Description
- La Figure 1 est une vue en perspective, illustrant schématiquement une ossature de mur rideau supportant des panneaux vitrés.
- La Figure 2 est une vue en coupe transversale à plus grande échelle d'un premier mode de réalisation de l'armature de support de ces panneaux.
- La Figure 3 est une vue, également en coupe transversale, d'une variante de réalisation.
Claims (7)
- Armature de support pour panneaux vitrés d'une façade à mur rideau, comportant une ossature formée de traverses horizontales (3) et de montants verticaux (4), constitués de profilés métalliques creux délimitant entre eux des alvéoles de réception (5) des panneaux (6), les profilés (4a, 4b) des montants et/ou traverses de l'ossature comportant un évidement longitudinal (13) dans lequel est disposée au moins une barrette (14) réalisée en un matériau isolant et assurant une rupture de pont thermique, caractérisée en ce que cette barrette (14) est appliquée contre le panneau vitré (6) et est constituée d'un élément creux comportant une première paroi (15) munie, selon ses bords latéraux, de saillies d'immobilisation (16) vis-à-vis du profilé métallique du montant ou de la traverse, propres à s'engager dans des rainures (17) prévues dans ce profilé, et une seconde paroi(18), parallèle à la première, débordant légèrement du contour apparent du profilé métallique (4a, 4b)et contre laquelle s'applique le bord du panneau (6).
- Armature selon la revendication 1, caractérisée en ce que la barrette (14) qui assure la rupture de pont thermique à la traversée de chaque profilé creux, est réalisée en un matériau plastique, du genre polyamide ou similaire.
- Armature selon l'une des revendications 1 ou 2, caractérisée en ce que chaque barrette (14) s'étend sur tout ou partie de la hauteur du profilé (4a, 4b) qui la reçoit dans l'évidement longitudinal (13) de celui-ci.
- Armature selon l'une quelconque des revendications 1 à 3 caractérisée en ce que la seconde paroi (18) de l'élément creux de la barrette (14) forme une surface d'appui contre laquelle est appliqué et collé le bord du panneau par l'intermédiaire d'une couche (19) d'un mastic de collage.
- Armature selon la revendication 4, caractérisée en ce que le mastic de collage est constitué par un colle polymérisable.
- Armature selon la revendication 1, caractérisée en ce que la seconde paroi (18) de l'élément creux (14) de la barrette comporte un joint d'étanchéité (23), appliqué étroitement contre la surface en regard du panneau, par l'intermédiaire d'un organe d'appui (20) comportant un retour (21) qui porte contre la surface opposée du panneau (6).
- Armature selon la revendication 6, caractérisée en ce que le joint d'étanchéité (23) est un joint comportant une pluralité de lèvres (24, 25, 26), qui sont partiellement écrasées contre la surface en regard du panneau (6).
