Claims (4)
- Système de canal d'admission d'air comportant un dispositif d'admission de gaz d'échappement d'un moteur à combustion interne présentant un carter de canal d'admission d'air (3) comportant un collecteur d'admission, dans lequel le carter de canal d'admission d'air (3) est essentiellement constitué d'une partie de carter supérieure (5) et d'une partie de carter inférieure (6) et le collecteur d'admission coopère avec un canal d'admission d'air frais (7) dans lequel est disposé un clapet d'étranglement (9) et comportant une entrée de gaz d'échappement (11) disposée dans le système de canal d'admission d'air qui coopère avec une vanne de recyclage des gaz d'échappement (12) et un corps de guidage de flux (13) influençant le jet de gaz d'échappement entrant,
la partie de carter supérieure (5) et/ou la partie de carter inférieure (5) comportant des éléments de forme qui constituent le corps de guidage de flux (13) à l'état monté du carter de canal d'admission d'air (3),
caractérisé en ce que le corps de guidage de flux (13) est un talon de forme annulaire s'étendant dans la direction axiale du canal d'admission d'air frais (7), qui définit un canal annulaire (14), et des ouvertures de passage (15) étant prévues pour les gaz d'échappement dans le talon de forme annulaire. - Système de canal d'admission d'air selon la revendication 1, caractérisé en ce que l'une des parties de carter (5 ; 6) comporte l'entrée de gaz d'échappement (11), un élément de bride périphérique (16) et le talon de forme annulaire (13), le canal annulaire (14) étant limité dans la direction axiale par une section de canal d'air frais (8) se raccordant à l'élément de bride (16).
- Système de canal d'admission d'air selon la revendication 1, caractérisé en ce que l'une des parties de carter (5 ; 6) comporte l'entrée de gaz d'échappement (11) et un élément de bride périphérique (16) limitant le canal annulaire et l'autre partie de carter (5 ; 6) possède le talon de forme annulaire.
- Procédé de fabrication d'un système de canal d'admission d'air selon l'une des revendications précédentes, caractérisé en ce que la partie de carter supérieure (5) et la partie de carter inférieure (6) sont réalisées par moulage sous pression.
