Description
In this case, the mortar application roller, which itself does not touch the stones to be coated, driven by a arranged under the mortar container drive roller or corresponding wheels. When choosing a suitable translation, the conveying speed of the mortar roller corresponds exactly to the speed of the device moved over the stones, so that exits through the gap-shaped discharge opening in the rear housing wall of the device exactly the amount of mortar needed to cover the stones with a closed mortar layer. When the drive roller stops, the mortar roller also stands still and no mortar is conveyed through the discharge opening. This has, inter alia, the disadvantage that, for example, the last piece of a stone row to be coated can not be coated with this device when the drive roller has no contact with the stones to be coated and thus the mortar roll producing the mortar strip is stationary. The same is true in front of a pillar or a wall when the applicator abuts against it. But not only in the Mauerendbereichen such a mechanical coating is not possible, but also in the construction of narrow pillars, because under certain circumstances, the drive roller at any point has contact with the underlying stones.

The invention has for its object to provide a mortar application device available, with which the disadvantages mentioned are avoided. In particular, the coating in the Mauerendbereich or before pillars should be possible to facilitate the handling of the device on the site and the force required during the application process can be reduced.
To achieve the above object, the present invention proposes a mortar application apparatus according to claim 1. Further, advantageous embodiments are the subject of the relevant device subclaims.
Another object of the present invention is a method for applying thin-bed mortar according to claim 15.
The present invention - according to a first aspect of the present invention - is thus a mortar applicator for applying thin bed mortar on one side of a plurality of juxtaposed high hole stones, which is moved over the stones in a traversing direction for the application of the mortar, with a filling opening and a A dispensing opening, wherein the mortar application device comprises a circumferential, not touching the stones mortar roller and a thickness adjustment of the mortar layer, wherein between the mortar roller and the adjusting a gap is formed, which forms the discharge, through which the mortar pressed and formed into a mortar strip is, which corresponds to the height and width of the gap, and wherein the mortar application device has an in use the stones touching, connected to the housing of the mortar applicator drive wheel, wherein the Mörtelauftra gsvorrichtung also comprises a disengageable motor, so that the mortar roller is driven by both the motor and by the drive wheel, and wherein the finished molded mortar strip is placed in the direction behind the discharge as a closed mortar layer on the stones.
Dadurch kann die Mörtelauftragsvorrichtung wie üblich von Hand über die Steine gezogen werden, der Motor ist dabei ausgekuppelt, und erst imInstead of driving the mortar roller directly with a motor, this can also drive the drive roller, which in turn drives the mortar roller. As a result, the mortar applicator can be pulled as usual by hand on the stones, the engine is disengaged, and only in
Mauerendbereich is coated by briefly pressing the engine even the last piece of mortar. It is also conceivable that the motor drives the drive wheel during the entire application process, which would simplify the operation and handling of the application device on the construction site.
The engine is suitably an electric motor. For example, it can be powered by batteries, rechargeable batteries or a power cord. The use of batteries has the advantage that they can be replaced if necessary and recharged. It is intended in particular to the use of commercially available batteries, such as the usual construction sites Akkubohrer etc.

- FIG. 2
- shows different variants of sheets for adjusting the mortar strip width and thickness
Hierzu wird eine Dünnbettmörtelschicht 2 auf ihre Oberfläche gelegt.FIG. 1 shows a part of a wall with three
It consists essentially of a funnel-shaped container in side view. The device 1 has at the top a rectangular filling opening 5 for
The conveying speed of the
During the application process, the
In the lateral view through the device 1 according to FIG. 1, the arrangement of the
If the device 1 comes during the application process in the end region of the row of stones in which the
