System for positioning and assembling a mobile element such as a window (10) on and with a drive device such as a window regulator of an automobile vehicle, of the type comprising a so-called adapter element (4a, 4b) fixed to the mobile element or window, a slider element (3a, 3b) guided in at least one rail (2a, 2b) fast with a vehicle door (1) and driven by a drive device housed in said door, a confining element (40) and a fixation means (50, 51) capable of connecting the adapter, the slider and the confining element, the adapter being held between said slider and said confining element,
         the system being characterised in that
      the adapter (4a, 4b) presents a first substantially vertical extension (12) in line with the mobile element or window (10) as well as a second extension (13) in the longitudinal direction of the mobile element or window (10),
      the slider (3a, 3b) is provided with a third extension (31) in the longitudinal direction of the window (10), with at least one guide block (38a, 38b) fast with an element of the drive device and guided along a rail (2a, 2b), as well as with a vertical wall (37) comprising a contact surface (35) capable of cooperating with one of the faces (12a, 12b) of the first extension (12) of the adapter (4a, 4b) of which the second extension (13) cooperates with the third extension (31) of the slider (3a, 3b) so as to allow a slight relative movement between the adapter and the slider, under the action of a longitudinal force applied to the window (10) before fixation thereof,
      the confining element (40) comprises a second contact surface (41), and
      the fixation means (50, 51) cooperates with the confining element (40) so as to block the first extension (12) of the adapter between said first and second contact surfaces (35, 41).
    2. The system according to claim 1, characterised in that the adapter (4a, 4b) is fixed on the window (10) by adhesion.
    3. The system according to claim 1, characterised in that the second extension (13) is constituted by two parts (13a, 13b) forming a clamp.
    4. The system according to claim 3, characterised in that the two parts (13a, 13b) comprise hooks (18a, 18b).
    5. The system according to claim 1, characterised in that the third extension (31) presents a shape drawn out in the longitudinal direction of the window (10).
    6. The system according to claim 1 or claim 5, characterised in that the third extension (31) is substantially cylindrical.
    7. The system according to one of the preceding claims, characterised in that the second extension (13) and the third extension (31) present contact surfaces provided with substantially vertical teeth (14, 43).
    8. The system according to claim 7, characterised in that the teeth (43) of the third extension (31) are constituted by a thread.
    9. The system according to claim 1, characterised in that at least one of the faces (12a, 12b) of the first extension (12) is provided with substantially horizontal teeth (17) and at least one surface, among the first contact surface (35) or the second contact surface (41), opposite the face (12a, 12b) of the first extension (12), respectively of the confining element, is provided with teeth (39) substantially parallel to the teeth (17) of the first extension (12).
    10. The system according to claim 9, characterised in that the teeth (17, 39) have a particular shape (80a, 80b) so as to allow coupling of the first extension (12) between the sliders (3a, 3b) and the confining element (40), but prevents accidental uncoupling of the first extension (12).
    11. The system according to claim 1, characterised in that the slider (3a, 3b) is provided with a tongue (34) and the confining element (40) is pierced with a hole (42) for the passage of said tongue (34).
    12. The system according to claim 1, characterised in that the assembly composed of the slider (3a, 3b) and the confining element (40) constitutes a single flexible piece.
    13. The system according to claim 1, characterised in that the slider (3a, 3b) is pierced with at least one first hole (33).
    14. The system according to claims 1 and 13, characterised in that the adapter (4a, 4b) is pierced with a recess (15) located opposite the first hole (33).
    15. The system according to claims 1 and 14, characterised in that the confining element (40) is pierced with at least one second hole (44) located opposite the first hole (33).
    16. The system according to claims 1 and 15, characterised in that the confining element (40) is pierced with at least one third hole (45) on its outer face in order to house and hold part of the fixation means (50, 51) therein.
    17. The system according to claim 16, characterised in that the fixation means (50, 51) is constituted by a screw-nut system, the nut being housed in the third hole (45) and the screw (51) passing through the first hole (33) and the second hole (44).
    18. The system according to claim 17, characterised in that the fixation means (50, 51) comprises a self-tapping screw passing through the first hole (33) and screwing in the second hole (44).
    19. The system according to claim 1, characterised in that the slider (3a, 3b) comprises stops (36).
    20. The system according to claim 19, characterised in that the face (16) or lower edge of the adapter (4a, 4b) comes into abutment on at least one of the stops (36).
