Abstract
Description
La figure 2 est une représentation schématique des profilés bloqués entre eux à l'aide d'un collier et/ou par enrubannage avec un film plastique selon une configuration linéaire, selon une autre solution connue de l'art antérieur.
La figure 3 est une représentation schématique en section transversale d'un assemblage conforme à l'invention.
La figure 4 est une représentation schématique en perspective de l'assemblage de la figure 3.
Claims (8)
- Système d'assemblage d'éléments profilés à section transversale en forme de T, caractérisé en ce que lesdits profilés sont assemblés par groupe de cinq, et en ce qu'ils sont imbriqués les uns dans les autres de manière sensiblement symétrique par rapport à l'un (1) desdits profilés adoptant une position centrale ou médiane.
- Système d'assemblage d'éléments profilés à section transversale en forme de T selon la revendication 1, caractérisé en ce que l'agencement des profilés internes (2, 3) et externes (4, 5) est symétrique par rapport au plan de symétrie P passant par-la base (25) du profilé médian (1) par rapport auquel l'assemblage présente une symétrie.
- Système d'assemblage d'éléments profilés à section transversale en forme de T selon l'une des revendications 1 et 2, caractérisé en ce que :la barre supérieure (6) du profilé médian (1) repose par sa face externe (8) sur les faces internes respectives (18) et (19) des barres supérieures (16, 17) des profilés externes (4) et (5) ;les faces latérales (7) de la barre supérieure (6) dudit profilé médian (1) prennent appui contre l'extrémité inférieure libre (26) et (27) des bases respectives (28) et (29) des profilés internes (2) et (3) ;l'extrémité libre (26) et (27) des profilés médians (2) et (3) reposent sur les faces inférieures (18) et (19) des barres supérieures (16) et (17) des profilés externes (4, 5) ;l'extrémité libre (9) de la base (25) du profilé médian (1) est insérée entre l'une des faces latérales (12) et (13) des barres supérieures (10, 11) respectivement des profilés internes (2) et (3).
- Système d'assemblage d'éléments profilés à section transversale en forme de T selon la revendication 3, caractérisé en ce que la face inférieure, respectivement (14) et (15) des barres supérieures (10) et (11) desdits profilés internes (2) et (3), prennent appui sur l'extrémité libre (20) et (21) des bases (22) et (23) desdits profilés externes (4) et (5).
- Système d'assemblage d'éléments profilés à section transversale en forme de T selon l'une des revendications 1 à 4, caractérisé en ce que le profilé médian (1) et les profilés externes (4, 5) présentent la même orientation et que les deux autres profilés (2, 3) présentent une orientation opposée.
- Système d'assemblage d'éléments profilés à section transversale en forme de T selon l'une des revendications 1 à 5, caractérisé en ce que l'assemblage est maintenu en place au moyen d'un ou de plusieurs liens (31) répartis sur toute la longueur du fardeau, lesdits liens étant constitués par des colliers plastiques, des colliers métalliques tels que notamment des feuillards ou des rubans adhésifs.
- Système d'assemblage d'éléments profilés à section transversale en forme de T selon l'une des revendications 1 à 6, caractérisé en ce que l'assemblage est protégé au moyen d'un film plastique, étirable ou thermo-rétractable, s'étendant soit sur toute sa longueur, soit au moins à chacune de ses extrémités (32, 33).
- Système d'assemblage d'éléments profilés à section transversale en forme de T selon la revendication 7, caractérisé en ce que le film reçoit une étiquette adhésive (34) d'identification.
