Claims (8)

  1. Litze mit einer Gruppierung von verdrillten Metalldrähten (2), einer Hülle aus Plastikmaterial (4), die die Gruppierung enthält, und einem weichen Füllmaterial (3), welches die sich zwischen den verdrillten Drähten der Litze befindenden internen Zwischenräume (5) und einen sich zwischen der Peripherie der Gruppierung und der Innenseite der Hülle befindenden peripheren Zwischenraum (6) ausfüllt, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass der periphere Zwischenraum in einem Querschnitt der Litze eine Fläche zwischen P × emin und 0,6 × S2 aufweist, wobei P der Außendurchmesser der Gruppierung von Drähten, emin = 0,05 mm und S2 die kumulierte Fläche der Intervalle (7) zwischen der Peripherie der Gruppierung und dem kleinsten Kreis (C) ist, in welchen die Gruppierung einbeschrieben ist.
  2. Litze nach Anspruch 1, bei der die Hülle (4) eine Dicke (e) von wenigstens /5, wobei  der Durchmesser von an der Peripherie der Gruppierung angeordneten Drähten ist.
  3. Verwendung einer Litze nach Anspruch 1 oder 2 als zugbelastetes Strukturelement in einem Bauwerk.
  4. Verwendung nach Anspruch 3, bei der die Litze (1) Teil eines Halteseils eines Aufhängungssystems des Bauwerks ist.
  5. Verwendung nach Anspruch 3, bei der die Litze (1) Teil eines Vorspannungskabels des Bauwerks ist.
  6. Verfahren zur Herstellung einer Litze (1) mit den folgenden Schritten:
    Umhüllen einer Gruppierung von verdrillten Metalldrähten (2) mit einem weichen Füllmaterial (3), so dass das Material die sich zwischen den verdrillten Drähten der Gruppierung befindenden internen Zwischenräume (5) ausfüllt und an der Peripherie der Gruppierung übersteht;
    Abwischen der Peripherie der umhüllten Gruppierung, so dass eine geregelte Menge des Füllmaterials pro Längeneinheit der Gruppierung verbleibt, wobei diese Menge ein Volumen pro Längeneinheit zwischen S1 + (P × emin) und S1 + (0,6 × S2) darstellt, wobei S1 die kumulierte Fläche der internen Zwischenräume auf einem Querschnitt der Litze ist, P der Außenumfang der Gruppierung von verdrillten Drähten ist, emin = 0,05 mm ist und S2 die kumulierte Fläche der zwischen der Peripherie der Gruppierung und dem kleinsten Kreis (C), in den die Gruppierung einbeschrieben ist, enthaltenen Intervalle (7) ist;
    Extrudieren einer Hülle aus Plastikmaterial (4) um die mit der Menge an Füllmaterial überzogene Gruppierung von Drähten, so dass das Füllmaterial einen sich zwischen der Peripherie der Gruppierung und der Innenseite der Hülle befindenden peripheren Zwischenraum (6) ausfüllt.
  7. Verfahren nach Anspruch 6, bei dem der Schritt des Abwischens mit Hilfe einer frei drehbaren Lehre (12) vorgenommen wird, durch die die beschichtete Gruppierung von Drähten hindurchgeführt wird.
  8. Verfahren nach Anspruch 6 oder 7, bei dem der Hülle (4) eine Dicke (e) von wenigstens /5 gegeben wird, wobei  der Durchmesser der an der Peripherie der Gruppierung angeordneten Drähte ist.
