Claims (11)
- Equipement pour l'assemblage de produits comportant au moins une pièce mince rigide d'un premier type [notamment un plateau de disque compact] collée sur une pièce plane d'un deuxième type [notamment un étui formé par un flanc prédécoupé en carton], comprenant au moins un tapis aspirant pour le transport des pièces planes du deuxième type, au moins un chargeur pour l'alimentation d'un dispositif de préhension avec les pièces du premier type et au moins un dispositif de préhension comportant un plateau rotatif (9) tournant autour d'un axe transversal parallèle au plateau, le plateau rotatif (9) supportant une pluralité de supports de ventouses (13) pour la préhension des pièces du premier type et la dépose sur les pièces du deuxième type, caractérisé en ce que le support de ventouse est configuré par assurer un déplacement de la ventouse selon un degré de liberté en translation parallèlement à un axe radial seulement.
- Equipement pour l'assemblage de produits selon la revendication 1, caractérisé en ce que le support de ventouse comprend une bielle rigide (14) dont l'une des extrémités est mobile en translation selon un axe parallèle à un axe radial, par rapport à un guide libre en rotation par rapport au plateau rotatif (9), et dont l'autre extrémité est mobile en rotation par rapport à un bras d'entraínement (15) oscillant.
- Equipement pour l'assemblage de produits selon la revendication 2, caractérisé en ce que ledit bras d'entraínement (15) est commandé par un moteur dans un mouvement d'oscillation par rapport à une position médiane sensiblement radiale.
- Equipement pour l'assemblage de produits selon l'une quelconque des revendications précédentes, caractérisé en ce que le plateau rotatif (9) est entraíné selon un mouvement de rotation à une vitesse sensiblement constante.
- Equipement pour l'assemblage de produits selon la revendication 4, caractérisé en ce que la vitesse de rotation du plateau rotatif (9) est asservie en fonction de la position relative de la pièce du second type et la pièce du premier type en une zone de détection comprise entre le chargeur et la zone de dépose.
- Equipement pour l'assemblage de produits selon l'une quelconque des revendications précédentes, caractérisé en ce que le plateau rotatif (9) comprend une pluralité de supports de ventouse (13).
- Equipement pour l'assemblage de produits selon la revendication 6, caractérisé en ce qu'il comporte une couronne d'entraínement coaxiale avec le plateau rotatif (9), ladite couronne assurant l'oscillation des bras d'entraínement (15).
- Equipement pour l'assemblage de produits selon l'une quelconque des revendications 6 ou 7, caractérisé en ce qu'il comporte au moins un premier margeur pour la prise d'un premier article rigide et au moins un second margeur pour la prise d'un deuxième article, les deux margeurs étant décalés angulairement par rapport au plateau rotatif (9).
- Equipement pour l'assemblage de produits selon la revendication 8, caractérisé en ce que le premier margeur est destiné à recevoir des articles [par exemple des disques compacts] destinés à être insérés dans les seconds articles [par exemple des plateaux de disques compacts].
- Equipement pour l'assemblage de produits selon l'une quelconque des revendications précédentes, caractérisé en ce qu'il comporte une pluralité d'ensembles parallèles comprenant chacun tapis et un plateau rotatif (9) muni de supports de ventouses (13), ainsi qu'au moins un chargeur.
- Equipement pour l'assemblage de produits selon la revendication 10, caractérisé en ce que les plateaux rotatifs munis de supports de ventouses (13)sont décalés longitudinalement.
