Claims (26)

  1. Vorrichtung zum Aufbereiten oder Verpacken von Produkten, die riesel- oder fließfähig sind, mit zumindest einem biegsamen Beutel (10, 10'), der im wesentlichen abgeflacht ist und der zwei gegenüberliegende Wände (10, 11) in Folienform aufweist, die sich im wesentlichen parallel zu einer longitudinalen Mittelebene (P) der Vorrichtung erstrecken, wobei die Vorrichtung dadurch gekennzeichnet ist, daß sie aufweist:
    zumindest zwei biegsame Beutel, die auf eine solche Weise hintereinander angeordnet sind, daß die Wände der Beutel entlang einer Richtung ausgerichtet sind, die zumindest im wesentlichen senkrecht zu der genannten Mittelebene (P) ist, wobei die Wände von zwei benachbarten Wänden der Einheit durch Mittel (C') wie beispielsweise eine oder mehrere Klebstofflinie(n) fest miteinander verbunden sind,
    zwei Verstärkungselemente (21, 22 - 21', 22'), die jeweils zwei entsprechenden Beutelwänden zugeordnet sind, wobei sich die Verstärkungselemente zumindest im wesentlichen in Bezug auf die gesamte Breite der ihr zugeordneten Beutelwand erstrecken,
    und Mittel (C), um jedes Verstärkungselement und seine ihm zugeordnete Beutelwand zumindest in einem mittleren Bereich der Wand fest zu verbinden,
    wobei die beiden Verstärkungselemente sich auf der einen und der anderen Seite der Vorrichtung erstrecken, im wesentlichen symmetrisch in Bezug auf die genannte longitudinale Mittelebene (P), und wobei die Steifigkeit der genannten Verstärkungselemente größer ist als die der Beutelwände, um als Folge einer Annäherung der beiden jeweiligen seitlichen Endabschnitte eines jeden der genannten Verstärkungselemente in der Mittelebene (P), um diese Verstärkungselemente auf eine solche Weise zu verformen, daß ihre jeweiligen mittleren Abschnitte sich voneinander entfernen, die Öffnung der Beutel zu erleichtern, sobald der obere Abschnitt bzw. die oberen Abschnitte der Beutel abgerissen worden ist bzw. sind.
  2. Vorrichtung nach Anspruch 1, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß Vorsprünge in der longitudinalen Mittelebene der Vorrichtung von den seitlichen Rändern der Beutel in Bezug zueinander versetzt sind.
  3. Vorrichtung nach einem vorangehenden Ansprüche, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Beutel unterschiedliche Breiten aufweisen.
  4. Vorrichtung nach einem der vorangehenden Ansprüche, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Mittel (C), um jedes Verstärkungselement mit seiner ihm zugeordneten Beutelwand fest zu verbinden, auch das Verstärkungselement und seine ihm zugeordnete Wand in der Nähe der seitlichen Ränder der Wand fest miteinander verbinden.
  5. Vorrichtung nach einem der vorangehenden Ansprüche, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Mittel (C), um jedes Verstärkungselement (21, 22) und seine ihm zugeordnete Wand fest miteinander zu verbinden, eine Verklebung des Verstärkungselements und der Wand beinhalten.
  6. Vorrichtung nach dem vorangehenden Anspruch, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Verklebung zwischen den Verstärkungselementen und den Beutelwänden durch getrennte Klebstoffpunkte realisiert ist.
  7. Vorrichtung nach Anspruch 5, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Verklebung zwischen den Verstärkungselementen und den Beutelwänden durch zumindest ein ununterbrochenes Klebstoffband realisiert ist, das zwischen jedem Verstärkungselement und seiner ihm zugeordneten Wand angeordnet ist.
  8. Vorrichtung nach einem der vorangehenden Ansprüche, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß das zumindest eine ununterbrochene Klebstoffband sich im wesentlichen auf der gesamten Breite der genannten Wand erstreckt.
  9. Vorrichtung nach einem der vorangehenden Ansprüche 1 bis 4, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Mittel, um jedes Verstärkungselement mit seiner ihm zugeordneten Beutelwand fest zu verbinden, Gestaltungen der Wand umfassen, die aus Falten oder aus Bereichen mit vergrößerter Dicke bestehen können.
  10. Vorrichtung nach einem der vorangehenden Ansprüche, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die seitlichen Endabschnitte der Verstärkungselemente auf eine solche Weise miteinander verbunden sind, daß sie die seitlichen Ränder der Beutel umschließen.
  11. Vorrichtung nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 9, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die seitlichen Endabschnitte der Verstärkungselemente nicht miteinander verbunden sind.
  12. Vorrichtung nach einem der vorangehenden Ansprüche, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die unteren Endabschnitte der Verstärkungselemente (21, 22) durch eine Basis (23) miteinander verbunden sind, die unterhalb der Beutel angeordnet ist.
  13. Vorrichtung nach einem der vorangehenden Ansprüche, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Verstärkungselemente (21, 22) sich über die gesamte Höhe der Beutel erstrecken.
  14. Vorrichtung nach einem der vorangehenden Ansprüche, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die oberen Endabschnitte der Verstärkungselemente (21, 22) durch einen Scheitel (24) miteinander verbunden sind, der die Beutel überdeckt.
  15. Vorrichtung nach einem der vorangehenden Ansprüche, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Verstärkungselemente (21, 22) zusammenwirkende Mittel (210, 220) umfassen, um die Oberseite der Beutel zu überdecken, nachdem die oberen Abschnitte der Beutel abgerissen worden sind, um die Vorrichtung zu schließen.
  16. Vorrichtung nach dem vorangehenden Anspruch, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Mittel zum Überdecken der Beutel eine Lasche (210) umfassen, die einstückig mit einem (21) der Verstärkungselemente ausgebildet ist, um mit einem Schlitz (220) des anderen Verstärkungselements (22) zusammenzuwirken.
  17. Vorrichtung nach einem der vorangehenden Ansprüche, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Verstärkungselemente auf ihren beiden Seiten bedruckt sind.
  18. Vorrichtung nach einem der vorangehenden Ansprüche, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Verstärkungselemente aus Karton ausgebildet sind.
  19. Vorrichtung nach einem der vorangehenden Ansprüche, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß zumindest ein Verstärkungselement eine Reißlinie (L) aufweist, entlang eines gewünschten Öffnungswegs der Vorrichtung, die sich in Bezug auf die Mittel (C) zum festen Verbinden der Beutelwände und der Verstärkungselemente erstreckt, um das Aufreißen der Beutelwände durch einen Benutzer zu führen.
  20. Vorrichtung nach dem vorangehenden Anspruch, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß jeder Beutel Mittel (E) aufweist, um seine Wände reißfähig zu machen, die in der gleichen Höhe wie die Reißlinien der Verstärkungselemente angeordnet sind.
  21. Vorrichtung nach dem vorangehenden Anspruch, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Punkte, mit denen die Wände des Beutels reißfähig gemacht sind, durch Vertiefungen oder Aussparungen (E) auf den seitlichen Rändern des Beutels realisiert sind.
  22. Vorrichtung nach einem der drei vorangehenden Ansprüche, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die genannten Mittel (C'), um benachbarte Beutelwände fest miteinander zu verbinden, in Bezug auf die Reißlinien (L) der Verstärkungselemente (21', 22') angeordnet sind.
  23. Vorrichtung nach einem der vier vorangehenden Ansprüche, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Mittel (C), um die Beutelwände und die Verstärkungselemente fest miteinander zu verbinden, zwei Klebstofflinien zwischen jedem Verstärkungselement und seiner ihm zugeordneten Wand aufweisen, wobei die Klebstofflinien auf der einen und der anderen Seite der Reißlinie (L) des Verstärkungselements angeordnet sind.
  24. Vorrichtung nach einem der vorangehenden Ansprüche, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß jeder Beutel der Einheit ein unterschiedliches Produkt enthält.
  25. Vorrichtung nach einem der vorangehenden Ansprüche, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Verformung der Verstärkungselemente dadurch erhalten wird, daß die Elemente durchgebogen werden.
  26. Vorrichtung nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 24, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Verformung der Verstärkungselemente dadurch erhalten wird, daß die Elemente geknickt werden.
