Abstract
Vorgeschlagen wird ein Plattenwärmetauscher aus einem von den im Wärmeaustausch stehenden Medien vorzugsweise im Gegenstrom durchströmten Plattenstapel. Dessen einzelne Platten (8) sind mit Prägungen (9) versehen, wobei sich aufeinanderfolgende Platten (8) unmittelbar gegeneinander abstützen. Um eine für einen Gegenstrom-Betrieb geeigneten Plattenwärmetauscher zu schaffen, der sich durch eine hohe Druckbelastbarkeit in Bezug auf beide Medien auszeichnet, und der mit geringem Material- und Montageaufwand herstellbar ist, sind die Platten mit zu Reihen angeordneten, rinnenförmigen Prägungsabschnitten (9) versehen. Die Prägungsabschnitte (9) befinden sich bei allen Platten (8) auf derselben Seite, wobei sich die Reihen parallel zueinander erstrecken und gleiche Abstände (r) zueinander aufweisen. Ferner sind die Reihen aufeinanderfolgender Platten (8) übereinander angeordnet.
