Dabei werden die auf dem Bogenstapel 4 schwimmenden, oben liegenden Bogen 3 an den feststehenden Eckenhaltern 25 und den feststehenden Ausrichtplatten 20 entlang bis zum Aufsetzen der Stapelplatte 10 auf Flurhöhe oder Rollbahn lagegenau geführt und gehalten. Gleichzeitig haben sich die oben liegenden Bogen 3 gesetzt und sind nunmehr Bestandteil des Bogenstapels 4. Nach dem Aufsetzen der Stapelplatte 10 werden Eckenhalter 25 und Ausrichtplatte 20 durch die Arbeitszylinder 19; 19.1 in die Parkposition A gesteuert und der Bogenstapel 4 aus dem Bogenausleger gefahren.
Nach dem Einfahren einer neuen Palette 13 in den Bogenausleger und dem Hochfahren der Palette 13 unter das Non-Stop-Rollo 5 wird das Non-Stop-Rollo 5 ausgefahren und die Stapelbildung beginnt von vorn.

Claims (11)

  1. Method of securing and guiding sheets (3) in the case of non-stop stack changeover of sheet stacks (4) in sheet delivery devices of printing machines, elapsing in the following method steps:
    securing the sheet stack (4) by moving in a front and a rear stack guide (11, 12) from a parked setting (A) outside a stack plate (10) supporting the sheet stack (14) to a working setting (B), which in their working setting (B) secure the sheets, which lie at the top in the sheet stack (4), in two planes against displacement,
    simultaneously with movement in of a non-stop roller blind (5) over the sheet stack (4),
    lowering the sheet stack (4) while guiding the upper stack region by the stack guides (11, 12), which are disposed in stationary location in their working setting (B) and which are arranged below the non-stop roller blind (5), until this has reached a transport position in which it is removable from the delivery device and
    movement out of the front and the rear stack guide (11, 12) into their parked setting (A) with release of the sheet stack (4).
  2. Method according to claim 1, wherein the securing of the sheets (3) lying at the top in the sheet stack (4) takes place over an area at the rear edge (27) and at the sheet edge corners (28) of front and side edges (26, 29).
  3. Device for securing and guiding sheets (3) in the case of non-stop stack change of sheet stacks (4) in sheet delivery devices of printing machines, wherein the non-stop operation is achieved by means of a non-stop roller blind (5), for carrying out the method according to claim 1, with
    front and rear stack guides (11, 12), which are movable from of a parked setting (A) outside a stack plate (10) supporting the sheet stack (4) to a working setting (B) and which in the working setting (B) secure the sheets, which lie at the top in the sheet stack (4), below the non-stop roller blind (5) in two planes against displacement,
    wherein the stack guides (11, 12), which can be held in stationary location in their working setting (B), during the lowering guide the upper stack region of the sheet stack (4) until this has reached a transport position in which it is removable from the delivery device and
    the stack guides (11, 12) after the sheet stack (4) has reached its transport position can be moved back into their parked setting (A) with release of the sheet stack.
  4. Device for securing and guiding sheets (3) according to claim 3, wherein the front stack guide (11) in its working setting (B) bears over an area against the side surfaces and the front end surface of the sheet stack (4) and the rear stack guide (12) in its working setting (B) bears against the rear stack end surface.
  5. Device according to claim 3 or 4, wherein the front stack guide (11) has a corner holder (25) able to be associated with the vertical stack edges (28).
  6. Device according to one of claims 3 to 5, wherein the rear stack guide (12) has an aligning plate (20) controllable against the rear end surface of the sheet stack (4).
  7. Device according to claim 3, wherein the front and rear stack guide (11, 12) are associated at both sides with the sheet stack (4).
  8. Device according to claim 3, wherein the front stack guide (11) consists of a cross-member (15), a working cylinder (19) and a corner holder (25) which can be directly associated with the working cylinder (19).
  9. Device according to claim 3, wherein the rear stack guide (12) consists of a working cylinder (19.1) which can be articulated at a cross-member (15.1) and which is directly connected with the aligning plate (20) articulated with the cross-member (15.1).
  10. Device according to claim 3, wherein the working cylinders (19) together with the corner holders (25) are arranged to be displaceable along the cross-member (15).
  11. Device according to claim 3, wherein the aligning plate (20) is arranged to be oscillatorily movable at the cross-member (15.1).
