Claims (6)
- Gießform für Leichtmetall-Gießmaschine,dadurch gekennzeichnet,die pulvermetallurgisch aus Wolfram und/oder Molybdän unter Beimengung von niedriger schmelzenden Metallen ausgebildet wird,dass der gusskonturgebende Bereich (2) der Gießform (1) als ein gesondertes Teil (3) mit einer eigensteifen Wandung (4) durch Sintern oder heißisostatisches Pressen erzeugt wird, unddass der maschinenseitige Teil (5) der Gießform (1) durch Umgießen des konturgebenden Teils (3) mit einem mit diesem Teil (3) sich stoffschlüssig verbindenden Eisenwerkstoff (6) ausgebildet wird.
- Gießform nach Anspruch 1, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass das konturgebende Teil (3) in einer zerstörbaren Formwanne (7) für das Umgießen mit dem Eisenwerkstoff (6) platziert wird.
- Gießform nach Anspruch 1 und 2, dadurch gekennzeichnet,dass das konturgebende Teil (3) ein- oder mehstückig ausgebildet wird, wobeibei einer mehrstückigen Ausbildung mehrere vorgesinterte Abschnitte (9, 10, 10', 11, 11') durch Fertigsintern zu einem einzigen Teil (3) verbunden werden.
- Gießform nach Anspruch 1, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass ein einstückiges konturgebendes Teil (3) in einer gesonderten, mit einem anteiligen Gussmodell (12) ausgerüsteten Wanne (13) durch Einfüllen eines Wolframund/oder Molybdän-Pulvers unter Beimengung von Eisenpulver und/oder Eisenstücken und anschließendem Sintern erzeugt wird.
- Gießform nach Anspruch 1, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass ein einstückiges konturgebendes Teil (3) in einem gesonderten, mit einem anteiligen Gussmodell (12) ausgerüsteten druckfesten Behältnis (13') durch Einfüllen eines Wolfram- und/oder Molybdän-Pulvers unter Beigabe von Eisen und anschließendem heißisostatischem Pressen erzeugt wird.
- Gießform für Leichtmetall-Druckgussmaschine,dadurch gekennzeichnet,die pulvermetallurgisch aus Wolfram und/oder Molybdän unter Beimengung von Eisen ausgebildet wird,dass in einem aus Eisenwerkstoff erzeugten maschinenseitigen Teil (5) der Gießform (1') ein maßlich vergrößerter konturgebender Bereich (14) ausgebildet wird, auf demein durch heißisostatisches Pressen eines Wolfram- und/oder Molybdän-Pulvers mit Eisenbeimengung gesondert erzeugtes Teil (15) stoffschlüssig angeordnet wird.
