- la figure 3 est une figure similaire à celle des figures 1 et 2, représentée en position de fin d'actionnement de la pompe,
- la figure 4 est une vue schématique en section transversale d'une deuxième variante de réalisation avantageuse de la présente invention, représentée en position de repos, et
- la figure 5 est une vue schématique en section transversale d'une troisième variante de réalisation avantageuse de la présente invention, représentée en position de repos.
Claims (9)
- Pompe à précompression pour distribuer des quantités dosées de produit fluide, comportant un piston (1) solidaire d'une tige d'actionnement (2) et coulissant dans un corps de pompe (3) comprenant une chambre de pompe (10) définie entre un clapet d'entrée (11) et un clapet de sortie (12), caractérisé en ce que, lors de l'actionnement, ledit clapet de sortie (12) est sollicité vers sa position de fermeture par la pression du produit contenu dans la chambre de pompe (10), et en ce que, en fin d'actionnement de la pompe, un élément de levier (30) déplace ledit clapet de sortie (12) vers sa position d'ouverture pour permettre l'expulsion du produit contenu dans la chambre de pompe (10).
- Pompe selon la revendication 1, dans laquelle ledit élément de levier (30) coulisse avec ledit piston (1) et ledit clapet de sortie (12) jusqu'à un organe de came (4) solidaire du corps de pompe (3) qui, en fin d'actionnement de la pompe, déforme et/ou déplace l'élément de levier (30) pour ouvrir le clapet de sortie (12).
- Pompe selon la revendication 2, dans laquelle ledit organe de came est formé par un épaulement du corps de pompe (3).
- Pompe selon l'une quelconque des revendications précédentes, dans laquelle ledit élément de levier (30) est réalisé d'une pièce avec ledit clapet de sortie (12).
- Pompe selon l'une quelconque des revendications 1 à 3, dans laquelle ledit élément de levier (30) est réalisé séparément dudit clapet de sortie (12).
- Pompe selon l'une quelconque des revendications précédentes, dans laquelle, en position de repos de la pompe, ledit clapet d'entrée (11) est sollicité vers sa position d'ouverture par un ressort (20) et, lors de l'actionnement de la pompe, ledit clapet d'entrée (11) est sollicité vers sa position de fermeture et se déplace en comprimant le ressort (20) sous l'effet de la pression du produit contenu dans la chambre de pompe (10), ledit ressort (20) étant brusquement libéré lors de l'ouverture de clapet de sortie (12) en fin d'actionnement de la pompe, ramenant ainsi le clapet d'entrée (11) vers sa position de repos et expulsant le produit contenu dans la chambre de pompe (10) indépendamment de la force d'actionnement exercée sur la pompe par l'utilisateur.
- Pompe selon la revendication 6, dans laquelle ledit ressort (20) du clapet d'entrée (11), outre l'expulsion du produit, ramène aussi le piston (1) dans sa position de repos.
- Pompe selon la revendication 6 ou 7, dans laquelle ledit clapet d'entrée (11) est réalisé sous la forme d'un cylindre creux (10) fermé d'un côté par une paroi de fond (111), le bord (113) de l'extrémité ouverte dudit cylindre creux (10) coopérant, dès le début de l'actionnement de la pompe, avec un cylindre (7) du corps de pompe (3) pour fermer le clapet d'entrée (11), le ressort (20) s'appuyant d'une part sur la paroi de fond (111) du clapet d'entrée (11) et d'autre part sur une partie (9) du corps de pompe (3).
- Dispositif de distribution de produit fluide, caractérisé en ce qu'il comporte une pompe à précompression selon l'une quelconque des revendications précédentes.
