Description

Blisterkartonverpackung für empfindliches Packgut mit leichtflüchtigen und/oder feuchtigkeitsempfindlichen KomponentenBlister cardboard packaging for sensitive packaged goods with volatile and / or moisture-sensitive components
The invention relates to a blister cardboard packaging for sensitive packaged goods with volatile and / or moisture-sensitive components in a version preventing the penetration of moisture and / or the escape of volatile components, comprising a one-piece or e.g. as a folding card, two-part blister card as a carrier of a blister hood containing the packaged goods made of transparent material, which are connected to one another by at least one sealing wax film.
Blister packs have long been known in a variety of designs. So-called tablet blister packs for tablets or capsules, which consist of a deep-drawn blister with a large number of recesses made of transparent material and a back made of aluminum foil, are most frequently available on the market. They are particularly suitable for dosage forms that are taken, for example, one or more times a day over a longer therapy period.
The medication is removed by pushing through the aluminum foil, which is burst at low pressure.
Derartige Verpackungen sind allerdings für größere zu verpackende Gegenstände ungeeignet .However, such packaging is unsuitable for larger objects to be packed.
In addition, blister cardboard packaging is known which consists of a deep-drawn blister in the form of a hood made of transparent material which is sized for the packaged goods and which is equipped with a cardboard as the back. Such blister cardboard packaging is, however, for sensitive packaged goods with volatile and / or moist unsuitable components. The back of cardboard has a high water vapor permeability of about 10 g H 2 0 / m 2 xh, so that such packaging cannot effectively protect the packaged goods contained in them against external influences or loss of active ingredient during storage.
The present invention has for its object to provide a blister cardboard packaging for sensitive packaged goods with volatile and / or moisture-sensitive components, which prevents the escape of volatile ingredients, especially volatile active ingredient components, and / or the penetration of substance-changing moisture. In addition, the new packaging is said to be uncomplicated and suitable for production on conventional packaging devices.
The problem is solved in a blister cardboard packaging of the type mentioned in the preamble of claim 1 with the invention in that an impermeable barrier for water vapor and / or volatile components is arranged between the blister card and the blister hood and on the one hand with the blister card and on the other hand with the blister hood at least one sealing wax pressure-sensitive adhesive film is connected in a media-tight manner.
In order to achieve the object, in the case of blister cardboard packaging of the type mentioned at the beginning for sensitive packaged goods with volatile and / or moisture-sensitive components, the invention proposes that a barrier layer impermeable to water vapor and / or volatile components be arranged between the blister card and the blister hood and, on the one hand, with the blister card and, on the other hand, to the blister hood by at least one sealing edge pouch adhesive film in a media-tight manner. The structure of the blister cardboard packaging according to the invention creates a surprisingly uncomplicated and effective manner of creating a packaging system for sensitive packaged goods with a considerable protection factor for volatile and / or moisture-sensitive ingredients, which can be easily processed on an industrial scale with conventional packaging devices.
An embodiment of the blister cardboard packaging provides according to the invention that the barrier layer is a plastic film which has a sufficient barrier function against water vapor and volatile constituents.
Another embodiment provides that the barrier layer is an aluminum foil laminated onto the blister card.
A further expedient and very economical embodiment of the invention provides that the barrier layer consists of an impregnation layer at least of the surface of the blister card facing the blister hood with a satisfactory barrier quality against water vapor and volatile substances.
Finally, the invention makes use of the measure that the impregnation layer is a pore-closing cover layer made of an impermeable printing medium, which can preferably be applied in the printing process.
The blister card according to the present invention advantageously enables a product presentation on the sales shelf in a hanging manner.
In contrast to other conventional blister packs, the blister card according to the invention enables additional product information by printing on the aluminum foil. Further details, features and advantages of the invention result from the following explanation of an exemplary embodiment shown schematically in the drawings.
Es zeigen:Show it:
FIG.1 einmal im Schnitt und nebenstehend in perspektivischer Ansicht eine erfindungsgemäße Blisterkartonverpackung für empfindliches Packgut; FIG.2 ebenfalls im Schnitt und in perspektivischer Ansicht eine weitere Ausgestaltung der Blisterver- packung nach der Erfindung.FIG. 1 shows a blister cardboard packaging according to the invention for sensitive packaged goods, once in section and in a perspective view alongside; FIG. 2 also in section and in perspective view a further embodiment of the blister pack according to the invention.
The blister cardboard packaging shown in FIG. 1 for sensitive packaged goods with volatile and / or moisture-sensitive components in a design that prevents the ingress of moisture and / or the escape of volatile components, comprising a one-piece or, for example, folding card 1, 1 'in a manner known per se. (FIG. 2) two-part blister card 1 as the carrier of a blister hood 2 made of transparent material containing the packaged goods, which are connected to one another by at least one sealing wax film 3, 3 ', is characterized in that between the blister card 1 and the blister hood 2 one for water vapor volatile components impermeable barrier layer 4 arranged and on the one hand with the blister card 1 and on the other hand with the blister cover 2 by at least one sealing wax pressure-sensitive adhesive film 3 is media-tight. In this case, use can be made of the measure that the barrier layer 4, for example an aluminum foil, is laminated onto the blister card 1 made of cardboard in a media-tight manner in a manner known to the person skilled in the art. A sealing wax film 3 is likewise applied to the barrier layer 4 thus formed, in a manner known to the person skilled in the art, and the blister hood 2 with its flange-like edges 5 is sealed thereon, for example using the heat sealing process. This results in packaging that is impermeable to steam and volatile constituents of the ingredients, which is uncomplicated and can be produced using conventional packaging machines.
Its front side 1 'has a cutout 6 in the manner of a window through which the blister hood 2 passes through it and behind it with side flanges 5 Sealing of the sealing layers 3, 3 'with the centrally arranged barrier layer 4 to form a media-tight packaging system
In this embodiment too, the barrier layer 4 can be a plastic film with sufficient barrier quality against water vapor and volatile contents or an aluminum foil that can be laminated onto the blister card 1.
The barrier layer 4 can, however, also consist of an impregnation layer 4 'at least of the surface of the blister card 1 facing the blister hood 2 with a satisfactory barrier quality against water vapor and volatile substances. Finally, for a very economical production, use can be made of the measure that the impregnation layer 4 'is a pore-closing cover layer made of an impermeable printing medium, which can preferably be applied in the printing process.
The blister cardboard packaging according to the invention realizes a safe packaging system for sensitive packaged goods with volatile and / or moisture-sensitive components in a design that prevents the ingress of moisture and / or the escape of volatile components and thus optimally solves the task set out at the beginning.
