Description
The invention relates to a building with a foundation, at least one floor with rooms separated by walls and a roof, with the rooms on each floor as modules are trained, optionally on the walls of the adjacent Modules can be added.
Buildings, especially apartment buildings, are generally named after individual wishes and requirements planned and built. This applies especially to detached single-family houses. To the It also saves planning and construction costs known, detached type houses or terraced houses with to build matching floor plans and floor plans.
In particular for the construction of temporarily used buildings, for example, workers' accommodations or schools, it is also known, standardized containers for each room to be provided and these function according to each other assigned. However, this very inexpensive solution has the Disadvantage that they are not suitable for permanent buildings is.
After all, it's also state of the art, housing units, especially apartment buildings, in prefabricated construction too erect, the walls each made of prefabricated panels exist, which may already have windows and / or doors are equipped. However, this solution does not allow aesthetically pleasing design of the building, which also right from the start in its final shape and size is established.
The invention is based, to build a building design that there is a provisional maximum from the start Final stage is taken into account and designed so that depending on Individual rooms can be retrofitted or installed without any problems can be made without the basic construction of the Need to change floors and the roof.
In the case of a building of the type outlined at the beginning, this is Task solved according to the invention in that on each floor a base plate is built in, in shape and size with the Floor plan of a final stage of the building matches and the with all other floor slabs over vertically continuous, supporting pillars is connected. The roof can with its projected floor plan dimensions the maximum dimensions of the Correspond to the final stage.
With this modular principle, it is more economical and constructively simple way possible, first using a building to create the absolutely necessary rooms and to later Time to add more rooms with their walls can only be inserted or attached. The statics of Final stage is due to the existing from the beginning supporting columns and floor slabs. The modules can consist of prefabricated components or in traditionally bricked by hand.
The invention allows the construction of attractive residential houses or office buildings, which despite the inexpensive construction neither Disadvantages of the plate construction still the disadvantages of prefabricated, uniform type buildings in the style of a monotonous settlement exhibit. Rather, the buildings can be planned individually and in the case of single or multi-family houses with the Family grow with them. Housing estates, especially property apartments, can be easily expanded.
The buildings according to the invention, on the other hand, also allow one Downsizing in the sense that a later conversion into several, smaller housing units is possible, which is economically advantageous can be and often brings an increase in value.
In addition, it is also possible for buildings according to the invention to plan and build commercial purposes, for example for small and medium-sized manufacturing facilities, warehouses or also for public buildings such as schools or kindergartens.
An economical and constructively advantageous training is that the term of the roof in the longitudinal or Transverse central axis of the building, which is a semi-detached house or an Row house can be. The central axis can be simultaneously Longitudinal central axis of a module for an entrance area (Stairwell) and a central living room, from which the Entrance area facing away from a terrace or balcony can be connected.
The length of the central living room can be variable.
The adjoining on both sides of the central living room Spaces can be according to another feature of the invention have matching widths that are transverse to the central axis are measured. There is also the possibility of both Rooms adjoining the sides of the central living room to train different lengths. Unless it is the spatial The side rooms can also require conditions have widths recessed relative to each other.
The foundation can be used for another feature of the invention the later expansion of its base connecting elements have, which serve for the connection of further foundation plates.
It is for the subsequent, form-fitting attachment of modules cheap if at least partially at the module corners prefabricated fasteners are attached. these can from tongue and groove elements, into holes in the adjoining Module engaging pins or out of two adjoining modules are made of metal plates. After a further solution, the connecting elements are out each formed a lintel, which in a wall opening of the adjacent module is used, with the formation of this Wall opening loosely used stones, e.g. B. brick provided are.

FIGS. 16 and 17 show two options for the design of the lower level A of a detached house, wherein the produced already in its final base 10 shown in FIG. 16 only two cellars A4 and A7 are set up as modules, while the example of FIG. 17 another basement room A5 is added.
The foundation 10 and the base plate 22 can, as has already been pointed out, have connecting elements (not shown in more detail), for example conventional connecting irons, for later expansion of the base area, which serve for the connection of further foundation plates.
FIG. 18 schematically shows a possibility of positively connecting the walls 16 , 18 of two modules for the further expansion of the building. For this purpose, the opposite end faces of the walls 16 , 18 are equipped with a groove element 32 or a spring element 34 , which after the module has been inserted into their intended place, engage in a sealing manner and can be firmly connected to one another in a conventional manner.
FIGS. 19 and 20 show a variant of connection elements for subsequent, form-fitting attachment of modules to the module edges. Here horizontally projecting pins 36 made of metal are anchored to the walls 16 and 18 to be connected to one another and engage in opposite holes 38 of the module to be connected in each case.
A further variant is shown in FIGS. 21 and 22 before and after the connection, according to which a metal plate 40 is fastened to the two adjoining walls 16 and 18 of the two modules, for example with the aid of dowels 42 .
Figs. 23 to 25 show another possibility for the connection of two modules with the aid of a fall 44, which may consist of concrete, iron, steel or wood. This lintel 44 is inserted into a wall opening 46 which is easily removed by removing loosely inserted components, e.g. B. bricks 48 can be formed.
The modules provided according to the invention can consist of all usual building materials, in particular stone, Brick, styrofoam brick, plasterboard, sand-lime brick, wood, concrete, Steel, glass and the like.
