Claims (5)
- Nebenabtrieb einer Brennkraftmaschine, bestehend aus einer Welle, welche mittels Radial- und Axiallagern in einem Gehäuse geführt ist und die Welle drehfest mit einem Zahnrad verbunden ist, wobei dieses Zahnrad von einer Kurbelwelle der Brennkraftmaschine ausgehend über Zwischenräder antreibbar ist und die Welle an ihrem freien Ende zum Antrieb von Arbeitsmaschinen, z.B. Betonmischer, einen mit der Welle drehfest verbundenen Abtriebsflansch aufweist, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Welle (3) mit den Radial- und Axiallagern (5, 6, 10, 13) und dem Zahnrad (2) ins Kurbelgehäuse (1) der Brennkraftmaschine integriert sind und daß das Zahnrad (2) unmittelbar zwischen den Radiallagern (5, 6) liegend angeordnet ist.
- Nebenabtrieb nach Anspruch 1, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Welle (3) zum Einbau ins Kurbelgehäuse (1) abgestufte Durchmesser aufweist, derart, daß ein erster Wellenbund (20) welcher dem ersten Radiallager (5) zugeordnet ist den kleinsten Durchmesser aufweist, daß der für die Aufnahme des Zahnrades (2) vorgesehene Wellenbund (7) im Durchmesser etwas größer ausgeführt ist als der erste Wellenbund (20) und daß der dem zweiten Radiallager (6) zugeordnete zweite Wellenbund (21) den größten Durchmesser aufweist.
- Nebenabtrieb nach den Ansprüchen 1 und 2, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß das erste Axiallager (9) dem Kurbelgehäuse (1) zugeordnet ist und die Gegenlauffläche (10) der Stirnfläche der Nabe des Zahnrades (2) entspricht und daß das zweite Axiallager (13) aus einem Wellenabsatz (12) gebildet wird, welcher mit einer Lauffläche (13a) zusammenwirkt die einem Gehäuseflansch (14) zugeordnet ist.
- Nebenabtrieb nach den Ansprüchen 1 und 2, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß erstes und zweites Axiallager (9, 13) dem Wellenabsatz 12 zugeordnet sind, wobei eine Lauffläche (13b) dem Gehäuseflansch (14) und eine Lauffläche (13a) dem Kurbelgehäuse (1) zugeordnet ist und daß das Zahnrad (2) in seinem Nabenbereich mit Spiel gegenüber dem Kurbelgehäuse (1) und dem zweiten Wellenbund (21) ausgeführt sein kann.
- Nebenabtrieb nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 3, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Schmierung der Radial- und Axiallager (5, 6, 9, 13) und des Zahnrades (2) mittels Bohrungen (16, 17, 18) erfolgt die in der Welle (3) angeordnet sind, wobei die zentrale Bohrung (16) an eine Druckumlaufschmierung der Brennkraftmaschine angeschlossen ist.
