Claims (13)
- Dreischneider mit einer Schneidzelle (10), welche Schneidleisten (18) oder Untermessern, ein Vordermesser (26) und zwei Seitenmesser (20) umfasst, wobei der gegenseitige Abstand der Seitenmesser (20) über Stellantriebe einstellbar ist, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass zusätzlich auch die seitlichen Schneidleisten (18) oder Untermesser über Stellantriebe verstellbar sind und deren Schneidkante oder Schneidlinie parallel zu der jeweiligen Schneidkante der Seitenmesser (20) bringbar sind und dass oberhalb der Schneidleisten (18) auf das Schneidgut (12) absenkbare Pressleisten (22) vorhanden sind, die über Stellantriebe verstellbar sind und deren Außenkanten parallel zu der jeweiligen Schneidkante der Seitenmesser (20) bringbar sind.
- Dreischneider nach Anspruch 1, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass eine stationäre Pressfläche (14) mittig zwischen den Schneidleisten (18) oder Untermessern angeordnet ist, deren Breite gleich oder kleiner als der verbleibende Zwischenraum zwischen den auf die minimale Buchhöhe zusammengefahrenen Schneidleisten (18) oder Untermessern ist und dass oberhalb der stationären Pressfläche (14) ein auf das Schneidgut (12) absenkbarer Pressstempel (16) angeordnet ist, dessen Breite gleich oder kleiner als der verbleibende Zwischenraum zwischen den auf die minimale Buchhöhe zusammengefahrenen Seitenmessern (20) ist.
- Dreischneider nach Anspruch 2, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass der Pressstempel (16) während des Schneidvorganges sowohl vom Vordermesser (26) als auch von den Seitenmessern (20) mit dem zu schneidenden Schneidgut (12) in Eingriff steht.
- Dreischneider nach Anspruch 1, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass eine ein- und ausfahrbare Positioniervorrichtung vorgesehen ist, mittels der das Schneidgut (12) zangenartig erfassbar und während des Schneidvorganges fixierbar ist.
- Dreischneider nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 4, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass durch den Pressstempel (16) oder die Positioniervorrichtung lediglich eine zur Fixierung des Schneidgutes (12) während der Schnitte nötige Kraft aufprägbar ist, während die eigentliche Pressung vor den Schnitten wechselweise durch die Pressleisten (22) aufbringbar ist.
- Dreischneider nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 5, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die der Schneidlinie des Vordermessers (26) zugewandten Kanten der Pressleisten (22) und die Seitenmesser (20) in der oberen Ruheposition mit Abstand zur Schneidlinie des Vordermessers (26) positioniert sind und in der Arbeitsposition bis mindestens an die Schneidlinie des Vordermessers (26) positionierbar sind.
- Dreischneider nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 6, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Pressleisten (22) wenigstens eine Ausnehmung (34) aufweisen, die im Bereich des Rückens (32) des Schneidgutes (12) positionierbar ist.
- Dreischneider nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 7, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass über die Länge der Pressleisten (22) mehrere Ausnehmungen (34) vorhanden sind.
- Dreischneider nach Anspruch 8, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass auf gegenüberliegenden Seiten der Pressleisten (22) Ausnehmungen (34) vorhanden sind und sich diese Ausnehmungen (34) überschneiden.
- Dreischneider nach einem der Ansprüche 6 bis 9, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Übergänge zwischen den Ausnehmungen (34) und den Pressflächen (14) abgerundet oder abgeflacht sind und/oder mit einer flexiblen Auflage versehen sind.
- Dreischneider nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 10, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass in einen Zwischenraum zwischen den seitlichen Schneidleisten (18) oder Untermessern Auflageleisten (24) angeordnet und über Antriebe ein- und ausfahrbar sind.
- Dreischneider nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 10, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass in einen Zwischenraum zwischen den seitlichen Schneidleisten (18) oder Untermessern in der Breite variable Unterstützungsflächen (36) angeordnet ist, die stets den verbleibenden Zwischenraum überbrücken.
- Dreischneider nach Anspruch 12, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Unterstützungsflächen (36) jeweils als fexibles Band oder Gliederband ausgebildet sind, das an beiden Seiten über Umlenkrollen geführt ist oder einer Seite fest eingespannt und an der anderen Seite über Umlenkrollen (38) geführt ist.
