Abstract

Ein Gebäude mit einem Fundament (10), wenigstens einem Stockwerk mit durch Wände abgeteilten Räumen und einem Dach (12) ist im Baukastenprinzip so geplant und gebaut, daß zur beliebigen, nachträglichen Erweiterung die Räume jedes Stockwerks als Module ausgebildet sind. Die Module können wahlweise an die Wände der angrenzenden Module angebaut werden, wobei das Dach (12) mit seinen Grundrißabmessungen den Maximalabmessungen der Endausbaustufe entspricht. In jedes Stockwerk (A, B, C) ist eine Bodenplatte (22) eingebaut, die in Form und Größe mit dem Grundriß der Endausbaustufe übereinstimmt und die mit allen anderen Bodenplatten (22) über vertikal durchgehende, tragende Säulen (24) verbunden ist.
