Description

Stand der TechnikState of the art

In order to minimize heat transfer through external windows Double or triple insulating glass panes state of the art. you Installation, in particular according to DIN 68 121, guarantees a further one Reduction of heat losses in the interaction of Glass pane and frame.

It is known to put one on the wooden frame of a window To set the front frame, which carries another glass pane. The Cross section of the wooden frame clad in this way and that of the On the one hand, front frames have to be coordinated that they meet and should meet the requirements of the standard on the other hand, be designed so that they are neither looking through restrict the visual impression of the frame affect. This is the case with known windows, in particular for type IV 68 according to DIN 68 121, to maintain a given frame width necessary, by cutouts on Wooden frame in the form of a fold to create space for that Attaching the front frame. The disadvantage is the additional processing, tooling and Loss of material.

The low energy window according to the invention or the Low-energy door according to the invention (hereinafter only low-energy windows with the characteristic features of the Main claim has the advantage that it is under Use of known profiles for window frames and Front frame with less processing effort and under Compliance with standards and guidelines a higher Thermal insulation performance of the overall system achieved.

According to an advantageous embodiment of the invention, the weather side a glass holding device for fastening the insulating glass pane is provided.

According to an advantageous embodiment of the Invention is as a glass holder for attaching the Insulating glass pane provided a glass retaining strip. This is preferably provided breakthroughs, so that an almost unhindered ventilation of the cold zone between the insulating glass pane and wooden frame is possible.

According to a further advantageous embodiment, the Glass holding device for fastening the insulating glass pane through Selection of suitable materials (polyurethane, etc.) as Wing insulation trained.

According to a further advantageous embodiment of the invention the insulating glass pane tolerance-free due to rollover and Glass retaining strip with the formation of a diffusion-tight joint held between flap and insulating glass pane. This Arrangement allows the dispensing tape, the Space requirement after the rollover has been eliminated to increase it Stability or the insulating glass pane can benefit, with what the thermal resistance of the window is increased.

The tolerance-free position of the insulating glass pane between Glass holding bar and flap ensures the formation of a diffusion-tight joint between overlap and insulating glass pane. Therefore sees a further advantageous embodiment of the invention plan to forego the formation of a ventilated cold zone and the face of the insulating glass pane at the smallest possible distance to attach to the end of the wooden frame facing her. The advantage of this arrangement is that the same Binding length of the insulating glass pane the rollover is shorter can be run, which in turn saves material and workload means.

According to a further embodiment of the invention is an alternative or additionally the space between the end faces of Insulated glass pane and wooden frame filled so that this For this reason, too, space cannot form condensation and therefore cold zone ventilation can be dispensed with.

According to a further embodiment of the invention An insulating glass pane around which Increase heat transfer resistance.

Further advantages and advantageous configurations of the invention are the following example description, the drawing and removable from the claims.

Zeichnungdrawing

In the drawing, the subject of the invention is in two Design variants shown for example. 1 shows a window of the type "IV 68" according to DIN 68 121 and Figure 2 Window in which the front pane is an insulating glass pane.

Beschreibung des AusführungsbeispielsDescription of the embodiment

In Figures 1 and 2, a sash is an inventive Low energy window shown, which consists of a wooden frame 1, whose the end face 3 facing the insulating glass pane 2 has one Has rollover 4, but is otherwise formed without folds, consists. A bracket 9 is on the wooden frame 1 on the weather side, an attachment frame 10 is attached, the one Single glass pane 11 carries.

Already the production of a profile for the wooden frame 1 causes less material loss and less labor by not cutting more folds than in known windows. In addition, the right-angled No connection of such profiles in the sash corner Processing steps to fill these out at the corners folds that have become inoperative are necessary.

The insulating glass pane 2 is held between rollover 4 and a glass retaining strip 5. By eliminating another fold the glass retaining strip 5 no longer has to be attached flush with it become. Since the glass holding bar 5 is no longer in its position is set, the insulating glass pane 2 between them and hold the rollover 4 tolerance-free. The space gain through the resulting waiver of tolerance compensation can therefore the rollover 4 to increase its stability, the Glass retaining strip 5 or the insulating glass pane 2 can be slammed, which means a higher thermal resistance Insulating glass pane 2 is achieved.

Since the wooden frame 1 carries a facing frame 10 on the weather side protects the wooden frame 1 from weather, it is permissible to Glass holding strip 5 to be provided on the outside of the wooden frame 1, so that a seamless view of the Window frame results.

With this construction, it is therefore also advisable to use the Glass holding strip 5 to be provided with openings 6 so that a almost straight ventilation of the cold zone 7 between the front of the Insulating glass pane 2 and end face 3 of the wooden frame 1 is guaranteed.

By not tolerance compensation in the bracket the insulating glass pane 2 between the flap 4 and the glass retaining strip 5, e.g. B. by a tape, it is possible, for example by wet glazing a diffusion-tight joint 8 between To produce insulating glass pane 2 and rollover 4. A diffusion of warm indoor air in the cold zone 7 connected with This can prevent condensation in this area become; because the space between the panes Insulating glass pane 2 and the front pane 11 by ventilation is also kept free of condensate, can be cold zone ventilation be completely dispensed with. Therefore the cold zone 7 is e.g. through foam fillable.

In another embodiment of the inventive The front frame 10 carries a low-energy window Insulating glass pane 12.

Das in Figur 2 dargestellte erfinderische Niedrigenergiefenster entspricht somit allen einschlägigen Normen, insbesondere der DIN 16 121 (Profile für Holzfenster), den Verglasungsrichtlinien der Isolierglashersteller, der DIN 18 361 (Verglasungsarbeiten), der DIN 1055 (Lasten für Fenster), der DIN 18 055 (Fugendurchlässigkeit) und der DIN 18 056 (Schlagregendichtheit).By using the insulating glass pane 12 in the outer Aluminum front wing, by expanding the depth and by a Filling the gaps with insulation material (wing insulation (13) and attached to the immovable frame parts (15) Frame insulation (14), which are preferably detachably attached, are for the inventive low energy window "Passive house values" achieved. The one shown in Figure 2 inventive low-energy windows thus correspond to all relevant standards, especially DIN 16 121 (profiles for Wooden window), the glazing guidelines of the insulating glass manufacturers, the DIN 18 361 (glazing work), DIN 1055 (loads for Window), DIN 18 055 (joint permeability) and DIN 18 056 (watertightness).

All in the description, the following claims and the Features shown can be drawn individually as well be essential to the invention in any combination with one another.
