Claims (13)

  1. Behälter des Typs mit einer Grundplatte, vorzugsweise in Palettenform, rohrförmigen Streben, die an den Ecken der Grundplatte angeordnet und an der Verbindungsebene mit der letzteren zum Zusammenklappen angelenkt sind, und wenigstens zwei gegenüberliegenden Seitenwänden, die sich jeweils zwischen zwei der Streben erstrecken und in Teilen oder in einem Stück durch Umklappen auf die Grundplatte zusammenklappbar sind,
    dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass
    wenigstens eine der Streben (3) und vorzugsweise jede Strebe (3) wenigstens ein im Hinblick auf die Strebe (3) seitlich vorspringendes Verriegelungsmittel (5) umfasst, das einstückig mit einem in der Strebe (3) verschiebbar montierten Körper (6) ist und vorgesehen ist, um beispielsweise gewichtsbelastet mit einem einstückig mit der Grundplatte (2) verbundenen Schließkappenteil (7) in Eingriff zu gehen, um die Strebe (3) in aufgerichteter Stellung zu verriegeln, und dass wenigstens eine der zwei Wände (4') und vorzugsweise alle beide wenigstens ein auf den Gleitkörper (6) wirkendes Mittel (8) aufweist/aufweisen, um bei teilweisem oder vollständigem Umklappen der entsprechenden Wand (4') eine Verlagerung desselben herbeizuführen, was die Ausrückung des Verriegelungsmittels (5) aus dem Schließkappenteil (7) herbeiführt.
  2. Behälter nach Anspruch 1, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass er vier klappbare Wände (4, 4') umfasst, die sich in Höhe der vier Seiten der Grundplatte (2) so erstrecken, dass jede zwischen zwei Streben (3) angeordnet und damit verbunden ist, wobei zwei gegenüberliegende Wände (4) mit den angrenzenden Streben (3) und den zwei anderen gegenüberliegenden Wänden (4') zusammenklappbar sind, mit Mitteln (8), die auf entsprechende Gleitkörper (6) einwirken und unabhängig von den Streben (3) zur Stützfläche (2') der Grundplatte (2) hin klappbar sind, die den Boden des Behälters (1) bildet.
  3. Behälter nach Anspruch 2, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die zwei unabhängig zusammenklappbaren gegenüberliegenden Wände (4'), die auf ihren gegenüberliegenden Seitenrändem jeweils ein Mittel (8) aufweisen, das auf den Gleitkörper (6) einer angrenzenden Strebe (3) einwirkt, jeweils mit Hilfe von Verbindungs- und Sperr-Riegeln (9) in angehobener Stellung seitlich auf herausziehbare Weise an den zwei angrenzenden Seitenstreben (3) montiert sind und auf schwenkbare Weise in Höhe ihrer Unterkante (4") mit den Endkanten (3') der zwei auf beiden Seiten jeder der gegenüberliegenden Wände (4') gelegenen Streben (3) angelenkt sind.
  4. Behälter nach Anspruch 3, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass das Schwenkgelenk zwischen der Unterkante (4") der gegenüberliegenden, unabhängig klappbaren Wände (4') und den jeweiligen zwei angrenzenden Streben (3) mit Hilfe von Zapfen oder Stangenabschnitten (10) ausgeführt ist, die auf der betreffenden Wand (4) geformt sind oder den Rahmen (4"') derselben verlängern, und sich in Öffnungen (11) hinein erstrecken, die in Höhe der Endkanten (3') der Streben (3) und bis in deren Innenhohlräume vorgesehen sind, wobei zumindest die sich ins Innere der Streben (3) erstreckenden Teile (10') der Zapfen oder der Stangenabschnitte (10) in einer weiteren Entfernung von der Stützfläche (2') der Grundplatte (2) liegen, wenn die entsprechende Wand (4') zur Stützfläche (2') hin heruntergeklappt ist als wenn sie sich in genau senkrecht aufgerichteter Stellung zu der Grundplatte (2) befindet, wobei diese die Mittel (8) bildenden Teile (10') auf die Gleitkörper (6) einwirken.
  5. Behälter nach Anspruch 4, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die die Zapfen oder Stangenabschnitte (10) aufnehmenden Öffnungen (11) aus länglichen Ausschnitten bestehen, die in Höhe der Ränder der Endkanten (3') der Streben (3) vorgesehen sind und deren Längsachsen genau mit denen der entsprechenden Streben (3) zusammenfallen, und dass die Zapfen oder Stangenabschnitte (10) Endteile (10") aufweisen, die vorzugsweise um ungefähr 90° in einer Richtung abgewinkelt sind, so dass sie um wenigstens 45°, vorzugsweise ungefähr 90°, zur Längsachse des länglichen Ausschnitts (11) der entsprechenden Strebe (3) geneigt sind, wenn die betreffende Wand (4') aufgerichtet ist.
  6. Behälter nach Anspruch 5, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Zapfen oder Stangenabschnitte (10), die auf die Unterkante (4") der betreffenden Wand (4') oder deren Rahmen (4"') aufgesetzt oder durch Umformung mit Seitenverschiebung einer Verlängerung einer die Unterkante (4") des Rahmens (4"') der betreffenden Wand (4') bildenden Stange geformt sind, bezüglich der Ebene der betreffenden Wand (4') zur Außenseite hin verschoben sind, wenn diese in aufgerichteter Stellung ist.
  7. Behälter nach einem der Ansprüche 4 bis 6, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass der Rahmen (4"') in Höhe seiner Unterkante eine auf die Innenseite des Randes aufgesetzte Einzugschiene oder -stange (4"") umfasst.
  8. Behälter nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 7, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass jedes feste Schließkappenteil (7) einen U-förmigen Querschnitt aufweist, der vertikal von der Grundplatte (2) weg verläuft, wobei er teilweise die Endkante (3') einer Strebe (3) umschließt und die Stabilität der entsprechenden Strebe (3) in vertikal ausgerichteter Stellung zwischen den Wänden (7', 7") entsprechend dem Steg und den zwei Schenkeln des U gewährleistet und ein Zusammenklappen durch Herunterklappen der Strebe (3) durch die Öffnung zwischen den den Schenkeln des U entsprechenden Wänden (7') hindurch gestattet, wobei die Schwenkachse (3") der Streben (3) bezüglich der Längsachse der Streben (3) von der Zusammenklapp- oder Umklappseite derselben verschoben ist.
  9. Behälter nach Anspruch 8, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass jedes Schließkappenteil (7) mit U-förmigem Querschnitt in Höhe seiner Oberkante (7"') wenigstens eine Wand (7') entsprechend einem der Schenkel des U aufweist, einen Ausschnitt (12) in Form einer Vertiefung zur Aufnahme mit Verriegelung eines Verriegelungsmittels (5) aufweist, wenn die entsprechende Strebe (3) in aufgerichteter Stellung ist, wobei die Oberkante (7"') außerdem vor dem Ausschnitt (12) und von der Stirnseite der betreffenden Wand (7') weg einen abgeschrägten Abschnitt (7"") umfasst, der so ausgelegt ist, dass er den Riegel (5) zu der entsprechenden Aufnahmevertiefung (12) hinlenkt, indem er ihn beim Aufrichten der betreffenden Strebe (3) wenigstens nach und nach auf die Oberkante (7"') führt.
  10. Behälter nach Anspruch 8, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass jedes Verriegelungsmittel (5) aus einem gabelankerförmigen Haken besteht, der mit der Wand (7") des Schließkappenteils (7) entsprechend dem U-Steg in Eingriff geht, wobei die Oberkante der Wand wenigstens lokal eine quer zur Schnittfläche geneigte Oberseite aufweisen kann, die das Eingreifen des Hakens (5) an der Wand (7") durch Führung fördert.
  11. Behälter nach einem der Ansprüche 4 bis 6, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass jeder Gleitkörper (6) wenigstens in Höhe der zwei beabstandeten Querschnittebenen eine Außenkontur aufweist, die genau identisch mit der Innenkontur des Querschnitts der Streben (3) ist, mit einem Spiel, das das freie Gleiten des Körpers (6) gestattet und im aufgerichteten Zustand der Strebe (3), in der er aufgenommen ist, auf dem Teil (10') des Zapfens oder Stangenabschnitts (10) ruht, der sich im Inneren der Strebe (3) erstreckt, wobei der Verschiebeweg des Gleitkörpers (6) durch einen oberen und einen unteren Anschlag begrenzt ist, die beispielsweise durch die gegenüberliegenden Enden eines Langlochs (13) gebildet sind, das in der entsprechenden Strebe (3) vorgesehen ist und den Durchlass und die Verschiebeführung des entsprechenden Verriegelungsmittels (5) gewährleistet, wobei dieses vorzugsweise auf bewegliche Weise auf dem Gleitkörper (6) befestigt ist.
  12. Behälter nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 11, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Gleitkörper (6) aus Massenteilen bestehen, beispielsweise Gussformteile sind.
  13. Behälter nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 12, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Gleitkörper (6) in Richtung der Endkanten (3') der entsprechenden Streben (3) unter Einwirkung von Federkräften belastet sind.
