Description
Ainsi, comme ceci est le cas dans la réalisation décrite précédemment, le sens d'aimantation pourra être choisi de manière que le couple de fermeture soit important et le couple d'ouverture faible ( le champ de la bobine d'ouverture se trouvant dans le sens des aimants).
La réalisation du bistable en rotation conduit à ce que tous les efforts soient équilibrés, d'où un rendement plus important du dispositif sans que des efforts trop importants soient engendrés sur les paliers.
- L'actionneur peut être monté en rotation directement sur l'arbre du dispositif à manoeuvrer, ce qui permet d'éviter les renvois de palonnier.
- L'intégration du dispositif dans l'architecture du disjoncteur est facilitée et la réalisation d'ensemble est simple.
- Les aimants et les deux butées incorporées dans le circuit, réalisent avec l'armature un entrefer minimum permettant d'obtenir des efforts de maintien importants, entre le rotor et le stator, sans source d'énergie supplémentaire.
Claims (12)
- Dispositif de commande d'ouverture et/ou de fermeture en particulier pour un appareil de coupure tel un disjoncteur comprenant une armature (9) reliée mécaniquement à une tige d'actionnement des contacts de l'appareil et mobile dans un bloc support (13) entre une position de repos et une position active, au moins un aimant permanent (16, 17) et au moins un enroulement (18, 19) agencés dans le bloc support (13), le ou les aimants étant aptes à retenir l'armature (9) dans la position de repos, et le ou les enroulements (18, 19) étant aptes à générer lors de l'apparition d'un ordre d'ouverture suite à une surtension ou autre ou respectivement d'un ordre de fermeture, un champs magnétique susceptible de contrecarrer la force des aimants (16, 17) de manière à entraíner l'armature (9) vers la position active entraínant la séparation des contacts ou respectivement la fermeture des contacts, caractérisé en ce que l'armature précitée (9) est montée mobile en rotation entre deux butées (11,12) ménagées dans le support (13), lesdites butées (11,12) délimitant respectivement les deux positions précitées.
- Dispositif selon la revendication 1, caractérisé en ce que l'armature (9) comprend une pièce de forme allongée présentant deux extrémités opposées (9a,9b) de forme arquée, ladite pièce étant montée en rotation autour d'un axe X s'étendant perpendiculairement à la direction longitudinale de l'armature (9).
- Dispositif selon la revendication 1 ou 2, caractérisé en ce que le bloc support (13) comporte, entre les butées précitées (11,12), deux surfaces de guidage en rotation (14,15), aptes à coopérer avec les deux extrémités précitées (9a,9b) de l'armature (9).
- Dispositif selon l'une quelconque des revendications précédentes, caractérisé en ce que les deux butées (11,12) sont de forme complémentaire aux parties (9c,9d) de l'armature (9) destinées à être amenées en contact avec lesdites butées (11,12).
- Dispositif selon l'une quelconque des revendications précédentes, caractérisé en ce que chacune des butées (11,12) est constituée par deux portions de butée (11a,11b,12a,12b) disposées de manière symétrique l'une par rapport à l'autre et par rapport à l'axe X de rotation de l'armature (9).
- Dispositif selon la revendication 3, caractérisé en ce qu'il comporte deux aimants permanents (16,17) agencés respectivement le long des deux surfaces de guidage précitées (14,15), de manière opposée l'une par rapport à l'autre et par rapport à l'axe de rotation X précité.
- Dispositif selon la revendication 6, caractérisé en ce que les deux aimants précités (16,17) sont situés respectivement sensiblement au milieu de la circonférence des deux surfaces de guidage précitées (14,15).
- Dispositif selon la revendication 6 ou 7, caractérisé en ce qu'il comporte au moins un enroulement (18,19) agencé dans le support (13) entre les deux surfaces de guidage précitées (14,15), le(les) dit(s) enroulement(s) étant décalé(s) angulairement par rapport à chacun des aimants d'un angle d'environ 90°.
- Dispositif selon l'une quelconque des revendications 1 à 8, caractérisé en ce qu'il comporte deux enroulements (18,19) aptes à générer respectivement lorsqu'excités, deux champs magnétiques de sens opposé, de manière à entraíner en rotation l'armature (9) respectivement dans un sens pour réaliser la manoeuvre d'ouverture des contacts, et dans un sens opposé pour réaliser une manoeuvre de fermeture.
- Dispositif selon la revendication 9, caractérisé en ce que les deux enroulements (18,19) sont situés chacun entre les deux aimants (16,17) respectivement d'un côté et de l'autre de l'axe X, de manière à être décalés mutuellement et angulairement d'un angle d'environ 180°.
- Dispositif selon l'une quelconque des revendications 6 à 10, caractérisé en ce que le sens d'aimantation des aimants (16,17) est choisi de manière que le couple de fermeture soit plus important que le couple d'ouverture.
- Disjoncteur équipé d'un dispositif selon l'une quelconque des revendications précédentes.
