Claims (11)
- Pressenanordnung (10) zur Behandlung einer Faserstoffbahn, insbesondere Papier-, Karton- oder Tissuebahn, in einem zwischen einer Schuhpreßwalze (12) und einer Gegenfläche (14) gebildeten, in Bahnlaufrichtung (L) verlängerten Preßspalt (16), wobei die Schuhpreßwalze (12) einen drehfest gelagerten Träger (18), einen um den Träger (18) umlaufenden flexiblen Preßmantel (20) sowie wenigstens einen am Träger (18) abgestützten Preßschuh (22) umfaßt, über den der flexible Preßmantel (20) gegen die Gegenfläche (14) preßbar und der in Mantellaufrichtung (LM) über den Preßspalt (16) hinaus durch einen Auslauf (24) verlängert ist, und wobei der Preßmantel (20) bei gegen die Gegenfläche (14) gepreßtem Preßschuh (22) durch diesen so geführt ist, daß er im Bereich des Preßspaltes radial außerhalb der Kreisbahn (26) verläuft, die sich bei angenommen durchgehend kreiszylindrischer Bahnführung ergeben würde, und im Bereich des freien Endes (28) des Auslaufs (24) an diesem anliegt.
- Pressenanordnung nach Anspruch 1,
dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß in Mantellaufrichtung (LM) betrachtet die Länge (1A) des Auslaufes (24) größer als etwa die halbe Länge (1S) des Preßspaltes (16), insbesondere größer als etwa drei Viertel der Länge (1S) des Preßspaltes (16) und vorzugsweise größer oder gleich der Länge (1S) des Preßspaltes (16) ist. - Pressenanordnung nach Anspruch 1 oder 2,
dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß der Preßmantel (20) bei gegen die Gegenfläche (14) gepreßtem Preßschuh (22) durch diesen so geführt ist, daß er im Bereich des Preßspaltes (16) um einen Betrag (a) radial außerhalb der gedachten Kreisbahn (26) verläuft, der im Mittel etwa 1 bis etwa 3 %, insbesondere etwa 1,5 bis etwa 2, 5 % und insbesondere etwa 2 % des Kreisbahndurchmessers entspricht. - Pressenanordnung nach einem der vorhergehenden Ansprüche,
dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß der Auslauf (24) eine zumindest im wesentlichen ebene dem Preßmantel (20) zugewandte Fläche (30) besitzt. - Pressenanordnung nach einem der vorhergehenden Ansprüche,
dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die vorzugsweise zumindest im wesentlichen ebene dem Preßmantel zugewandte Fläche (30) des Auslaufs (24) mit der am Preßspaltauslauf (32) an die dem Preßmantel (20) zugewandte, den Preßspalt (16) definierende Preßfläche (34) des Preßschuhes (22) angelegten Tangente (36) einen Winkel (α) im Bereich von etwa 18° bildet. - Pressenanordnung nach einem der vorhergehenden Ansprüche,
dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Kontur der dem Preßmantel (20) zugewandten, den Preßspalt (16) definierenden Preßfläche (34) des Preßschuhes (22) an die Kontur der Gegenfläche (14) angepaßt ist. - Pressenanordnung nach einem der vorhergehenden Ansprüche,
dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß Gegenfläche (14) durch eine Gegenwalze (38) gebildet ist. - Pressenanordnung nach einem der vorhergehenden Ansprüche,
dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die dem Preßmantel (20) zugewandte, den Preßspalt (16) definierende Preßfläche (34) des Preßschuhes (22) eine allgemein konkave Kontur besitzt. - Pressenanordnung nach einem der vorhergehenden Ansprüche,
dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß der Auslauf (24) an seinem freien Ende (28) allgemein radial nach innen abgebogen ist. - Pressenanordnung nach Anspruch 9,
dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß der Preßmantel (20) im vorzugsweise gerundeten Übergangsbereich (40) zum allgemein radial nach innen abgebogen Ende des Auslaufs (24) an diesem anliegt. - Pressenanordnung nach einem der vorhergehenden Ansprüche,
dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Faserstoffbahn zusammen mit wenigstens einem Entwässerungsband, insbesondere einem Filz, durch den Preßspalt (16) geführt ist.
