Description
- un levier de manipulation ;
- au moins une lame ressort du type à cage, ladite lame formant une boucle d'allure triangulaire aux angles arrondis dont les deux portions d'extrémité sont orientées sensiblement perpendiculairement l'une à l'autre ;
- une borne électrique conductrice sur laquelle est fixée la première portion d'extrémité de ladite lame, et traversant une fenêtre pratiquée dans la seconde ;
- la figure 1 est une vue en perspective d'un connecteur selon la présente invention, dans sa configuration en L ;
- la figure 2 représente le même connecteur en vue en élévation de face ;
- la figure 3 montre, en perspective, le connecteur des figures précédentes en cours d'assemblage ;
- la figure 4 représente une variante du connecteur des figures précédentes, avec un double levier de manipulation ;
- la figure 5 représente en perspective la variante à borne en U ;
- la figure 6 montre en élévation de face le connecteur de la figure 5 ; et
- les figures 7a à 7c sont des vues partielles en perspective d'un appareil modulaire électrique dans des configurations pouvant permettre l'installation d'un ou deux connecteurs selon l'invention.
Claims (19)
- Connecteur électrique comportant :un levier(L) de manipulation ;au moins une lame ressort (2, 2') du type à cage, ladite lame (2, 2') formant une boucle d'allure triangulaire aux angles arrondis dont les deux portions d'extrémité sont orientées sensiblement perpendiculairement l'une à l'autre ;une borne électrique (1) conductrice sur laquelle est fixée la première portion d'extrémité de ladite lame, et traversant une fenêtre pratiquée dans la seconde ;
- Connecteur selon la revendication précédente, caractérisé en ce que la borne (1) est conformée de telle sorte qu'elle s'étend jusqu'au-dessus de la portion culminante de la lame ressort (2, 2'), lesdits moyens de guidage du déplacement du levier (L) au contact de ladite lame (2, 2') étant disposés au-dessus de ladite portion culminante.
- Connecteur selon la revendication précédente, caractérisé en ce que lesdits moyens de guidage consistent en au moins un logement de guidage en rotation d'un arbre (5) du levier (L).
- Connecteur selon la revendication précédente, caractérisé en ce que le logement de guidage 3, 3') consiste en au moins un demi-palier doté d'un évidement hémicylindrique dont l'ouverture est orientée vers la lame ressort (2, 2'), la position et le dimensionnement dudit évidement ainsi que de l'arbre (5) du levier (L) étant prévus pour que ce dernier soit en contact permanent avec la lame ressort (2, 2') lorsque l'arbre (5) est ajusté dans l'évidement.
- Connecteur selon l'une des revendications précédentes, caractérisé en ce que la borne (1) a une forme en L, comportant une partie sensiblement perpendiculaire à celle qui supporte la lame ressort (2, 2'), se développant parallèlement et à proximité de la portion de cette dernière comportant la fenêtre.
- Connecteur selon la revendication précédente, caractérisé en ce que l'extrémité libre de la branche du L surplombant la partie sommitale de la lame ressort (2, 2') comporte deux demi-paliers hémicylindriques (3, 3') s'ouvrant sur ladite partie sommitale, séparés par un pan médian (4) orienté dans le prolongement de ladite branche.
- Connecteur selon la revendication précédente, caractérisé en ce que le levier (L) comprend, à son extrémité coopérant avec les demi-paliers (3, 3'), un arbre (5) transversal auquel fixée une butée centrale (6), laquelle est solidaire d'un corps principal (7) transmettant l'action visant à contraindre le ressort (2, 2').
- Connecteur selon la revendication précédente, caractérisé en ce que l'extrémité libre du corps du levier (L) comporte une excroissance axiale (8) munie d'un évidement (9), de préférence transversal.
- Connecteur selon l'une des revendication 7 et 8, caractérisé en ce que la face du corps (7) du levier (L) en regard de la lame ressort (2, 2') comporte une protubérance (10) transmettant l'action imprimée au levier (L) à ladite lame ressort (2, 2').
- Connecteur selon l'une quelconque des revendications précédentes, caractérisé en ce qu'il comporte au moins deux lames ressorts adjacentes, la branche de la borne (1) supportant lesdites lames étant divisée axialement en au moins deux tronçons séparés.
- Connecteur selon l'une des revendications 7 à 9, caractérisé en ce qu'il comporte deux lames ressorts (2, 2') adjacentes, le levier étant divisé en deux parties (L, L') symétriques selon un axe longitudinal médian.
- Connecteur selon l'une des revendications 1 à 4, caractérisé en ce que la borne (1) a une forme en U auquel on a fait subir une rotation de 90° dans le sens trigonométrique, la lame ressort (2, 2') étant fixée sur la branche horizontale du bas et sa portion comportant la fenêtre étant disposée à proximité de l'ouverture du U.
- Connecteur selon la revendication précédente, caractérisé en ce que l'extrémité libre de la branche supérieure du U comporte un demi-palier à logement hémisphérique (3) ouvert vers le centre du volume compris entre les branches du U.
- Connecteur selon la revendication précédente, caractérisé en ce que le levier (L) comporte, à son extrémité axiale coopérant avec le demi-palier (3), un arbre (5) transversal fixé à un corps central (7) dont l'autre extrémité axiale est dotée d'une excroissance (8) traversant la paroi verticale du U renversé au moyen d'une fenêtre (11) pratiquée dans ladite paroi, la partie émergeante de ladite excroissance (8) étant munie d'un évidement (9), de préférence transversal.
- Connecteur selon la revendication précédente, caractérisé en ce que la face du corps (7) du levier (L) en regard de la lame ressort (2, 2') comporte une protubérance (10) transmettant l'action imprimée au levier (L) à ladite lame ressort (2, 2').
- Connecteur selon l'une quelconque des revendications 12 à 15, caractérisé en ce qu'il comporte deux lames ressorts (2, 2') adjacentes, la branche basse du U étant alors séparée en deux selon une direction axiale à son extrémité libre.
- Connecteur selon la revendication précédente, le levier étant divisé en deux parties symétriques (L, L') selon un axe longitudinal médian.
- Appareil électrique modulaire du type disjoncteur muni d'au moins un connecteur selon l'une quelconque des revendications précédentes, caractérisé en ce que son boítier comporte des moyens de loger le ou les connecteurs.
- Appareil électrique modulaire du type disjoncteur muni d'au moins un connecteur selon la revendication précédente, caractérisé en ce qu'il comporte deux connecteurs superposés et partiellement décalés transversalement.
