Derartige Musterpackungen, die in aller Regel als Ärztemuster abgegeben werden, sollen im ailgemeinen folgende Anfordert gen erfüllen: a) Sie müssen als Musterpackungen erkenntlich sein, d.h.- sie müssen insoweit von der üblicherweise gegen Entgelt in Apotheken abgegebenen Form unterscheidungsfähig sein, daß sie mit dieser nicht verwechselt werden; b) Sie müssen im allgemeinen mehr Informationen in Form von aufgedruckten oder als Prospekt eingelegten Textes enthalton, als dies norlualerweise bei den zum Verkauf abgegebenen Packungen der Fall ist; c) Die Menge der abgegebenen Tabletten soll geringer sein als diese derjenigen, die in eier normalen Packung zum Verkauf abgegebenen wird; d) Es soll erkennbar sein, ob aus der Musterpackung bereits Tabletten entnommen worden sind oder nicht.
