairs to cover that in accordance with the constructive standards they are attested in a range that goes from min. 700 to max. 1300 mm.
- The shown solution with the present industrial invention consists in a production of a long step tread and a long step rise in wood of a determined length, like over said multiple of a step standard, accompanied by a angular model that can be bound together to the assembly of the complete step.
- It is specified that the long step can also be accompanied to the angular model conserving the same flexibility of does not use and the same title of the patent manufacturer, as an example, in the stairs in which the single tread is wanted to be realized, or in the stairs complete of rises and treads where they want to see the union of the two elements (tread - rise) to 90° without therefore the angular element.
- The present industrial invention consists in the creation of an angle form that united to other technical characteristics, that will be best detailed later on, concurs to adapt the covering in accordance with the effective measures of the stairs with tolerances, both on the tread and on the rise, from 0 to 25 mm, that is independent from the eventual diversity of measures of the treads and the heights of the same steps (sees table n. 6).
- Today we assist to a production of a coverings stairs in the traditional type that necessarily previews several phases.
- The new present idea, introduces remarkable innovations in the field of the production and the assembly of the coverings. In fact, currently the producer of coverings needs obligatorily the effective measures of the treads and of the rises, that unfortunately demands a inspection of the building site for the survey of the measures and often the production of shapes of several steps to cover.
- Once realized the covering steps, with the previously found measures, they can pass to the phase of the assembly, of normally carried by flooring craftsman or carpenter, than sure goes to come across remarkable difficulties, tied to the productive side over described, in the phase of the production and of the assembly of coverings stairs.
- The main characteristics of the present found will now turn out from one greater explanation with the attached design.
- The table n. 1 shows an axonometric exploding connected with the elements that constitute the covering of a wood stair, similar materials or alternatives ones.
- Table n. 7 shows an axonometric of the elements as a whole that will be described later.
- We pass to the analytic description of the elements object of the innovation.
- a) Element A (table n.2). Angular element of conjunction between tread and rise,
with two millings to 90 degrees, 14 mm wide and 28 mm deep, the same ones, has
the function to concur the sliding, like a bellows, of the tread and the rise in the
interior of the two milling obtained in the angular element.
The sight part of such angular element has one towards concavity so as to combine, in a shape fine, the two elements (tread and rise), favouring moreover the application of carpet. The point of conjuncture of the elements is rounded to don't become a den of dust and to favour a easy cleaning.
It is specified that the shape of the angular element can vary to according to the desiderated effect , without to invalidating the patent. The base measures are 55 x 55 mm and long 4.500 mm with variation in according to cases or to specific requirements. - b) Elements B (table n. 3). Nuts, screws of regulation and screws of implantation.
In the high part of the angular element and inside the millings is previewed of the
passing holes of 6 mm diameter at a distance between the axles of 400 mm
approximately (sees table n. 2) in order to concur the implantation of the angular
element on the concrete tread or similar material.
At the same distance and to 30 mm from the first holes are previewed from a minimum of n. 02 to a maximum of 03 nuts of regulation with screw, that concur to regulate the height of the rise in function of the real measures of the stairs to cover, with a regulation inside the angular element of approximately 25 mm, therefore, the rise, finished in all its parts, can be mounted indifferently on a stairs made with steps height from 155 mm to 180 mm (sees table n. 6). - c) Element C (long step rise) Element D (long step tread) (table n. 4). The elements
stairs (tread and rise) are made up of a wood structure, or of multilayer covered with
variable thickness according to the customers demands and to varying of the
thickness of the elements will be opportune to vary the dimensions of the angular
element.
Elements C-long step rise and D-long step tread have a milling deep 35 mm in the inferior part and just that one that will go to fit in the angular element, concurring therefore the construction of a wood insert, or multiplayer wood of equal height, and reduced of 2/3 tenth of millimeter of the present milling in the angular element concurring in such a way the bellows movement to increase and the narrow the treads and the rises that compose the stairs. - d) Element E (skirting board tread) and element F (skirting board rise) (table n. 5) The skirting board has a form and ended in all their visible parts, in particular, the one which rests on the tread covers eventual defects of the wall and shows a against shape (convex) that perfectly covers the angular model (concave) and stops on skirting board rise; the same one can be shortened according to the dimension of the step, the cut visible will come then covered by the skirting board rise (sees tables n. 1 and n.7).
- e) Element G (Tread cover to Taurus head or similar) (table n. 5). Long steps tread and rise as already said will be realized in top of 4500 mm lengths or however multiple of common stairs, and once sawed in function of the width, of the stairs to cover, will be visible the cut part that is not paint. In order to avoid this there will be the element of which to the Letter G that will be realized to head of Taurus, rounded to the angles in order to confer a shape and contextually to follow roundnesses of the Taurus head that composes the step. The same one will be increased of some millimetres on the perimeter, that will have function to wrap perfectly all the packet of head of the step.
- f) Element H (Rise cover and angular model) (table n. 5).
The rise and angular element, will come sawed according to of the width of the stairs, therefore, will remain the cut part not protect by paint to which a shape element will overlap itself, (cover) having like a final profile the connection of the rise and the angular element. -
- In practical, the particular of execution, the dimensions, the materials, the shape and similar of the angular element (A), of the long step rise (C) of long step tread (D), of the skirting board (E) and (F), of the covers (G) and (H) that united composes the complete step will be able to vary without therefore exiting of the found one and therefore from the present industrial patent.
