Claims (9)
- Verfahren zur Erkennung der Beladung einer programmgesteuerten Geschirrspülmaschine mit Spülgut, welches in Geschirrkörben oder dergl. im türverschließbaren Spülbehälter des Gerätes abgelegt wird,
dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Körbe (4, 5, 8) mit dem Spülgut durch mindestens einen Lichtvorhang (11) in den Spülbehälter (6) geschoben werden, und dass aus dem dabei erzeugten Verlauf der Lichtunterbrechungen Signalverläufe (S) abgeleitet werden, aus denen die Geschirrbeladung des Spülbehälters (6) ermittelt wird. - Verfahren nach Anspruch 1,
dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Beladungserkennung vor Beginn des Spülprogramms durchgeführt wird. - Verfahren nach Anspruch 1 und 2,
dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die geräteeigene Programmsteuerung (3) vom Signalverlauf (S) bzw. dem Verlauf der Lichtunterbrechungen gesteuert die Auswahl eines geeigneten Spülprogramms für die erkannte Beladung veranlasst oder das Spülprogramm modifiziert. - Verfahren nach einem oder mehreren der Ansprüche 1 bis 3,
dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass in der Programmsteuerung (3) der Geschirrspülmaschine (1) in einem Speicher hinterlegte Vergleichs-Signalmuster verschiedener Korbbeladungen mit der erfassten Ist-Beladung der Körbe verglichen wird, und dass das Vergleichsergebnis als Maßgabe für den Spülprogrammlauf der Geschirrspülmaschine (1) herangezogen wird. - Verfahren nach einem oder mehreren der Ansprüche 1 bis 4,
dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass Korbauszugsstellungen eines zu beladenden Geschirrkorbes gespeichert werden. - Verfahren nach einem oder mehreren der Ansprüche 1 bis 5,
dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Ein- und/oder Ausfahrgeschwindigkeiten der Körbe (4, 5, 8) erfasst und die Signalverläufe zur Ermittlung der Geschirrbeladung in Relation zur jeweiligen Korbgeschwindigkeit gesetzt werden. - Programmgesteuerte Geschirrspülmaschine zur Durchführung des Verfahrens nach Anspruch 1, mit einem durch eine aufklappbare Gerätetür zu öffnenden Spülbehälter, in welchem das zu spülende Geschirr in Geschirrkörben oder dergl. ablegbar ist,
dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass in der türverschließbaren Spülraumöffnung (10) im Bereich über oder unter den Geschirrkörben (4, 5, 8) und/oder seitlich eine einen Lichtvorhang (11) erzeugende Lichtquelle (12) und dieser Lichtquelle (12) gegenüberliegend zugeordnete Lichtempfänger (13) vorgesehen sind. - Programmgesteuerte Geschirrspülmaschine nach Anspruch 7,
dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass im Deckenbereich der Spülraumöffnung (10) und/oder seitlich an dieser eine über die Behälterbreite verlaufende stabförmige Lichtquelle und bodenseitig und/oder seitlich in der Spülraumöffnung (10) die Lichtempfänger (13) angeordnet sind. - Programmgesteuerte Geschirrspülmaschine nach Anspruch 7,
dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Körbe (4, 5, 8) jeweils mit einer separaten Taktgebereinrichtung zur Korbgeschwindigkeitserkennung ausgebildet sind.
