Claims (12)
- Dispositif d'entraínement (1) de type manuel d'un arbre d'enroulement (5) sur lequel est enroulé le tablier d'un volet roulant, ledit dispositif d'entraínement (1) comportant une poulie (3), d'une part, sur laquelle s'enroule au moins en partie un cordon (2) de manoeuvre ou analogue et, d'autre part, solidaire en rotation, par l'intermédiaire d'un mécanisme de démultiplication (6), d'un arbre d'entraínement (4) en prise avec ledit arbre d'enroulement (5), ce mécanisme de démultiplication (6) étant de type à train épicycloïdal et comportant un planétaire (7) apte à coopérer avec au moins une roue-satellite (11), montée sur un porte-satellite (10), et engrenée sur une couronne fixe (9) du dispositif d'entraínement (1), ce dernier (1) étant complété par un mécanisme limiteur de couple (14), d'une part, autorisant le débrayage de l'entraínement par la poulie (3) au-delà d'un couple résistant déterminé produit par l'arbre d'enroulement (5) et, d'autre part, comportant des moyens d'entraínement (15) associés au mécanisme de démultiplication (6) et aptes à coopérer avec des moyens d'entraínement complémentaires (16), d'une part, associés à la poulie (3) et, d'autre part, de type élastique de manière à autoriser leur déformation sous l'effet d'une résistance à l'entraínement déterminée en vue de permettre une libre rotation de la poulie (3) par rapport audit porte-satellite (10), caractérisé par le fait que ledit arbre d'entraínement (4) est associé au planétaire (7) qui coopère avec au moins une roue-satellite (11) montée en rotation sur le porte-satellite (10) par l'intermédiaire d'un axe (12), définissant lesdits moyens d'entraínement (15), et destiné à coopérer avec au moins une lame élastique (19) définissant lesdits moyens d'entraínement complémentaires (16) associés à la poulie (3) montée en rotation sur ledit porte-satellite (10).
- Dispositif d'entraínement (1) selon la revendication 1, caractérisé par le fait que ladite poulie (3) adopte la forme d'un réa à l'arrière duquel est disposé ledit porte-satellite (10) sur lequel est montée en rotation au moins une roue-satellite (11) par l'intermédiaire d'un axe (12) destiné à coopérer avec au moins une lame élastique (19) s'étendant à l'arrière dudit réa.
- Dispositif d'entraínement (1) selon la revendication 1, caractérisé par le fait que ladite poulie (3) adopte la forme d'une couronne (17) définissant un alésage (18) à l'intérieur duquel vient se loger, au moins en partie, ledit porte-satellite (10) sur lequel est montée en rotation au moins une roue-satellite (11) par l'intermédiaire d'un axe (12) destiné à coopérer avec au moins une lame élastique (19) s'étendant au travers dudit alésage (18).
- Dispositif d'entraínement (1) selon l'une quelconque des revendications précédentes, caractérisé par le fait que ledit mécanisme de démultiplication (6) comporte plusieurs roues-satellites (11, 11A, 11B), de préférence au nombre de trois, montées, chacune, sur ledit porte-satellite (10) par l'intermédiaire d'un axe (12, 12A, 12B), ces axes (12, 12A, 12B) étant, d'une part, disposés de manière concentrique, notamment à 120°, et, d'autre part, aptes à définir lesdits moyens d'entraínement (15).
- Dispositif d'entraínement (1) selon la revendication 4, caractérisé par le fait que les moyens d'entraínement complémentaires (16) sont définis par au moins une lame élastique (19) adoptant, au moins en partie, une forme arquée de rayon de courbure ajusté à la disposition concentrique des axes (12, 12A, 12B) des roues-satellites (11, 11A, 11B), une telle lame élastique (19) étant destinée à coopérer avec des moyens (20) aptes à la rendre solidaire de ladite poulie (3).
- Dispositif d'entraínement (1) selon la revendication 5, caractérisé par le fait que les moyens d'entraínement complémentaires (16) sont constitués par une lame élastique (19) de forme annulaire.
- Dispositif d'entraínement (1) selon la revendication 6, caractérisé par le fait que ladite lame (19) annulaire est définie par deux portions (21, 21A) de lame semi-circulaires comportant, au niveau de l'une au moins de leurs extrémités libres (22, 23), un prolongement (24, 25) apte à coopérer avec un organe de réception (26) ménagé au niveau de ladite poulie (3) et définissant lesdits moyens de solidarisation (20).
- Dispositif d'entraínement (1) selon la revendication 7, caractérisé par le fait que ladite lame élastique (19) annulaire est définie par une pièce unique comportant deux portions (21, 21A) semi-circulaires raccordées entre elles au niveau du prolongement (24) équipant l'une (22) des extrémités libres (22, 23) de chacune de ces portions (21, 21A) semi-circulaires.
- Dispositif d'entraínement (1) selon l'une quelconque des revendications précédentes, caractérisé par le fait qu'au niveau de la ou des lames élastiques (19) des moyens d'entraínement complémentaires (16) est ménagé, notamment par déformation, au moins un berceau (27) pour la réception d'un axe (12) d'une roue-satellite (11).
- Dispositif d'entraínement (1) selon l'une quelconque des revendications précédentes, caractérisé par le fait que ledit arbre d'entraínement (4) présente une couronne dentée (8) apte à coopérer avec la ou les roues-satellites (11) et comportant un prolongement axial (30) monté en rotation sur un manchon (31) au niveau duquel est défini ladite couronne fixe (9) du mécanisme de démultiplication (6) apte à coopérer avec la ou les roues-satellites (11).
- Dispositif d'entraínement (1) selon la revendication 10, caractérisé par le fait que la ou les roues-satellites (11) présentent une double denture (33, 34) apte à s'engrener, pour l'une (33), sur la couronne dentée (8) de l'arbre d'entraínement (4) et, pour l'autre (34), sur la couronne fixe (9).
- Dispositif d'entraínement (1) selon la revendication 10, caractérisé par le fait que la ou les roues-satellites (11) présentent une simple denture apte à s'engrener sur la couronne dentée (8) de l'arbre d'entraínement (4) ainsi que sur la couronne fixe (9), lesdites couronnes (8, 9) comportant un nombre de dents différent.
