Abstract
Description
- la figure 1 représente une vue éclatée de l'applicateur selon un mode de réalisation préférentiel de la présente invention ;
- les figures 2A et 2B représentent deux vues en position assemblée de l'applicateur selon la figure 1 ; et
- les figures 3A et 3B illustrent le remplissage de l'applicateur représenté aux figures 1 et 2A-2B.
Claims (14)
- Applicateur (1), notamment pour un produit cosmétique, comprenant un corps (2), dont une extrémité est fermée par une paroi applicatrice (3), l'applicateur comprenant un piston (7) apte à coulisser de manière étanche contre une paroi intérieure (8) du corps, et une tige (12) associée à un mécanisme d'entraínement (10, 11, 13), pour entraíner ledit piston vers la paroi applicatrice et forcer le produit au travers de cette dernière, ladite tige étant traversée sur au moins une partie de sa hauteur, par un canal (23) débouchant d'une part à l'extérieur du corps via une première ouverture (21), et d'autre part à l'intérieur du corps via au moins une seconde ouverture (22, 26, 27), disposée entre le piston et la paroi applicatrice lorsque le piston est à distance maximale de la paroi applicatrice, la tige étant traversée en outre par au moins un orifice d'évent (29) pour permettre un échappement d'air pendant le remplissage en produit dudit corps via ledit canal, caractérisé en ce que le corps (2) est de section intérieure non circulaire, la paroi applicatrice (3) étant obtenue de moulage avec le corps, et étant traversée d'une pluralité d'orifices (4) distribués de manière à répartir le produit sur sensiblement toute la surface de la paroi applicatrice (3).
- Applicateur selon la revendication 1 caractérisé en ce que la paroi applicatrice (3) ne comporte sensiblement aucun orifice en regard d'une extrémité libre de la tige (12) ou en ce que le canal (23) ne débouche pas axialement à l'intérieur du corps (2).
- Applicateur (1) selon la revendication 1 ou 2 caractérisé en ce que le (ou les) orifice(s) d'évent (29) est (sont) disposé(s) au voisinage du piston (7) lorsque ce dernier est à distance maximale de la paroi applicatrice.
- Applicateur (1) selon l'une quelconque des revendications 1 à 3 caractérisé en ce que la tige (12) comporte un filetage (11) apte à coopérer avec un filetage correspondant (10) prévu sur le piston (7) en vue d'entraíner ce dernier vers la paroi applicatrice en réponse à une commande d'actionnement exercée sur une molette rotative (13).
- Applicateur (1) selon l'une quelconque des revendications 1 à 4 caractérisé en ce que ladite (ou lesdites) seconde(s) ouverture(s) (22, 26, 27) est (sont) disposée(s) au voisinage d'une extrémité libre de la tige (12) située au voisinage de la paroi applicatrice (3).
- Applicateur (1) selon l'une quelconque des revendications 1 à 5 caractérisé en ce qu'une extrémité libre de la tige (12) est en contact avec une surface intérieure (28) de la paroi applicatrice (3).
- Applicateur (1) selon l'une quelconque des revendications 1 à 5 caractérisé en ce que le canal (23) débouche axialement à l'intérieur du corps (2) via une ouverture (22) délimitée par une extrémité libre de la tige (12), ladite extrémité libre étant à distance non nulle d'une surface intérieure (28) de la paroi applicatrice (3).
- Applicateur (1) selon l'une quelconque des revendications 1 à 7 caractérisé en ce qu'il comprend au moins deux secondes ouvertures (26, 27) débouchant à l'opposé l'une de l'autre sur la tige (12).
- Applicateur (1) selon l'une quelconque des revendications précédentes caractérisé en ce qu'une extrémité du corps (2) opposée à la paroi applicatrice (3) comporte un fond rapporté (15), ledit fond rapporté comportant une ouverture (18) communiquant avec ladite première ouverture (21).
- Applicateur (1) selon l'une quelconque des revendications 1 à 9 caractérisé en ce que, après remplissage, la première ouverture (21) est obturée par un bouchon (24), fixé à l'applicateur notamment par claquage, collage, vissage ou soudure.
- Applicateur selon la revendication 10 caractérisé en ce que après remplissage, le (ou les) orifice(s) d'évent (29) est (sont) obturé(s), notamment par une portion du bouchon (24).
- Applicateur (1) selon l'une quelconque des revendications 1 à 11 caractérisé en en ce qu'un opercule amovible (5), étanche au produit est, préalablement à la première utilisation, fixé sur la paroi applicatrice (3), notamment par collage ou thermo-scellage.
- Applicateur (1) selon l'une quelconque des revendications 1 à 12 caractérisé en ce qu'il comprend un capuchon (6) monté de manière amovible sur le corps (2) de manière à isoler de manière étanche la paroi applicatrice (3) de l'extérieur.
- Utilisation d'un applicateur (1) selon l'une quelconque des revendications qui précèdent pour l'application d'un produit cosmétique, notamment sous forme d'une crème, d'un gel ou d'une pâte.
