caractérisé en ce qu'il consiste, avant le transport,
- à monter au moins une armoire sur une palette respective,
- à câbler électriquement les armoires entre elles,
- à assembler lesdites palettes par l'intermédiaire de moyens d'assemblage,
- la figure 1 est une vue en perpective d'une palette multiple conforme à l'invention pour le transport d'armoires;
- la figure 2 est une vue de dessus de la palette multiple conforme à la présente invention;
- la figure 3 est une vue en perspective des parties hautes des armoires;
- la figure 4 est une vue de côté de la palette multiple illustrant deux palettes assemblées entre elles;
- la figure 5 est une vue en détail d'un patin représenté sur la figure 1;
- et les figures 6 et 7 illustrent la façon dont peut être déplacée la palette multiple par l'intermédiaire de chariots élévateurs.

Claims (15)
- Palette multiple (1) pour le transport de charges (A2, A3) par l'intermédiaire de palettes (2,3), une palette (2,3) comprenant un plancher respectif (4,5) pourvu de moyens de support formés de patins latéraux respectifs (6,7) et (8,9) sous le plancher suivant approximativement la longueur de deux de ses côtés opposés, lesdits patins (6,7) et (8,9) ayant un espacement et une hauteur adaptés au passage de fourches de chariots élévateurs, caractérisée en ce qu'elle comprend des moyens d'assemblage (14,15) propres à solidariser l'ensemble des palettes entre elles pour former un ensemble rigide.
- Palette multiple 1 selon la revendication 1, caractérisé en ce que lesdits deux côtés opposés de chaque plancher (4,5) s'étendent selon un axe transversal au-delà des patins respectifs (6,7) et (8,9) pour former des ailes respectives (10,11) et (12,13), en ce que les palettes (2,3) sont côte à côte de telle manière que les patins (6,8) et (7,9) de chaque palette (2,3) soient alignés selon un même axe longitudinal, en ce que les moyens d'assemblage (14,15) prennent en sandwich l'ensemble des ailes (11 et 13) de chaque palette.
- Palette multiple (1) selon la revendication 1, caractérisée en ce que les patins sont pourvus de chevrons (26-33) dont la hauteur et l'espacement sont suffisants pour le passage de fourches de chariots élévateurs selon un axe transversal.
- Palette multiple (1) selon la revendication 1 ou 3, caractérisée en ce que les patins (6-9) ont une partie constituée de moyens d'absorption (6b) constituant des moyens d'absorption de chocs.
- Palette multiple (1) selon l'une des revendications 1 ou 2, caractérisée en ce que les moyens d'assemblage (14,15) sont séparés des patins (6-9) d'une distance suffisante pour le bon fonctionnement des moyens d'absorption (6b).
- Palette multiple (1) selon l'une des revendications 1 à 3, caractérisée en ce que les planchers (4,5) sont pourvus de moyens de maintien de la charge (20-23) sur la palette.
- Palette multiple (1) selon la revendication 1 ou 2, caractérisée en ce que les moyens d'assemblage (14,15) ont une longueur telle que leurs extrémités s'étendent au-delà des palettes (2,3) de façon à constituer des moyens de protection contre les chocs.
- Palette multiple (1) selon l'une revendication 1, caractérisée en ce que le toit des charges (A2,A3) est pourvu d'au moins un ensemble de trous filetés, en ce que les armoires sont assemblées entre elles par l'intermédiaire d'une pièce percée de trous, ces derniers trous coïncidant avec les trous de l'armoire, et en ce que des vis ou boulons assemblent les armoires entre elles.
- Palette multiple (1) selon l'une revendication 1, caractérisée en ce que les charges sont pourvus de moyens de fixation (23, 24) pour assembler les charges entre elles.
- Procédé de transport d'armoires électriques et/ou électroniques (A2,A3) par l'intermédiaire de palettes respectives (2,3), une palette comprenant un plancher respectif (4,5) pourvu de moyens de support formés de patins latéraux respectifs (6,7) et (8,9) sous le plancher suivant approximativement la longueur de deux de ses côtés opposés, lesdits patins (6,7) et (8,9) ayant un espacement et une hauteur adaptés au passage de fourches de chariots élévateurs,
caractérisé en ce qu'il consiste, avant le transport,à monter au moins une armoire (A2,A3) sur une palette respective (2,3),à câbler électriquement les armoires (A2,A3) entre elles,à assembler lesdites palettes (4,5) par l'intermédiaire de moyens d'assemblage (14,15), - Procédé selon la revendication 10, caractérisé en ce que, préalablement à l'assemblage, les palettes sont séparées d'une distance suffisante pour qu'un technicien relie électriquement les armoires.
- Procédé selon la revendication 10, caractérisé en ce que l'assemblage consisteà placer l'ensemble des palettes (2,3) côte à côte de telle manière que les patins (6,8) et (7,9) des palettes mises côte à côte soient alignés selon un même axe longitudinal,à utiliser les moyens d'assemblage (14,15) pour prendre en sandwich l'ensemble des ailes de chaque palette,et à transporter l'ensemble rigide ainsi formé.
- Procédé selon la revendication 12, caractérisé en ce que, une fois les palettes (2,3) mises côte à côte, à fixer les armoires (A2,A3) entre elles.
- Procédé selon la revendication 10, caractérisé en ce qu'il consiste à équiper les patins (6,7) et (8,9) de chevrons (26-32) dont la hauteur et l'espacement sont suffisants pour le passage de fourches de chariots élévateurs selon un axe transversal.
- Procédé selon la revendication 10, caractérisé en ce qu'il consiste à équiper les patins (6,7) et (8,9) de moyens d'absorption (6b) pour absorber les chocs.
